Splitting Realities?

The sniper shootings in Washington began on October 2nd. This was the same day the following individuals began posting to one of our egroups as follows.

"But by disinforming people about the true nature of the 4th density STShieararchy and state of existence, as such people as Arizona Wilder and others do; by making humans the "physical" or "paraphysical" Reptoids, the attention is drawn away from the actual "control system" of Drachomonoid beings of hyperdimensional, variable physical capability."--The Wave 13a

"BUT, keep in mind that [newsman] Alex Jones is not seeing the whole picture! [CLIP] He is not seeing the global conspiracy nor its hyperdimensional controllers." Laura, Signs of the Times Aug 31, 2002

On the other hand, she makes comments such as these at Signs of the Times: UN and Iraq strike arms inspections deal but US goes into "thwart mode" - The United States andIraqi leader Saddam Hussein also stepped up their sparring. The White House said it would not object if Saddam was shot or driven out of power by his own people. Saddam said US leaders should consider why they are so hated around the world." (Laura's) Comment: We really need to ditch this Bush Gang and get on with the business of our own problems. This Bush bully and his distractions from what is really wrong with America and what we could really fix instead of putting all Americans at greater risk of terrorism is becoming excruciatingly tedious. Let's just impeach him and his gang and be done with it.

And this: President Bush has warned that Washington would move to oust Saddam on its own if the United Nations fails to act. (Laura's) Comment: I have a better idea. Congress should move to oust Bush. And, if they don't, the American people should vote to oust their representatives!

But Laura knows it's not just a matter of ousting the Bush gang:

"As a result of the manipulations of this "Consortium," the majority of Americans are inculcated into the fiction of a representative government - a democracy - and that our scientists and representatives are "taking care of business" for us, and even if they are sometimes corrupt, they aren't as bad as a totalitarian regime. It has become most definitely obvious in the past couple of years that this is NOT the case - and probably never was. We don't even really elect our representatives. It's all a sham. But the fiction propagated by the media has clouded the ability of the American people to see their society and government for what it really is: an oligarchy that pretends to be a democracy to placate and deceive the public. " Laura, from "Something Wicked This Way Comes" (Aurora Journal)

In short, we think Laura has enough awareness of the realities of the electoral process to know that it is rigged to put the same kind of people in power every time. Bush is not running the show here--the actual control system originates elsewhere. Perhaps in focusing on ousting Bush, she's just expressing frustration, not suggesting what she thinks would actually solve the problem. It seems that in this case, her head and her heart are in a schizoid conflict.

Now, let me make myself clear: George Bush is the FIRST president we have had who is ENTIRELY the creature of 4 D STS. What we have to realize is this: Through this puppet president, they finally are activating their plans, EXACTLY as described in the Book of Revelations. George Bush IS the False Prophet of the Beast.

As I have written about in the Adventures Series and elsewhere, a High Cabal was helped to begin the process of seizing power in the United States in the early part of the last century. Indeed, the 4 D STS operation has been "preparing the ground" for millennia by creating religions and philosophies that would inculcate FALSE ideas of what is actually "good" and what is "evil." For the past 50 years, the New Age COINTELPRO gang have been running the same operation on those individuals who have the most potential to SEE and to ACT. The above pair of writers are cases in point. They simply do not SEE. One of them wrote HIS solution as follows:

Anybody with two neurons in contact can see that what 4 D STS wants is NOT to "trap you into fighting them." They most definitely wish to avoid this. Why else would they spend so many years creating "love and light" religions? Why would they spend so many years twisting and distorting spiritual truths? Why would they put so much into mind control technology? Why would they spend so much time terrorizing us from the shadows if they weren't afraid that we might wake up and RESIST??? Why has 4 D STS spent so much effort to persuade people to "turn the other cheek," or that "the changes are internal, inside you." Why are they trying to convince the entire population to either have faith in Jesus, Buddha, Jehovah, Allah, or "create critical mass in a new kind of thinking, a new way of being, inside yourself."

THAT is precisely the product of the New Age COINTELPRO. Good people who will do nothing, and thereby, allow the triumph of Evil. That has been the plan of 4 D STS all along.

Carl and Jenifer say: "they have you where they want you, opposing them where they are strong."

They do not see that the present situation is a desperate maneuver, and that NOW is the time to act, and that Bush is the weak link in the chain. They do not SEE the consequences of NOT acting. They think that they can just meditate and "change themselves inside" and that is all that is needed.

Dolan's book tells us that in the early 70s certain technologies were being developed that could "broadcast" signals over the entire nation. We certainly suspect that this technology was developed further in the subsequent years. The question is: what did they do with it?

What strikes me as an essential turning point in this COINTELPRO operation was the beginning of the "expose" of two particular items that hold sway in certain New Age and "conspiracy" circles to this very day: Alien Abductions and Satanic Ritual Abuse.

The Gray alien scenario was "leaked" by Budd Hopkins. Whitley Streiber's alien abduction books, including Communion followed a few years after. Prior to the publication of these books, the ubiquitous "Gray aliens" had rarely - if ever - been seen before. In fact, a review of the history of "contact" cases show that the type and variety and behavior of "aliens" around the world is quite different across the board.

But, along came Budd, followed by Whitley and his glaring alien on the cover, and suddenly the Grays were everywhere.

In respect of Whitley and his Grays, allow me to emphasize one of Dolan's comments: "By early 1969, teams within the CIA were running a number of bizarre experiments in mind control under the name Operation Often. In addition to the normal assortment of chemists, biologists, and conventional scientists, the operation employed psychics and experts in demonology." This, of course, brings us to the parallel event of that period of time: Satanic ritual abuse.

SRA is the name given to the allegedly systematic abuse of children by Satanists. As it happens, keeping our timeline in mind, it was in the mid to late 1970s that the allegations of the existence of a "well-organized intergenerational satanic cult whose members sexually molest, torture and murder children across the United States" began to emerge in America. There was a panic regarding SRA triggered by a fictional book called Michelle Remembers. The book was published as fact but has subsequently been shown to be a hoax by at least three independent investigators. No hard evidence of Satanic Ritual Abuse in North America has ever been found just as no hard evidence of abductions by Gray aliens has ever been found.

