Yes, but in what language do we have an exchange of a U for W?  Remembering that in English W is pronounced DoubleYOU.

And, who draws out the R... instead of ONE R, there is TWO.

And, who substitutes a B for a V?  I have to think about it...

Honey, Here is something that may be related:

"The basis of this assumption is a complicated linguistic calculation, resting essentially on two factors. The first is that, of all languages that developed out of the idiom of the central Asian wandering peoples, Celtic was most closely related to Italic, the early form of Latin. Among the differences was that Celtic did without a P, where the Romans had one.

"And, the Celts used an A in place of the O.

Thus: Italic "super," meaning "above," would be VER. Gnotus, or knowing, would be gnatus.

"The other factor is: Celtic divides into two sub-groups, Goidelic and Brythonic. Goedilic is known as Q-celtic, and survives in Irish, Scottish and Manx languages; while P-Celtic gave rise to Welsh, Cornish, and Breton. These letters are used as the distinguishing marks because K becomes Q in Goidelic, but is P in Brythonic!

Thus: Latin           Welsh            Irish

          qui              pwy                cia

          equus           epos              equos

So, we see in this example that the Welsh ALSO substitute the W for a U.  Wonder what they do with B's and V's? We know that they draw out their R's... and O's.

Thus, "Quorum" would be Pwarwm in Welsh.  There is an "extinct" village called "Wharram Percy" in Yorkshire, I believe.

And, we have to remember that "Perceval" was a "Welsh Knight."

Are we looking for something that is really Qercevol or something related?

Did you know that "pyramid" comes from a combination of Pi + Rho.

General meaning... Fire + Heat.

But, the alphabetic according to gematria is Pi = Solar halo -> knees -> 80.

Rho = Fruitfullness -> thighs -> 100.

Added, they are 180.

180 from what?

And there are pythons, and Pyrenees, and Pythagoras, and the Pyramids built by the "Brotherhood of the Serpent..."

Cyrillic

vino=(Russion) BUNO vodka=BODKA valery=BALEPI

In Cyrillic there is a special letter for what we call "B" But then Laura would go into Labra rather than Lawra so I do not know. So, what about German?

or they are teasing .... WHO prononces your name this way? (me?)

notice: 1) "we be berry ..." rather than "we are ..." 2) I prononce Laura as it would write "Lawra" 3) but berry...???

Today was a little rough, so I am wondering what you have been experiencing. I was VERY tense all evening, and was snapping at the kids a little. This could have been just from being tired, or nervous or worried, or whatever. But, I almost had worked myself up to decide that I ought to more or less push Ali out of the nest. To my way of thinking, she is still somewhat of a baby... but there are things she is doing that I don't like, and I especially don't like being used. And, it seems that she is using my good nature and love to a certain extent.

I would love to be able to subsidize everything the kids want and need - just to be able to take care of all their needs would be good, so forget about the wants - but I can't. And, it is not really fair for them to watch her have so much and do so much and come and go and spend large amounts of money for herself and her car and entertainment, when they do without some very basic things that she COULD help with. But, she does not.

And, what's more, I don't like this revengeful thinking mode she has, and this rather RACY social life she is living. I don't think it is a good example for the younger kids. And, also, she is VERY impatient with The Baby, and somewhat sets the other kids up to be impatient with her - sometimes she is downright MEAN to the baby. So, I have to continually intercede. For example, she will come home ONCE in a while, and take the bigger kids to the store to get something. The Baby will ask to go and have a ride... Ali always says "No, you're a pest and I don't take pests for rides."

Well, naturally, The Baby is at a "pesky" age - but that is just the age. It only requires patience. And, for God's sake, Ali was NEVER treated that way!!! Nobody EVER told her she was a pest, even if she WAS!

But, anyway, The Baby is becoming convinced that she is a bad and worthless person. And, if I try to gently suggest anything, Ali will start arguing with me over it, and THAT is not good in front of The Baby. And, when I suggest that she discuss it with me in private, she will just get louder and insist that The Baby will only get over being a "pest" by being told that she is one and that nobody likes this.

And, of course, there is some general rudeness... and the fact that she really contributes very little of ANYTHING to the household... either in time or effort or financially.

