FOTCM: New Online Application Form

I was putting off applying because I thought I was interacting far too little on the Forum to really benefit from FOTCM.
However I think that, while still not where I want, I broke some of my programming ( have nothing useful to say program) and actually contributed in a positive way in a few instances.
So, I would like to apply, if you moderators think that I can be a part of FOTCM.

Well, when it comes to FOTCM, it's really up to you! If it fits your needs and represents your understanding of life and the path you're on (which it seems to), they you absolutely should join! :)

Excuse my ignorance, but the line in the printed form where says "Place Signed" is where in the world I'm at when I did sign the document or something else?

Yes it is the city or the place where you were when you did sign the document.