Nevertheless, the allegations were widely publicized on radio and television talk shows, including Geraldo Rivera's show. Religious fundamentalists promoted the hysteria and, just as during the Inquisitions, endless self-proclaimed "moral entrepreneurs" both fed the fires of prosecution and earned a good living from it. Most of the early accusations of satanic/ritual abuse were aimed at working-class people with limited resources, and with a few exceptions, the media and other groups that are ordinarily skeptical either remained silent or joined in the feeding frenzy of accusations. The few professionals who spoke out against the hysteria were systematically attacked and discredited by government agencies and private organizations.

The question has to be asked: If there are thousands of baseless accusations of SRA and thousands upon thousands of cases of unverifiable alien abductions, from where do they originate?

Most of the SRA cases are said to originate with children. Since there is a widespread belief that children wouldn't make up stories of eating other children or being forced to have sex with giraffes after flying in an airplane while they were supposed to be in day care, the stories are often taken at face value by naive prosecutors, therapists, police officers and parents. Researchers have found that children are unlikely to invent stories of satanic ritual abuse on their own. So, where do the stories come from? Accusing the therapists, district attorneys, police and parents of inducing such stories from children doesn't seem to be a very productive answer. Yes, it may happen in some cases, but certainly doesn't seem likely in the vast number of cases.

Now, let's go back and think about our timeline. As it happens, Michelle Remembers was published in 1980, co-written by Michelle Smith and Lawrence Pazder, M.D.

Budd Hopkins finished "Missing Time" in December of 1980, with an "afterword" by Aphrodite Clamar, Ph.D.

It's looking pretty "coincidental" from where I sit keeping the following in mind:

[T]he basic notion was to create, between the electrically charged ionosphere in the higher part of the atmosphere and conducting layers of the surface of the Earth, this neutral cavity, to create waves, electrical waves that would be tuned to the brain waves. ...About ten cycles per second. ...You can produce changes in behavioral patterns or in responses.

The following year, Dr. Joseph C. Sharp, at Walter Reed Hospital, while in a soundproof room, was able to hear spoken words broadcast by 'pulsed microwave audiogram.' These words were broadcast to him without any implanted electronic translation device. Rather, they reached him by direct transmission to the brain.

Consider the above "electrically charged ionosphere in the higher part of the atmosphere" in terms of "chemtrails." And note the comments of our own channeled material regarding the above- not from "aliens," but rather from "us in the future."

What is occurs to me - putting the pieces of the puzzle together - is that there is some general kind of imagery being widely broadcast in the "neutral cavity" described above,and that it depends a lot on the individual and their cultural programming how it "takes." It is designed to INDUCE FEELINGS OF HELPLESSNESS in the physical world - to induce the belief that "they" are so powerful we cannot resist them. Whether our orientation is Christian Fundie, or New Age abductee, we are slowly, but surely, being sucked into a belief that only "spiritual solutions" are our options. We are made to believe that we are helpless puppets and all we can do is pray or meditate to get out of this world. And most especially, NEVER, EVER resist! That is "fighting fire with fire." That is "bad." That is "unspiritual."

When we consider the fact that Operation Often employed "the normal assortment of chemists, biologists, and conventional scientists AND "psychics and experts in demonology," we begin to think that electronic COINTELPRO includes a whole supermarket of new "beliefs" - Gray aliens and "alien contacts" for the New Age crowd and a whole range of "sexual/ritual abuse" scenarios" for those who are NOT open to the alien shtick.

Is the whole thing beamed out as some sort of "free-formal imaging," and based on the conscious acceptance of one or another version, it takes on its individual characteristics? In other words, is it picked up by the subconscious in alpha states or in sleep, perceived as traumatic in a general scenario that can then be interpreted by the individual belief systems in terms of either being examined and or sexually manipulated by aliens on a table or "raped on an altar" by Satanists?

Are the public productions - books by Hopkins, Strieber, and the SRA scandals, just the closing of the circuit by the conscious mind accepting some scenario as the explanation for the constant bombardment of such signals as described in Dolan's book? Is it the job of COINTELPRO to create "bogus organizations" that produce various "explanations" to close the circuit and "make it real" in the person's mind?

One has to wonder about the name of the program: Operation Often in terms of the claims of abductees - victims of repeated and "often" abductions - as well as the claims of those who suggest the SRA explanation. In either case, the believer is being "herded" into a "response camp" of either faith in alien saviors or self-focused "ascension techniques", or faith in Jesus to save from the demonic/satanic Illuminati, Jews, Pagans - take your pick.

Let me make it clear that I am in no way suggesting that "abductions" or some whacked out Satanic rituals do not take place somewhere, under some circumstances. What I am suggesting is that the Gray Alien and SRA phenomenon most certainly was not restricted in any way by COINTELPRO, which suggests strongly that it is PRODUCED by same and may indeed be the smoke and mirrors that hides a far more insidious state of affairs. In essence, Dolan's book shows us the history of how the many levels of society have been duped and deceived - or directly controlled - from the average citizen, to the seeker of higher truths, to the scions of science and industry, to the, hallowed halls of government. Each "type" has been targeted in the way most likely to "manage" them best.

And Carl and Jenifer are definitely being "managed" along with all their "fellow believers" that "nothing can be done" but to "believe" that you have "freedom in your mind," as Whitley recently proclaimed.

This brings us back to the problem of the Secret State and its agenda. Some people believe that this secrecy is absolutely essential. They say that the public simply could not handle the truth about aliens. They say that there is no reason to spoil people's lives with the truth because there is nothing that the average person could do about it anyway. Is that really true? Would there be so much effort to conceal the alien agenda if disclosure of the truth wasn't harmful to that agenda?

This brings us back to the efforts of COINTELPRO. Since the military is in the position of dealing with beings of such arrogance that their checks don't cover the damage they do, the "press releases" are issued in the form of diversion and division. UFOs and the "alien reality" are promoted in ways that simply do not relate to the documentary evidence or the factual data. UFOs and aliens are given cachet in the New Age and metaphysical communities, and groups studying them or "channeling" them are "managed" so that the possibility of exposure of the Truth is completely minimized in the plethora of conflicting, generated "beliefs." At the same time, there are organizations that are set up to operate as "professional debunkers" and disinformation artists. Smoke and mirrors and endless confusion.

