Some corrections of recent German articles

Hello,

The corrections were applied so far (see attachment), though I cannot guarantee that they are entirely correct. I have only examined the German text in terms of misspellings. Translation mistakes must be ascertained separately. And, of course, the whole thing must be further proofread.

What I noticed was that the dates of sessions within this text file are correct, however, the web software seems to interpret them as enumeration items. As a consequence, it displays always "1." in form of a HTML enumeration item. Either something must be fixed software-sidedly or just configured, or we have to write the German dates in another way. We could also write the dates in the form YYYY-MM-DD as it can be seen in older articles.

If HTML reserved characters are enabled, this method might work:

Old style:
--- Code: ---> 3. Februar 1996
--- End code ---
New style:
--- Code: ---> 3&#46; Februar 1996
--- End code ---

YYYY-MM-DD is good, it is ISO 8601.
