As with so many others, I suspect this one might have been an advertisement for a movie or a video game. Seems to have first appeared a couple of years ago.

After I listened to both a couple times, there is no doubt in my mind that the audio during the first few seconds is indeed an exact copy from the Grand Theft Auto video game.