What is evident from the documents and statements of those "in on the secret," is that the current "popularity" of aliens and New Age presentations of the subject - including popular "beliefs" and "New Age Philosophies" - are the direct result of deliberate infiltration by intelligence personnel who are continually "spinning the wheel" of lies and distortion.

If the military organizations are as interested in UFOs and Aliens as we KNOW them to be based on the evidence, and if they are in the DARK about them, as the evidence also suggests, would they not be utilizing the many claimed "alien contacts" among the New Age community as resources IF there was the possibility that such sources really WERE in contact with the "real aliens" in and about the planet as they claim? There are certainly many of these contactees that claim "extreme military" interest in their work. However, based on the facts of the operations of the National Security State, we can pretty well objectively assess that if this were true, such contactees would not be out there promulgating their information unmolested. That some of them achieve great popularity is compelling evidence that their "information" is useless to the military, if not created by it. What seems to be true is that most contactees and channelers are dupes of the military cover-up - victims of COINTELPRO - created to generate the noise that hides the signal of the true Alien Reality and our proper reaction to it. In short, the majority of claims of channelers, contactees, new age gurus, UFO researchers, and the like, both in books and on the internet, about the "alien reality," is COINTELPRO at its finest.

Take that to the bank.

Now, let me point out something C's once said about a situation in which I was torn between the "New Age Love and Light" option of just letting a situation resolve itself - which only resulted in it getting worse - and the "find the weak spot, apply the pressure, and achieve the goal" option. This, and several similar lessons, have a lot to do with our approach to what we see. Story is: We paid for a new roof, after a long ordeal, it was finished, and then we learned that the roofer did not pay for the materials with the money we paid him, and we had been liened by the supply house.

Now, let's just put the whole lesson together here:

Now, it is pretty obvious that the New Age COINTELPRO and Religious programming has accomplished exactly what Machiavelli proposed. He said that religion and its teachings of faith, hope, charity, love, humility and patience under suffering were factors that render men weak and cause them to care less about worldly and political things, and thus they will turn political power over to wicked men who are not influenced by such ideals. Of course, the real trick is to convince people that the "afterlife" is the only thing worth thinking about, and it is to this end that Christianity has been formulated. It is also to this end that many of the New Age beliefs and "formulations" of the truth about Ascension have been engineered. All you have to do is have faith or meditate or acquire knowledge and awareness - change your thinking, change what's inside, do what is necessary that will help you love everything and everybody. Nothing is said about the day by day struggle, and the necessity for action.

What seems to be true is that we have to choose our alignment and prepare ourselves for the emanations that are traveling "downward" to be better received. This is the essential point of Castaneda's Don Juan when he said:

The average man's reaction is to think that the order of that statement should be reversed," he went on. "A seer who can hold his own in the face of the unknown can certainly face petty tyrants. But that's not so. What destroyed the superb seers of ancient times was that assumption. We know better now. We know that nothing can temper the spirit of a warrior as much as the challenge of dealing with impossible people in positions of power. Only under those conditions can warriors acquire the sobriety and serenity to stand the pressure of the unknowable.

We see that Carl and Jenifer are among those who suggest that "A seer who can hold his own in the face of the unknoWn can certainly face petty tyrants." Please notice what Don Juan then says: THAT ASSUMPTION IS WHAT DESTROYED THE SUPERB SEERS OF ANCIENT TIMES.

Collectively, we have the most amazing Petty Tyrant of the past many years - impossible persons in positions of power. Don Juan would be leaping with glee. And just as the writing of the Adventure Series was the act of "stalking," or "systematic harassment" of a teensy weensy petty tyrant, so are my comments on this page. And I hope others take them to heart and repeat them everywhere, and collectively we can systematically harass the Bush Gang and use the resulting shocks to fuse our magnetic centers.

Our view is that we are in 3rd density because that is where we FIT. If we no longer fit, we leave. The way to grow, is to learn the lessons of 3rd density. We believe and teach that ordinary Life itself, properly understood, can indeed be the means by which we are initiated, as Gurdjieff also taught.  He wrote about the "First Initiation" in the following way:

You have no measure to measure yourself up.  You live only between 'I like it' and 'I don't like it'.  Which means that you have appreciation only for yourself.  You do not allow for anything above you - theoretically or logically maybe, but not in reality.  This is why you are demanding and keep on thinking that everything should be cheap, and you can afford to pay for anything you want.  You don't recognize anything above yourself, or outside yourself or inside yourself.  This is why, I repeat, you have no measure and live only to satisfy your whims.

Yes, your 'self appreciation' makes you blind!  It is the biggest obstacle to a new life.  One has to be able to pass this obstacle, this threshold, before one can go further.  It is the test that separates the 'chaff' from the 'wheat' in people.  No matter how intelligent, how endowed, how brilliant a man is, if he doesn't change his opinion about himself, he will be lost for inner development, for the work based on self-knowledge, for a real evolution.  He will stay as he is all his life.  The first demand, the first condition, the first test for he who wants to work on himself is to change his appreciation of himself.  He cannot just imagine, or simply believe or think, but actually *see* things in himself that he did not see before, really see them.  Never will his opinion about himself change as long as he will not see inside himself.  And in order to see, he has to learn to see: it is the first initiation of man into self-knowledge.

Before anything else, he has to know what to look for.  Once he knows it, he has to make efforts, focus his attention, look constantly, with tenacity.  By maintaining his attention on it, by not forgetting about looking, one day he may see.  If he sees once, he can see a second time, and if this is repeated he cannot ignore seeing.  This is the state to look for in our observation; it is from this that the true desire, the desire to evolve, will be born; from cold we're becoming hot, vibrating; we will be deeply touched by our reality.

Today we have only the illusion of what we are.  We overestimate ourselves.  We do not respect ourselves.  To respect myself, I have to have recognized in me a part which is higher than the other parts, and to which I show respect by the attitude I have towards it.  In this way I will respect myself.  And my relationships with others will be ruled by the same respect.

We have to understand that all other measuring units, talent, erudition, culture, genius, are changing units, units of detail.  The only true measure, never changing, objective, the only real one, it is the measure of inner vision. 'I' see - 'I' see myself - and you have measured.  With a higher, real part, you have measured a lower one, also real.  And this measure, defining by itself the respective roles of each part, will bring you to self-respect.  But you will see it is not easy.  And it is not a bargain.  One has to pay a lot.  For the bad payers, the lazy, the losers, no chance.  One must pay, pay a lot, pay immediately and pay in advance.  Pay from oneself.  With sincere efforts, wholeheartedly, without expectations.