And, yes, she has had a difficult childhood. L did NOT make it easy for ANY of us. But, she is an adult now, in the eyes of the law, and I cannot TELL her what to do or how to behave. And, I have tried to make it so that she would like being at home, and NOT feel that she had to go off where she might have troubles and so forth.

But, it seems that the troubles are happening anyway, and I am the one being made to feel guilty and like I never did enough for her... and the other kids who ARE my present full responsibility are suffering so that SHE doesn't have to! She essentially has everything HER way, and it sometimes seems that this is HER house and not mine. And, I don't mind that she feels perfectly at home, because I want it that way, but I do think that I ought to have some respect and consideration, which she does NOT show, in general.

Yes, she is working full time and going to school... but so do a lot of other people - and they have to pay their living expenses and don't have Mom there to pay the bills and buy the gas etc.

Did you know that she has told all her friends that SHE bought her car... ? I know I should not feel insulted by this, but I do.  Actually, I feel hurt. The car was a gift from US. And I feel completely disrespected about it.  It's like she is trying to manipulate people to think we are bad to her.

So, this is really eating at me just now... has been for awhile, I think, but only now is really coming to the surface. I love my child more than my own life, but I think that I am not doing any good for her by suffering for her. Nor is it fair to the other children.

Honey! What should I do? I am completely torn up inside over this.  I just KNOW that I ought to do something, but I don't know what. I am afraid that something bad will happen to her if she is not at home, and yet I know that I have to let go. And, I even wonder if she is subconsciously pushing me this way BECAUSE she wants me to DO something? To tell her that she must save some money and get a place of her own and be responsible for ALL her own bills and life. And then, just steel myself to follow through.  I mean, this is almost like living with L again! Only worse, because it is my child!

Honey, as for Ali do you think it is okay if will be sending money to her account? Yes, it all looks dark. There is no way to deal with it other than you are doing. What is dark must be called this name. You have all my support. You can tell her that. Perhaps I should write something to her too. But let me wait until I have it clearly in mind what needs to be written if the expected result is to follow.

There is no need for crying. All will be well and fine. You have to just keep telling Ali the distinction between Good and Bad. She has only you to tell it. Either she will get the message or not. But we should not pretend we do not see and we should not restrain from expressing our opinion - which must be done in caring and loving way. Some things do take time. And it will all be better when we are together. There are scars on her character caused by circumstances of the past. It will take time to neutralize (even if partly) the effects of the past. But there is no need to cry. You did what it was necessary- even if it was hard.

So we we make some corrections with Ali. We do not need big corrections but we do need a consistent angle of approach.  We will take this angle and follow it - whenever there is opportunity.

Honey, Yesterday you told me this: > Phillipe called (twice). Bad news from Wroclaw as there > is a flood there and no telephone and no e-mail connection. > We hope it will not last long. At present half of the town > is under the water. No trains. But water is going north.

Where did all this water come from? Is this a common occurrence there?

Have you talked to Mother? Iza? Agnes?

Any further news?

Didn't I say something was going to happen and you would have disturbing news from "home" for some reason that was not clear?

Well, I expect that this is it.

And, tonight I completely re-did all your charts with a different house system and all is much better. I will finally get it right one day! Have to get my predictions closer in time and accuracy. Maybe this other system will help.

And, tomorrow, since I won't want to be moving around too much, I will try to get some typing done. But, believe me Honey, the remaining sessions are NOT all that interesting. Maybe a little something here and there, but all the really good stuff I have transcribed first, and they are sort of arranged in reverse order ... but, I know that you will want to be the one who decides what is significant or not, so I will be good and get them done.

It is from rains. It is a national disaster.

No connections.

Yesterday evening the water on the main Polish river Vistula was approaching Warsaw (going north to the Baltic see). In Wroclawa it was becoming better, but apparently half of the town was under the water. .

> > It is from rains. It is a national disaster.

