Ummm... two of them, in fact.  Not to forget Pepe the wonder dog.
He who learns must suffer
And even in our sleep pain that cannot forget
Falls drop by drop upon the heart,
And in our own despair, against our will,
Comes wisdom to us by the awful grace of God.

The dancing down the trail segues are just too funny...

 Pretty nice one.

That is great!! And just cooked up a batch   :P
The only thing that seems to offer a way out is simply to observe the phenomena and compare the perceptions with a lot of other folks and try to narrow down the "constant" that is present in all of them.  In this way, we can have a closer idea of what the Third Man REALLY is, and what he is REALLY doing, and what then, should be our best response.  And, of course, "observing phenomena" means, in its most literal sense, to gain and gather knowledge of every form and sort so that one has a sufficient database from which to draw conclusions about observations of one's environment.

I can think of this network-group as a second, adopted family. I can think of Laura and Ark as the "parents" of this rather large family with all our amusing foibles. Occasionally there will be a "falling out;" a certain member may leave the family. But life goes on... and we all continue learning our lessons.

All for One & One for All. Together we stand, divided we fall.

LOL that was a nice song!!!

It was organic, smelled like coconut but had no taste, that's why I called it plastic. Like you guys said, it was probably too much and I wasn't used to it.

Oh you mentioned night sweats, truth seeker. When I was on ham, my nightly leg sweats came back. I'm pretty sure it's vitamin C related, because increasing vitamin C helped "stop" it. The ham wasn't organic and had nitrites.

Thanks everyone for the advice. Fat is something I've struggled with. I took the "warm season" idea as an opportunity to slacken. Now I'd like very much to be able to do 70% fat.

And here is the website of Relic.