The more you will be willing to pay without reticence, without cheating, without falsity, the more you will receive.  And from then on, you will meet your true nature.  And you will see all the tricks, all the dishonesty it goes to in order to avoid paying cash.  Because you have to pay with all the gratuitous theories, all the deeply rooted convictions, all the prejudice, all conventions, all 'I like it' and 'I don't like it'.  Without bargaining, honestly, not just make believe.  Trying to see while using fake money.

Try for a moment to accept the idea that you are not what you think you are, that you overestimate yourself, therefore that you lie to yourself.  That you lie to yourself always, every moment, all day long, your whole life.  That the lie rules you to the extent that you cannot control it anymore.  You are its victim.  You lie everywhere.  Your relationships with others, lies.  The education you' re giving, your petty conventions, lies.  our learning, lies.  Your theories, your art, lies.  Your social life, your family life, all lies.  And what you think of yourself, lies too.

But you don't stop from what you're doing or from what you're saying, because you believe in you.  You have to stop inside and observe.  Observe without prejudice.  While accepting for a time this idea of lies.  And if you observe in this manner, paying of yourself, without self-pity, by giving all your false riches for one moment of reality, maybe someday you'll see all of a sudden something you have never saw in you before.  You will see you are someone else from what you thought you are.  You will see that you are two.  One that is not, but takes the place and play the other's role.  And the one that is, but so weak, so inconsistent, that just brought forth it disappears immediately.  It cannot stand the lies.  The smallest lie kills it.  It doesn't fight, it does not resist, it is vanquished in advance.

Learn to look until you have observed the difference between your two natures, until you have seen the lies, the impostor in you.  When you will see your two natures, that day, in you, the truth will be born. What do you do when you realize that most of your life you have given away your free will and, at the same time, have taken away the free will of those dearest to you?  More horrible still, what do you do when you realize it has ALL been done in the name of LOVE?!

The moment of true initiation.  It seems that, as the great masters teach us, it is not a moment of "great enlightenment."  It is not someone who comes to "show us reality."  It is not a "seeing all the world as a oneness."  It is seeing the self as a liar and a feeder on others.  It is measuring the self with TRUTH.  It is seeing that the predator has been feeding on the self, that the self has been feeding on others and propagating the infection on to all those who one claims to love and wish to help.

Initiation is not a glorious inpouring of life and love and tears for the beauty and oneness of the world.

It is sheer terror.

It is a descent into Hell.  It is the Shamanic descent into the underworld to do battle with demons.  It is the dismemberment of the body, the flaying of the flesh from the bones, and the subsequent rebuilding of the self on a different foundation - a foundation of spiritual verity.

And if I could convey to you that Hell, that sensation, that solitary test in which the soul is weighed, BY THE SELF, finally and completely and seen for what it has truly done, you would see how little truth there is because of all the beliefs of the Matrix that have been inculcated and promulgate and tended so carefully by our emotions and by the deceptions of the predator within who convinces us that we are "good" and "pure" and there is "oneness."

Indeed, one sees that there is "oneness," but one sees that the aspect of God that is experienced at this level is the black, sucking, feeding maw of STS.  One sees how little true Love is actually manifested at this level of being.  One sees that all of our illusions about "goodness" and truth and beauty are LIES.  They are masks for more feeding.

And that is so horrifying an initiation that few survive.

That is "paying everything."

Now, re-read what Gurdjieff had to say about the matter; how he pointed out that a person has to "pay in advance," that the key is to accept the idea that one is not what one thinks, that there is a different reality from which our own is projected, and that developing this idea in the realm of pure thought, and then using it as the platform by which one can observe and analyze, is the key to being able to see for a moment, and then again.  One must be able to see the interactions of the Petty Tyrants in our lives, the Predators who prey on us in the Theological Reality.  And then, one must be willing to act.  It is only after action that the true nature of the Predator reveals itself just as the Vampire reacts with violence to being exposed by the presence of a mirror.  Because, it must be kept always in mind that there ARE predators who are predators by choice - even if that choice is made at some level, in some part of themselves that is not available to even their own conscious awareness. 

As Don Juan says: "Impeccability is nothing else but the proper use of energy. […] To understand this, you have to save enough energy yourself."

This "right use of energy" has to do with Don Juan's description of a division of "seers" into two categories:

We realize right away that Jenifer and Carl and many, many others, belong in the latter category of "seers." They haven't saved enough energy to even see this. Here we aren't talking about just ordinary "energy" such as is used to run around the block or cut the grass.  The energy being discussed is something different, though it can be expressed in the physical body.  The energy Don Juan is talking about is the "energy of awareness."

As I have written in the Adventures Series, the most important principles that the Cassiopaeans have given us are Free Will and Knowledge Protects.  These two concepts are inseparable.  The more knowledge you have, the more awareness you have; and the more awareness you have, the more Free will you have as to whether or not you will receive and disseminate lies or truth.  With increase of knowledge, there CAN be an increase in awareness, but not always.  A person can have a great deal of knowledge, but since he defines what he knows with the Juvenile Dictionary, he only can have Juvenile Awareness.

Knowledge is understanding of, or information about, a subject which has been obtained by experience or study, and which is either in a person's mind or possessed by people generally.  Awareness is a bit different.  It is the fact or state of being aware, or conscious, especially of matters that are particularly relevant.  So, we can understand that relevance in the present context depends upon one's knowledge of the universe, and or beliefs about same.  A person can have a great deal of knowledge based on what is generally accepted by society at large, and based on this, he decides what is relevant and what is not.  As we have already seen, this can even lead to Stockholm Syndrome.

Acquiring even more and deeper knowledge of the universe, that which goes beyond what is commonly accepted, depends upon openness of the mind to observe reality, to forebear forming hypotheses until a sufficient number of facts become evident, and to then be constantly open to change the hypothesis based on new facts and evidence, rather than trying to force the facts or evidence to fit the hypothesis.  In this way, "relevance" can change dramatically.  We can become aware, or conscious, of matters that are relevant to a higher sphere of existence even if it is not part of the knowledge that is "possessed by people generally."

