It is. It is focuced on light and love, and there is important conception of "mind distortion" and body/mind/soul balancing.

Hi Loreta,
I know there is also a spanish translation of it, saw it years ago when my english was not very good (not that it is now, but ok, at least I managed to read the RA material in both languages :-)). But I can't find them right now, will look a bit deeper and let you know if you are interested.
For me, the RA material was the first eyes opener I encountered, in the initial steps of this long journey.
