RedFox:
Just wanted to add a warning. I saw the series years ago when I was a teenager...I don't remember much about it (other than it was quite interesting in places?) but I do remember it was incredibly gruesome (for a 90's TV series) in places.
To surmise what I remember....a seminal murder mystery/thriller....with a whiff of mysticism. Perhaps a little like an early version of an x-files episode.

Iconoclast:
a brilliant tv-show which i can highly recommend.

and i don't think it was that gruesome. but it was definitely creepy! :D

Guess its a subjective thing....their was one particular scene I remember involving someone in a glass box with spikes above them....that wouldn't have been out of place in something like the saw movies. But I was younger and the 'gruesomeness' was probably more implied (and in my imagination) than actually shown. I was always pretty sensitive to stuff like that when I was younger.

** WARINING**

Dont want the movie 'fire walk with me' until you have watched the series first!
