Deputies said he told them he was a medical marijuana provider, and they found certificates for medical marijuana but no state provider's license.
State officials said records of licensed providers aren't public.
Robbins is jailed under $50,000 bail. No phone listing could be found for him and it wasn't known if he had a lawyer.

Police say 31-year-old Jared Garfagna of Marshfield punched the man in the head, and then Garfagna's girlfriend, 24-year-old Sara Mohn, kicked the man. The victim had cuts on his eyelid and wrists.
Mohn has been charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Garfagna has been ordered to appear in court on assault and battery charges. It's unclear whether either has hired an attorney.

Ok, how about this one. Unbelievable but sadly true.
The woman had a cat for more then a year. She called her Beauty although she was too lazy to brush her coat regularly.
Eventually cat's fur got all matted so she decided to clip entangled chunks of hair. When she snipped first one under the tail and blood started spurting she called the emergency vet. Yes the cat was a he, although now he has lost all his male attributes as his other testicle was also removed.