Well, living in a "disaster state," I can certainly understand! The flood we had in 1993 - well, no warning at ALL! And, it was not from rains... the wind blew from the SW for several days, and during the night the Gulf just "invaded," so to speak. The bridge on Main street, by the park was under water... but, it was NOTHING like the floods that happen in other places, except that no one was at all prepared. My friend said she first knew there was a problem when her little girl got out of the bed in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, and there was water up to the edge of her bed. It filled her house up to 5 feet before it was all over. And it was salt water, so everything was ruined. Every car parked on the West side of 19 was just junk afterward!

Funny this flood came with Slick Willie...

> > Have you talked to Mother? Iza? Agnes? > No connections. >

You will hear something today or tomorrow, I am sure of it!

> Yesterday evening the water on the main Polish river Vistula was > approaching Warsaw (going north to the Baltic see). In Wroclawa it > was becoming better, but apparently half of the town was under the > water. . >

Isn't it strange for the water to flow north? I thought that all except a couple of rivers flowed south toward the equator?

Poor HB! Don't be worrying. All will be fine! Of course it may be a last ditch effort of the Lizzies to delay your divorce! I am just waiting to see what they are going to try here next!!!

So first writing more... yesterday while going home i was thinking of the flood and the lizzies and such things

here are my thoughts

....so we have this flood it makes everything more difficult possibly no e-mail for while no telephons problems with water who knows what else were these lizzies? well, it is quite possible there was possibility to direct us to a universe with a flood rather than the one without, so they used this possibility it was a surprise to us to learn about the flood but yet we believe there is continuity...

but then they can direct us into a universe with earthquake and other disasters what can we do to prevent it from happening?????

sending this writing more....

Ark to Laura
Date sent:         Tue, 15 Jul 1997 07:44:49

... so what can we do about it? can we be on a guard, to keep watching and be informed in time so there is no surprise? this is impossible. if we keep watching and collectin all information about all possible disasters then we will not be able to DO anything. And it will not help anyway. so what to do?

i think there are two things first, we have helpers. and we keep doing our task then these helpers will help second, there are laws (of several levels). According to these laws, as far as I can see, even Lizzies can't do all they would like. There is something about free will. So it seems to me that lizzies can put us into a disaster universe - but that will NOT prevent us from doing our task UNLESS WE MAKE A MISTAKE. So they can create flood and problems with Ali, but these are NOT in a sense, REAL PROBLEMS, when by "real" I mean those one can't really dealt with. We can turn all these into lessons. And if we do this consistently - we evolve, and the more we evolve the more difficult it becomes directing us into disaster universes....

Ark to Laura

and then after finishing with thinking about being directed into a disaster universe I came home and was reading the final the booklet and then the final part about the ciphers which was most interesting. And there is something FISHY about all this parchments. It makes NO sense al all to have a key which is an anagram of the message. It is a nonsense - unless there is a purpose in it. Two possibilities 1) somebody is joking 2) it is VERY serious, more serious than what is in the books So here I am.

and there is a nice spider on the wall ... with eight legs... teensy winsy (or what is the spelling) what is he wanting to tell us????? four forward legs longer than the four at back... triangular shape.....

It is extremely hot and you hb has a headache and is sleepy

it is next to impossible to do anything useful but I believe it is not that bad because in Wroclaw it will be worse as probably there will be no water for quite a while so we have a somewhat special period which charts did not predict for one reason or other.

and the news from Wroclaw are not encouraging. It was the worst disaster in all the history and there are problems with food and water supplies as well as there is a danger of epidemy. This is what I know from internet and newspaper clips that Philippe faxed me. No telephones working there and internet is broken in the university.

and I can't connect to Bielefeld with Pegassus....

Seems that a bridge collapsed in Israel at some sort of athletic event and a lot of people were dumped into a river, and at least one died... and the "evangelical scandal" in St. Pete is still raging...

Seems the guy, a VERY important religious leader type, head of a national church organization, etc, was on a trip. While gone, his wife found a deed to a different house in his papers. And, this deed showed that he owned this other house with another woman, and he was listed on the deed as a "single man." Well, the wife was living in a 200 grand home, and this OTHER house was a 700 grand place! So, the wife goes to look at it. Goes inside, rips all the furniture apart, breaks everything that moves, sets fires all over the place, which, of course causes smoke. The fire department comes and she is still there... she is arrested for arson. And, the story comes out at that time.

