Has anyone seen the film "Knowing" with Nicholas Cage?
The synopsis, according to IMDB.com is as follows:

But one mysterious girl fills her sheet of paper with rows of apparently random numbers instead. But it is Calebs father, professor John Koestler (Nicolas Cage), who makes the startling discovery that the encoded message predicts with pinpoint accuracy the dates, death tolls and coordinates of every major disaster of the past 50 years. What I found intriguing about the movie was that at the ending, the aliens were portrayed as the good guys/ saviours of mankind. They were even depicted as having an angelic appearance, complete with the silhouette of wings!
It brought to my mind (while at the cinema) what the Cassies have detailed to Laura, with regards to the programming being complete (i'm not too sure as to the specifics). It pertained to Project Blue book, Lucid, Bible prophecies etc.
It's interesting that the powers that be are inching closer to revealing to the public about a cosmic threat, not a man-made (global warming) one. Not cyclical planetary bombardment by comets, but solar flares! Hmmmm....
I think it's an interesting watch. Quite good on the special effects.
I wonder what these dudes are gonna come up with next?
