Thanks Laura! The amount of work you and the rest of the team do is awe inspiring!!! The footnotes are really great too.
"All there is is Lessons." "Knowledge Protects, Ignorance Endangers." - Cassiopaeans

I can think of this network-group as a second, adopted family. I can think of Laura and Ark as the "parents" of this rather large family with all our amusing foibles. Occasionally there will be a "falling out;" a certain member may leave the family. But life goes on... and we all continue learning our lessons.

All for One & One for All. Together we stand, divided we fall.

Wow, with so much other work to do you can find time to do this also. It's truly great and inspiring. Seeing this I have to work on my time management skils.
Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart    :flowers:

Wow, thank you!  I realize this is no small feat!  I look forward to re-reading these again with additional footnotes added for clarity.  Thanks again!   :)

My New Year's resolution will be to stay away from sugar for the next 6 weeks in order to get rid of the candida that has set up shop over the years.  This will be very hard since I'm a total "sugar bug" but I have emergency xylitol sweetened chocolate on hand just in case.  I also will start up yoga again and get some regular exercise which is something I haven't done for over a year. Good luck to all and their New Year undertakings!

Also want to add my thank you!  As others have said, amazing how much Laura gets done. Also this is an opportunity to review the "good old"transcripts. (not that there's anythig dated about them) :)

This is a great gift, thank you for taking the time to post all the transcripts.  Rereading them in this format is a better focus for me.  I can read through the transcript and study.  So again thank you!!!

And for me, it will be to join the French translators team and to suffiiently fix my finance to be able to subscribe for a monthly donation to FOTCM.

I think the caffeine in chocolate feeds candida so it might be a good idea to stay away from it if you're fighting candida, osit.

I'm thinking you need to stay away from the artificial sweetners too.  Also, if you've had candida for years, you probably will need more then six weeks to get rid of it.  I've read some stories of people who needed to be on the anti-candida diet for up to and over a year, but that could be in extreme cases.

Thank you Laura.  The transcripts are invaluable - an amazing legacy that captures the not only the urgency and crisis of these times, but a guide book on how to survive them.  They're also really suspenseful - like a detective story with all those clues spread out over so many years.

Lucky us that we to read so many of them together - you guys didn't have that luxury.

I'm really grateful.  Thank you again.

Laura
much appreciated.

I am not sure where you find the time to do all the multitudinous number of things you accomplish, it is most impressive.