So, the next thing that happens is that her husband comes back in a hurry, has a big press conference. The wife is now denying that there was anything wrong at all - that she must have "dropped a match," and the husband says that this other woman is a "business associate" and the wife stands up beside him and says "amen" to every lie he tells... and the whole thing is QUITE a hysterical spectacle. This guy owns two Mercedes, a Rolls Royce, and a couple of other cars, an apartment house and goodness knows what else... all bought on the offerings of "poor believers!"

So, I can't remember when, but the C's predicted this one quite some time ago. It was sort of mixed in with other things, so I wonder if it was supposed to be sort of a "milestone."

Do you mean 30 victims as in died? That seems rather MORE than a little newsworthy to ME!!

No, something strange about this. Just does not sit right for some reason. Except for Philippe, are you getting the news any other way?  Is there a complete blackout of news from Poland? Do you know how high the water is/was? Good grief! You may not be able to go back right away! If it is that bad, it may take weeks to get transportation and other things going again! And, something like that, if it is the worst disaster in Polish history, will certainly require assistance from everywhere! Is it in the German news or French and Italian?

I called the Times and complained that there was no news about the flood (made a few remarks about it coming on the heels of Clinton while I was at it! Couldn't help myself!) I talked to the "World Editor," a Mr. Chris Lavin, who pulled down the wire service reports and made an excuse that there was "no mention" of it at "the meeting" yesterday, whatever that is. I pointed out that it could be the worst disaster in Polish history, which, as he must know, was rather longer than most other countries, while there was a bridge collapse in Israel at a sporting event that received about 3 ro 4 columns!

So, he started reading the wire reports, and I remarked that, apparently, this flood was QUITE a subject of news in OTHER parts of the world, and WHY were we being kept in the dark.... etc. So, he was a little embarrassed and noticed that the reports they DID have indicate it IS rather serious... sooo.... we will see.

I suppose newspapers are going to soon become obsolete with the internet!!! So, they OUGHT to see to it that they cover what is going on!

Funny! The kids came in and all looked at the picture... they found the flooded McDonald's most interesting! And, after reading the descriptions... well, The Baby said "The Lizzies must be REALLY mad at you and Ark!"

So, it IS TERRIBLE. Now I am worried about family...

And, I expect that since this sort of thing does not happen often, that there is really no way to cope with it. Here, we have such weather related things so often that it is just a "drill." Everybody knows where to go in case of evacuation, or which roads will be kept open... all the rescue teams practice with this sort of thing all the time.

But, even with all that... there are so many people here, that when something DOES happen, it is STILL a disaster because of the crowding and rushing about. And floods are silent intruders, usually.... quiet destruction. What we have here mostly are terrible winds that scare the living daylights out of a person! The flooding usually only comes from the waters of the Gulf being shoved in by winds or pulled in by low pressure systems. The "daily" floods from rainfall are generally accommodated by drainage systems and big pumping stations.

But, when all of this is not 'normal,' then when it does happen rarely, well... it has to be a very helpless and frightening feeling. And so many people affected. The article saying that the government can't help was NOT encouraging.

Indeed, a rather hostile planet!!!

I called the Pulaski Association to find out if they knew anything... and they DID NOT! So, I told the woman the story... and she said that there is a fellow down in Pinellas Park who was involved in the funding of a hospital for children in Poland (she did not know all the details) and she is going to call him and find out what HE knows or can do... I then suggested that all the members ought to be calling the Times and demanding the news...

They may or may not.

Anyway... it is terrible to see all that water surrounding those beautiful buildings.

So, I think that is all I can DO unless I can think of something else...

Do you think it will be necessary to cancel the conference? If everything is in a state of disaster, it could be VERY inconvenient for weeks on end while the damages are evaluated and roads and so forth cleared of debris... and money is being spent to aid people without other assistance.

So, that is just a thought.

We will certainly have to keep our eye on things. This could have implications in other areas. You know: "expect the unexpected." Do you know if the flood was in the area of your apartment? Agnes?  Iza? Mother? How high is Mother's floor? I know she is on the ground floor, but up a few steps... but, that was VERY high water.

