Libel and Defamation Against SOTT, Cass, LKJ, QFG, etc

Weidner made up 13 fake blogs just to continue to defame you? 13 blogs. This is NOT the behavior of a normal person. I mean, seriously - who does that? I know I shouldn't be surprised - this is exactly what he and his cohorts in insanity have been doing for years and years - but to see it laid out like that so obviously, all with the same IP address, really brings home the fact that if he's not being paid well to do this, then he is truly, totally and completely insane.
I agree with Perceval - continuing to do what we do, while addressing legally what we can, is the best course forward. If we weren't making waves, there would be no need for all this pathological nonsense.

And that was a very appropriate thing to do from my standpoint - I go through all of the sott RSS summaries (daily) and forward the best ones to a group of family/friends. Had I not seen that addition to the title, I might have glossed over the article and failed to forward it.

This is the same technique used by a corrupt group of "financial" journalists (such as Gary Weiss) to bring down corporations and individual CEOs (and others) as part of naked short sales in the markets where the stakes are billions of $$. Last night I was reading an account of this from the standpoint of Patrick Byrne - CEO of Overstock.com. I was struck with how much this resembles the attacks on Laura, sott, etc from VB/Weidner and gang. The doc is way too long to post here but it can be found at _http://www.deepcapture.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/deepcapture-the-story-v1.pdf. I've only gotten about a third the way through it but it may contain some good ideas about how to deal with the defamation.

I feel like I know Weidner, he's virtually a clone of William (Bill) Wheeler....everything he does, says, etc. is near identical. I really do wonder if these "men" are being created in some Lizzy Bake Oven.