We come back again to the idea that it is our own lessons that we are experiencing, that we are, in a sense, "open" to the predations of a petty tyrant because we feel, in some sense, that we deserve it.  And yes, we may be "programmed" to feel that we deserve it due to simple, social and familial programming - no "alien interference" is necessary here.  Even more, we may be carrying programs from past lives, as I was, and probably most other people as well.  Add to that the problem of COINTELPRO, and it is a deadly mix. All of that is the "bad news."  The good news is this: the instant you come to the full awareness of these factors, you have the right to change your mind.  You have the right to stop, right there and then, being used and subjected to manipulation and betrayal.  And, as Clarissa Pinkola Estes writes:

"In the Bluebeard story we see how a woman who falls under the spell of the predator rouses herself and escapes him, wiser for the experience.  The story is about transformation through knowledge, insight, voice, decisive action.  We must unlock the secrets and use our abilities to be able to stand what we see.  And then, we must use our voice and our wits to do what needs to be done about what we see.  When instincts are strong, we intuitively recognize the innate predator by scent, sight, and hearing... we anticipate its presence, hear it approaching, and take steps to turn it away.  In the instinct-injured (the purpose of COINTELPRO) the predator is upon them before they register its presence.  We have been taught to be nice, to behave, to be blind, and to be misused.

"The young and the injured are uninitiated. Neither knows much about the dark predator and are, therefore, credulous.  But, fortunately, when the predator is on the move, it leaves behind unmistakable tracks in dreams.  These tracks eventually lead to its discovery, capture and containment.

"Wild Ways teaches people when not to act 'nice' about protecting their souls. The instinctive nature knows that being 'sweet' in these instances only makes the predator smile. When the soul is being threatened, it is not only acceptable to draw the line and mean it, it is required." [ Pinkola Estes, June 1997; Ballantine Books ISBN: 0345409876]

"Right use of energy," or "impeccability" is learning when not to act nice about protecting our souls.  It is learning that when the soul is being threatened, it is not only acceptable to draw a line and mean it, it is required.

In the Bluebeard story, as soon as Bluebeard realizes that his wife has discovered his dark secrets, he informs her that he is going to kill her.  She pleads with him for time to make her confession, to pray for her soul, and to generally "prepare to die."  This is, of course, a ruse.  Secretly, she has sent word to her brothers that Bluebeard is going to kill her, and she is buying time until their arrival.

This is an allegory of the need to recoup one's soul energy.  Once one has become aware of the secrets of Bluebeard, one has to acquire energy to deal with him.  The arrival of the "brothers" on the scene is nothing more than the reviving of the psychic, warrior energies.  It is with the energy, skill and forebearance of the Warrior aspect of the soul that we deal with petty tyrants - when the time is right.

At the same time, we must be aware that there can be a distinction between the persona of Bluebeard and the actual human being who is playing the role.  As Ms. Estes has pointed out, "the young and the injured are uninitiated. Neither knows much about the dark predator and are, therefore, credulous."  This is an important point because it might indicate that one is dealing with a soul that is simply in the process of learning the same lessons, but is at a different point on the learning cycle.  Perhaps such a soul has not chosen as many incarnations, or a different lesson path has been followed.  Perhaps such a soul is one that is "new" in human form, though it has spent other incarnations in other forms.  In such a case, it is wise to consider this, and to realize that such a soul may not have any evil intent - they are just learning about the predator by experiencing control by it.  And it may require many lifetimes for them to come to that moment when they realize that they have been manipulated and betrayed by their own choices, and they can then change their mind and begin to conserve their own energy for escape.

In other cases, a different dynamic may be in play:  An apparent human being may quite simply be an incarnated natural predator.  Such an individual may look human, they smell human, they speak as a human, and they have access to the storage capacity of a human brain which allows them to collect data and facts, assemble them, and to present even a very scholarly front.  But initiated awareness "sees" that such a being acts in human form as an animal, twisting human principles and potentials, because such a being has no multiple assemblage points.

There seems to be still another type of human: an extension of a higher density negative "Crypto-geographic" being.  As the Cassiopaeans have pointed out, 4^th density most often acts through its "human agents," and sometimes these are like dedicated phone lines - there is no "human potential" present.

Don Juan speaks about such petty tyrants. "According to the new seers, a perfect petty tyrant has no redeeming feature."

Nevertheless, whatever factors are in play, the most useful approach to these lessons about predators is a combination of "right use of energy," as well as clearing the unworthiness programming.  We know that the program is clear when there is no more "self-importance" left in us, when we are no longer "personally offended" by their actions.  This, of course, does not mean that we no longer seek to discover, capture, and contain such predators when they appear in our lives.  We are still aware that there are always going to be instances where we know that "acting nice" is not going to protect our souls.  We must always be on guard against threats to the soul, theft of energy or free will, and just because we are no long personally offended, it does not mean that we do not draw the line and mean it.  But, as Castaneda points out, when self-importance is effaced, all of this can be done with a sense of joy and in a spirit of humor. In other words, STO can ACT THROUGH US.

But still, even in such a case, at some level we have asked for the experience in order to learn the lesson that our soul was seeking.  So we find that, again, having some compassion for robotic or predatory beings is a deeper level of healing the self.  We need to understand that even 4^th density robots and predators in human form are only trying to survive by feeding on us.  It is all "nature," and its not our job to fix them.  It is, however, our job and our right to protect ourselves.  "The instinctive nature knows that being 'sweet' in these instances only makes the predator smile. When the soul is being threatened, it is not only acceptable to draw the line and mean it, it is required."

"One of the first concerns of warriors is to free that energy in order to face the unknown with it," don Juan went on. "The action of rechanneling that energy is impeccability."

And we come back to my present activities here on this page.  Is it a "right use of energy?"  Or is it a "distraction," as some would suggest?

Don Juan has explained what he called a "three phase progression."  This is the mode of approach to becoming a Warrior who is Free.  This three step program consists of:

Why are the things happening in our world the way they are? Why is humanity in the presence of a Petty Tyrant - George Bush and the Gang - who is trying to get us all killed?

Why indeed? 

Because this lesson is going to keep coming until you learn to "hold your own."  I also know that the "right use" of my energy at this point is to not only hold my own in facing the petty tyrant, but to share it with others.  In this way, I can fully activate my choice of what kind of "seer" I wish to be.  Remember, Don Juan said there are two kinds: those who are willing to exercise self-restraint and can channel their activities toward pragmatic goals, which would benefit other seers and man in general, or those who don't care about self-restraint or about any pragmatic goals.