And, you may certainly expect this to be used, (if possible) as an excuse by A for any number of things! Such as: "I hid the money in a bag in the back yard under a tree and the flood washed it all away and now I can't give ANY of it back! And I have had everything destroyed and I have nothing and poor pitiful me etc..."

Wait and see!

So, we keep our seatbelts fastened for the ride!  What next?! Those Lizzies are rather creative, yes?

One thing I CAN say! This life is NOT boring!!!

It will be ok.

I believe it is ok in there - judging from the news that I know. But we will see.

Sure. We will deal with each and every problem when it emerges.

> Wait and see!

Yes, we wait and see.

> So, we keep our seatbelts fastened for the ride!  > What next?! > Those Lizzies are rather creative, yes?

Well, do you think they did it for us? Probably they have many other good reasons - hopefully. I do not like to feel responsible for these 36 people dead. But even if I am .... I would say it were the Lizzies and not me. Well, we were told that many strange things are gonna happen ... weather changes, earthquakes etc. etc. So this is not a surprise. We will manage. The really bad thing may the communication breakdown. No telephones and internet at the university is dead. But Technical University is alright so I think it will be repaired soon.

We Germans watched with empathy and sorrow the television reports of the floods in Poland that are worse than anything seen in several centuries," Kohl said. "Today we spoke about how Germany can  help. And we will of course do everything we can."

Floods in southern Poland swept through dozens of towns and cities  across thousands of square miles and killed at least 35 people.

The country is desperately trying to raise funds for reconstruction  and is also appealing for emergency relief aid. (Reuters)

WARSAW -- Poland mustered funds for a huge reconstruction effort on  Monday as flood waters receded in  some of the worst-hit areas, while  continuing to threaten other  communities along the raging Odra  River.

Finance Minister Marek Belka said he planned cuts in budget  spending to cover reconstruction and sought a possible $300 million  soft loan from the World Bank to fight a calamity so great that  Poland has called a day of mourning for Friday.

The official death toll from the floods stands at 36.

A week of downpours inundated large areas of Southern Poland as well  as the neighboring Czech Republic and sent surges water rolling  north along major rivers, especially the Odra.

The city of Wroclaw was slowly emerging from water after its  citizens mounted a largely-successful sandbag defense of the  historic center, with its churches and precious library. But the  Odra swamped most of the city over the weekend.

Villages near Legnica and the fine town of Glogow, partly restored  from World War II devastation, were next in line.

A less dangerous swell on the Wisla river reached Warsaw on  Monday without spilling over or seriously harming the capital.

The government picked national labor office chief Andrzej Pilat to  oversee long-term reconstruction.

"He is being given unprecedented powers as the situation is so  extraordinary," Cabinet office head Grzegorz Rydlewski said.

Parliament will return from recess for a special sitting on  Wednesday to amend two dozen laws, including this year's budget,  partly to allow higher borrowing to repair damage.

Some opposition chiefs challenged the Cabinet decision not to  declare an emergency, a move which could have helped relief efforts  but would have delayed elections set for Sept. 21.

"The Union for Freedom is concerned...that a state of emergency was  not declared in connection with the disaster," Bronislaw Geremek, a  party leader, told a news conference.

It was one of many reproaches flung at the government, led by  ex-communists, which faces a strong challenge from a rightist  alliance at the parliamentary polls.

Questions arose as to whether Wroclaw's 650,000 people could have  been spared if authorities had blasted gaps in dikes upstream of the  city, to free water into the countryside.

Wroclaw council's deputy president, Stanislaw Huskowski, told  Gazeta Wyborcza daily that uninsured local villagers, who stopped  engineers from blowing the dikes, were desperate after the  government had said there would be no compensation.

He estimated the costs of compensating villagers would have been a  tenth of those for damage to the city.

Where floods receded, dozens of towns and hundreds of villages  were left strewn with sewage and dead cattle. Officials warned the  hundreds of thousands of flood victims to clean everything at home  and sterilize drinking water.

The effects of the flood bit on the Warsaw stock exchange, which  fell overall. Trading in seven firms has been suspended following losses due to flood damage. (Reuters)
