Wow. Well I'm sorry to hear about the bills but so happy that they finally figured out what was going on! Big hugs and wishing you well in your surgery.  :hug2: :hug2:

Angela:

I'm so happy that they figured out what the problem is and are planning surgery to resolve it hopefully once and for all.  I'm rooting for you!

Glad to hear that it has been figured out!  What an ordeal you have had to go through.

Good luck on the coming surgery.

So you never had cancer at all?  Good gad, I would sue their pants off for pain and suffering for all this time thinking that you did!

Great news Angela, it's good to know that it isn't the dreaded big 'C', and at long last they have figured out what it is.

So in a few weeks I will be going in for what I call the "roto-rooter" surgery. They are going to go in through my kidney, down through the ureter and cut some of the blockage out!!!    So happy to know what it is now, and it isn't cancer. Plus this explains why I had been having frequent urinary tract infections, because the urine was trapped in there too long. No more antibiotics for me!!!

I am so relieved..thanks everyone for being behind me for this.

Sincerely,

Angela  :)

So happy for you, Angela, that it wasn't cancer. And good luck with the procedure. Will keep you in my thoughts.  :hug2:

Thanks everyone. Mrs Peel- I did have cancer, I was just very happy that it didn't return because they say that if you go two years cancer free, you are pretty much in the clear. It's been 1 year and 8 months since my bladder cancer diagnosis. So thankfully its just a little plumbing problem, and yes Guardian, "plumbing" work is expensive!!!!

So glad to hear it didn't come back, Angela.  And glad you have an explanation for the urinary track infections too.  Not knowing can cause as much stress, if not more, than knowing something horrible.  The mind can conjure up all sorts of scariness. One thing's for certain, your ride on the BBM has been an adventure.

Hope the procedure goes smoothly.  It must feel like it can't come soon enough, now that you know what the problem is and what needs to be done.

Take care,
Gonzo