At the same time that one exercises restraint, one must also draw the line and mean it.  In dealing with petty tyrants and predators, one has to learn to not to act "nice," to forget about being "sweet," and to discover, capture and contain the predator.

And so it is that the present strategy is that I am using my energy in a very pragmatic way, designed to rid myself of my own self-importance, and to share the process with other seers who are on the same path of Becoming Free.  Don Juan tells us that utilizing this strategy is not only crucial for getting rid of self-importance, it also prepares us for the final realization of impeccability.  And in the end, that is what counts.  Impeccability is simply another term for respecting Free Will.

As Don Juan suggested, these pages and my comments are also a "deadly maneuver."  The Petty Tyrants are "like a mountain peak" and the attributes of the warrior - control, discipline, forbearance, timing, - are the climbers who meet at the summit.

Finally, I'm having a lot of fun writing these pages!  When Don Juan wrote about his own experience with the petty tyrant, and how the maneuver was "directed" by his "benefactor," he made some rather amazing remarks:

"How could anyone enjoy the monster you described?"

"He was nothing in comparison to the real monsters that the new seers faced during the Conquest.  By all indications those seers enjoyed themselves blue dealing with them.  They proved that even the worst tyrants can bring delight, provided, of course, that one is a warrior."

And I have to tell the readers that I am having a ball! I am not even offended when folks like Carl and Jenifer just don't "get it." Because, of course, most people worry all the time about not saying this or not doing that because it might "hurt their feelings," or it "isn't nice," or that isn't "love and light," or it doesn't look compassionate! All such concerns are actually based on our worries about how someone else will perceive us!

We worry about someone else's hurt feelings because if we hurt their feelings, they will think we are bad.  We worry about just simply speaking honestly from the greatest truth we know, because they might think we are not "nice" or "sweet" or "Christian" or "compassionate."  And all of that is related to self-importance! 

We are controlled by our fear of admitting that we have made stupid mistakes, that we allowed ourselves to be used and manipulated - whether at a human level or from a hyperdimensional level - that we are in the process of learning.  We are ashamed to discuss these things publicly.  We are exhausted by trying to "keep it quiet" or "shove it under the rug" or trying to find a way to rationalize it, to think that we deserve it, that we are not free to simply change our mind, and learn a new strategy for dealing with such things.  We are programmed to be so concerned about our self-aggrandizing feelings, and the self-aggrandizing feelings of others that we commit the "fatal flaw": we take ourselves too seriously!  We think that our emotional reactions to the cruelties of others is evidence of our "spiritual nature."  We think that our concern for the feelings of others who are hurting us is evidence of our superior spirituality.  We think that saying something like "well, consider the source and ignore it," or "one should not get the messenger and the message mixed up" is some sort of pronouncement of great spiritual wisdom.

We are so terrified by our fear of "taking the bull by the horns," that we exhaust ourselves trying to think of ways NOT to do it.

And it is really quite simple: just DO it. And the most important thing of all is to feel joy throughout the exercise.

We may be having the strongest instinctive reaction of our lives that just screams that someone is a predator, but we shove it under the rug because it's "not nice."  And then, when they are poking a stick directly into our eye, we are constrained to say: "please, I'd like to bring it to your attention, if it is not too much trouble, that you have a stick in your hand, and somehow, (and I am sure it is not intentional), the stick has managed to find its way into my eye.  It is causing me considerable difficulty - even pain - but I have tried to restrain myself from pointing it out because I am sure that you are just being yourself and have every right to be yourself, and if in the course of being yourself, you have accidentally poked a stick in my eye, perhaps it is MY fault for having my eye annoyingly in your way.  Having said all of that, the fact remains that the stick is in my eye, and if it wouldn't be TOO much trouble, would you kindly see if it would be possible to withdraw it - assuming that it doesn't violate your right to be yourself, that is - because I am, naturally, very compassionate toward others, and being yourself is okay by me… but still… the stick... my eye..."

Acting from natural instinct, the instant the stick begins to approach our eye, we would slap it away and be damned to the niceties. And so it should be in matters of the soul.

Don Juan explained that the mistake average men make in confronting petty tyrants is that they do not understand that reality is an interpretation we make, and that interpretation is based on knowledge and awareness.  The plain fact is: Petty Tyrants take themselves with deadly seriousness while warriors do not.  Warriors interpret reality according to the Theological Dynamic, and utilize the Psychological substrate as the instrument of implementation of the four attributes: control, discipline, forbearance, timing.

What always exhausts a Petty Tyrant is the wear and tear on his self-importance.  He is so full of it, and false pride, that he is internally ripped apart by being made fun of or not taken seriously, which he only feels because of his self-importance and his need to feed and sustain it.  It is self-importance that will drive a man to falsify his credentials, to claim knowledge and experience he doesn't have; to steal an election, to lie in an attempt to take over the world; and it is self-importance that will drive such a man to fight to his last gasp to preserve that false self.

And this last is the clincher.  The Petty Tyrant is so concerned about what "other people think" that they will spend endless energy trying to maintain a false image, to continue to "act the role," to attack that which threatens their self-importance either violently or with subtle viciousness.

And this is George Bush's weak point: his lies. Fighting George Bush by saying "no war" is actually not the best use of energy here. A better use would be to go to the streets to demand an investigation into 9-11 and to demand that questions be answered about Bush's fitness to be president. All of those are issues that put pressure on his self-importance, his lies, his facade.

The object of the Warrior is, of course, to utilize whatever is necessary to stand against the Petty Tyrant, to draw the line and hold it, and - if necessary - to strategically systematically harass the Petty Tyrant until they are drained of energy, and with their last, desperate burst, they do something so stupid, so destructive, that finally, due to the forebearance of the warrior who knows the nature of the Predator, the Petty Tyrants receive their "due" - generally at their own hands. And thus the dynamic ends.

Now, notice very carefully the following remark: predictions for the future have the form: IF this, THEN this; IF NOT, then that. If the situation, as it is, is not known, no one will take any action and the predictions for the "future" will be "set." However, if there is a change, perhaps even so small a change as just what we are doing here in sharing this information, it can change everything in a nonlinear way. And it is this that the Cassiopaeans have endeavored to teach us. Yes, they will answer our questions objectively and clinically as to the state of the universe in which we live at the moment the question is asked. And then they will tell us that we have Free Will if we have Knowledge. And then, when we ask them what we ought to do, if anything, they say: "you will do what you will do."

You will do what you will do.

So, let's get on with it!

October 2nd was the anniversary of my grandmother's death - 18 years ago. We buried her on October 5th, and her birthday was October 7th, 1899. As those of you who have read Amazing Grace know, this was the event that "opened the door" to the Cassiopaeans back in 1985. Naturally, on that day, I was in a somewhat reflective state, looking at all the things that have happened in the intervening years.

After working most of the morning on revisions to Ancient Science, preparatory to going to the publisher for a regular paperback edition, I decided that we needed a short break, and so we went to Staples to pick up some office supplies. As we were passing one of my favorite thrift shops, I suddenly had the impulse to stop and check the book racks. Ark slammed on the brakes in response to my sudden, urgent request, and whipped around the corner and into the parking lot.

There wasn't much on the book racks - but there was a video entitled Roswell and the Alien Autopsy. For two bucks, it was a bargain. I used to have a copy of the show that was aired on television in UK, which was somewhat different from the one aired in the US, but I had lent it out and it was never returned. I thought I was just replacing the one I no longer had - or a reasonable facsimile. Later, back at work, I forgot about it. Until bedtime.

I slipped the video into the VCR, and we settled back to watch it. Ark had never seen it in any version, and I certainly wasn't expecting much more than the choppy clips I had seen on national television. I was in for a surprise. After a brief introduction about the Roswell incident, there was the complete, uncut version of the autopsy with no sound bytes, no interruptions, no commentary.

I had always been convinced that the whole affair of the alien autopsy was not a hoax, even though I had seen only little bits of it. I even debated Mike Lindemann on the subject on a talk radio show back in 1995. There were several points about it that I made at the time, ideas I held in opposition to the many "UFO researchers" who were screaming for Ray Santilli's blood.

The first one was the simple fact that if the video had been a hoax, if hoaxers were intent upon trying to persuade people that something was real - which is always the objective of a hoax - they would certainly have made the alien look like the standard "image" of an alien that is "alive" in popular consciousness. That the alien did NOT look like the standard gray was, in my opinion, a fact that made the autopsy video more credible rather than the other way around.

The second point was the obvious "made-up" story about the "camera man." No matter which way you look at it, whether it was deliberately leaked by someone currently on the "inside", or whether it was handed over to Ray by some old guy who had squirreled it away all these years, the one thing that would NOT happen would be to tell the true story about either the background, location, or circumstances of any of the parties. In short, from any point of view, the story had to be made up - everything about it would be designed to lead AWAY from the truth - and it simply wasn't worth analyzing. Of course, a feeding frenzy of theorists, armchair experts, skeptics, and true believers in the Gray aliens began, and I watched this process with some amazement.

The third point of conviction that the autopsy was real was just simply watching it. I listened to a lot of people giving "opinions" about it who had never dissected a body. I have. There are certain things about cutting flesh, separating layers of skin from underlying muscles and bones, removing organs, handling the scalpel, and so on, that simply cannot be faked. The clips that were shown on television included one where the scalp was being removed from the skull. I've done that. What's more, I have done it expecting to be graded on whether or not I could do it without destroying the structure. I have also sawed open skulls knowing that I would be graded on whether or not I could do it without destroying the dura mater - the delicate membrane encasing the brain. I am certainly no expert, but I've done it. And I have watched others do it. More than once.

My thought at the time was that the individual doing the autopsy was not someone who dissected regularly, because certainly, a medical examiner who does autopsies every day, would have the whole thing reduced to a formula. But this guy was most definitely medically trained, and held his scalpel like a surgeon. He knew anatomy, and he must have made pretty good grades in A & P - even if he didn't make dissection a career. And that leads to the next point.

Many individuals have made some pretty wild declarations that the government would never have given such a job to an "amateur," either in terms of the autopsy itself, or the filming of same. They have suggested that if a real alien was retrieved by our military, the finest scientists in the country would have been given the job, and they would have performed the autopsy in a theatre with the gallery full of the most eminent specialists. The "camera man" would have been an expert in handling camera equipment, and so on. They declare the idea that the government would conspire to hide such things to be ludicrous, and they pronounce sagely and knowingly that no such conspiracy could possibly be maintained for over 50 years. Allow me to quote Richard Dolan on this point:

The United States comprises large organizations - corporations, bureaucracies, "interest groups," and the like - which are conspiratorial by nature. That is, they are hierarchical, their important decisions are made in secret by a few key decision-makers, and they are not above lying about their activities. Such is the nature of organizational behavior. "Conspiracy," in this key sense, is a way of life around the globe.

Within the world's military and intelligence apparatuses, this tendency is magnified to the greatest extreme. During the 1940s, while the military and its scientists developed the world's most awesome weapons in complete secrecy, the UFO problem descended, as it was, into their laps. Would they be interested in unknown objects snooping around their restricted airspace? Would they want to restrict the information they acquired? The available evidence ...indicates an affirmative response.

If we assume, then, the existence of a UFO conspiracy, we may ask, where is it? Is there a central control group, for example, managing the problem? Perhaps yes, perhaps no. It is possible, even plausible, that no one holding public office today knows what is going on. It may be that a UFO control group existed at one time within the Department of Defense or the CIA, but there is no absolute reason why such a situation must exist today. Not only is secrecy within those circles axiomatic, but information is so highly compartmentalized that it is easy to imagine how various strands of UFO information could fall into dozens of semi-isolated domains.

Clearly, within the military, secrecy remains the rule regarding UFOs. Despite claims of noninterest, the military cointinues to respond to reports of unidentified flying (and underwater) objects. But military personnel would be foolish in the extreme to be caught discussing this with the public. The military's "Oath upon Inadvertent Exposure to Classified Security Data or Information" is taken by all personnel exposed to classified information of any kind, and is binding for life, under all circumstances. When you sign this oath, in the words of 133rd Airborne Wing Officer James Goodell: "...you sign away your constitutional rights. You sign a piece of paper saying that if you violate your security agreement ... without a trial, without the right of appeal, you're going to go to the Leavenworth federal penitentiary for twenty years. That's a real big incentive to keep your mouth shut."

The military has taken the UFO issue deep undercover. - Some things are true, and some things are officially true.

Anyone who has lived in a repressive society knows that official manipulation of the truth occurs daily. But societies have their many and their few. In all times and all places, it is the few who rule, and the few who exert dominant influence over what we may call official culture. - All elites take care to manipulate public information to maintain existing structures of power. It's an old game.

America is nominally a republic and free society, but in reality an empire and oligarchy, vaguely aware of its own oppression, within and without. I have used the term "national security state" to describe its structures of power. It is a convenient way to express the military and intelligence communities, as well as the worlds that feed upon them, such as defense contractors and other underground, nebulous entities. Its fundamental traits are secrecy, wealth, independence, power, and duplicity.

Nearly everything of significance undertaken by America's military and intelligence community in the past half-century has occured in secrecy. The undertaking to build an atomic weapon, better known as the Manhattan Project, remains the great model for all subsequent activities. For more than two years, not a single member of Congress even knew about it although its final cost exceeded two billion dollars.

During and after the Second World War, other important projects, such as the development of biological weapons, the importation of Nazi scientists, terminal mind-control experiments, nationwide interception of mail and cable transmissions of an unwitting populace, infiltration of the media and universities, secret coups, secret wars, and assassinations all took place far removed not only from the American public, but from most members of Congress and a few presidents. Indeed, several of the most powerful intelligence agencies were themselves established in secrecy, unknown by the public or Congress for many years.

Since the 1940s, the US Defense and Intelligence establishment has had more money at its disposal than most nations. In addition to official dollars, much of the money is undocumented. From its beginning, the CIA was engaged in a variety of off-the-record "business" activities that generated large sums of cash. The connections of the CIA with global organized crime (and thus de facto with the international narcotics trade) has been well established and documented for many years. - Much of the original money to run the American intelligence community came from very wealthy and established American families, who have long maintained an interest in funding national security operations important to their interests.

In theory, civilian oversight exists over the US national security establishment. The president is the military commander-in-chief. Congress has official oversight over the CIA. The FBI must answer to the Justice Department. In practice, little of this applies. One reason has to do with secrecy. [...]

A chilling example of such independence occurred during the 1950s, when President Eisenhower effectively lost control of the US nuclear arsenal. The situation deteriorated so much that during his final two years in office, Eisenhower asked repeatedly for an audience with the head of Strategic Air Command to learn what America's nuclear retaliatory plan was. What he finally learned in 1960, his final year in office, horrified him: half of the Northern Hemisphere would be obliterated.

If a revered military hero such as Eisenhower could not control America's nuclear arsenal, nor get a straight answer from the Pentagon, how on earth could Presidents Truman, Kennedy, Johnson, or Nixon regarding comparable matters?

Secrecy, weath and independence add up to power. Through the years, the national security state has gained access to the world's most sophisticated technology, sealed off millions of acres of land from public access or scrutiny, acquired unlimited snooping ability with US borders and beyond, conducted overt or clandestine actions against other nations, and prosecuted wars without serious media scrutiny. Domestically, it maintains influence over elected officials and communities hoping for some of the billions of defense dollars.

Deception is the key element of warfare, and when winning is all that matters, the conventional morality held by ordinary people becomes an impediment. When taken together, the examples of official duplicity form a nearly single totality. They include such choice morsels as the phony war crisis of 1948, the fabricated missile gap claimed by the air force during the 1950s, the carefully managed events leading to the Gulf of Tonkin resolution, and the many deceptions practiced regarding the UFO issue.

The UFO cover-up (precisely the right phrase) is one secret among many within the American National Security State. Like other areas within its domain, the UFO problem has been handled secretly, with great deception, and with significant resources. The secrecy stems from a pervasive and fundamental element of life in our world, that those who are at the top of the heap will always take whatever steps are necessary to maintain the status quo.

UFO skeptics often ask, "Do you really think the government could hide something like this for so long?" The question itself reflects ignorance of the reality that secrecy is a way of life in the National Security State. Actually though, the answer is yes, and no.

Yes, in that cover-ups are standard operating procedure, frequently unknown to the public for decades, becoming public knowledge by a mere roll of the dice. But also no, in that UFO information has leaked out from the very beginning. It is impossible to shut the lid completely. The key lies in neutralizing and discrediting unwelcomed information, sometimes through official denial, other times through proxies in the media.

UFO evidence derived from a grass roots level is unlikely to survive its inevitable conflict with official culture. And acknowledgement about the reality of the UFO phenomenon will only occur when the official culture deems it worthwhile or necessary to make it. Don't hold your breath.

This is a widespread phenomenon affecting many people, generating high levels of interest, taking place in near-complete secrecy, for purposes unknown, by agencies unknown, with access to incredible resources and technology. A sobering thought and cause for reflection. [Richard Dolan, UFOs and the National Security State]

Now, allow me to make my point. The idea that this was a "great event" for humankind, or that it ought to be handled by the best scientists, and filmed by the most proficient movie maker for posterity, was simply not a consideration. The circumstances under which the alien autopsy undoubtedly took place, include the inevitable conclusion that the only individuals who would have been involved, would be those who could be controlled. The individuals performing and filming the autopsy were not selected for their great skill; they were selected because they were the best available for the purpose, who were already on the "inside."

Getting back to October 2nd: for a week or two prior to the "shootings," the Quantum Future School discussed a series of strange impressions about the world, and a sensation of "impending" activity of some sort. On September 24, I wrote:

Today is a bit funny because we have experienced two mechanical "breaks" around the house here. One is the brand new battery in the car - dead for NO apparent reason. The second is the dishwasher - pump failure. Usually when these kinds of things happen, it happens just prior to some sort of EM event such as an earthquake or a volcano or a hurricane, etc. I have even connected such things to loss of life type disasters such as plane crashes. At the same time, there is a sensation "in the air" of external agitation. I notice it on the list also.

Another thing: this big boy Isidore was beating up on the Yucatan for the past couple of days and now he has bounced off the coastline and is heading north. Who knows what will happen next. So everything sensed could be related to that and nothing more. BUT, I am a bit curious to see if this period of Libra will be one in which a lot of deadly stuff goes on. So, shall we play and see if anybody is getting any impressions?
