The Nouvel Obs newspaper made a report about narcissistic perverse. I made a PDF file of it and let it at your disposal. Too bad that France keeps on his psychanalitic approach but it's better than nothing, at least the topic is a little talked about

IANAL, but I'm pretty sure that it's not allowed without asking permission from the author and editor (and they won't give it !).
French law on intellectual property allow only short quotes of max. 10% of each pages.

For example, if I buy a magazine or newspaper, I give it to you to read, I can do that.  This is the internet equivalent.  It's not up on a public website.

1/ it's a digital copy (allowed only for private use)
2/ put on a web server, and linked in this thread (*) on a public part of the forum, so it's a republication.

French law is really a mess, and about news report it's pretty fuzzy... It's not all the magazin, it's just an extract.

If you follow "your" line Bastian, you should also track all pictures or whatsoever is posted here that is not written by the author. It's on the same line.

It's not against you, it's against the system... that tends to prevent anything to be shared. Soon we will all need a lawyer to know if we are allowed to breath in that area or not !

For the moment, if someone sees an objection to repost an item (and it's not a "plagiat") , the first step is to write and complain and say "please remove this thing", well so you do !! even if you don't really understand why, because the source is noted so it's even a sort of an add !

I don't mind to remove this file from my ftp, it will just make me gain more place. I don't make money about that, on the contrary... I just get bored of all those things and in between millions are killed, harassed, raped or whatsoever and where is the law for that ???

I know I'm going off topic here, but since it's related... after that post, i just realized that all the feel bad I have these days and that don't seem to go away... usually I don't have any problem to cry and let got, but here it's not that. And after  that I realized that I don't need to cry, I just need a punching ball to express my anger, a feeling forbidden in my family it seems. Sorry for the disgression but I prefered to put it anyway... and let the mods remove it or displace.

Just want to add that it's not about Bastian, it's just me against the system, against the "Prefecture", against my job, against the 'syndic", in short, against all my problems, against all my weaknesses; but not against the universe, it's my ancher !!

Thank you for sharing.

Since your post is in the French section of the forum, I am not sure that everyone will take the time to read it.  So, maybe if you could share it in the English section of the forum like the Swamp, more members of the forum would read it and be able to help you in what you are going through.

Like: if I try to talk about a law but in my attitude and words I become the mirror of the law, the law itself, even, I am the law, the judge. Then someone can say to me: tu eres más Papa que el Papa.

I feel the need to explain my previous remarks on this thread : my (conscious) goal writing them was just to warn Maat of the legislation and maybe to help her and/or QFG avoiding future troubles. Maybe my wording was clumsy, but no harm was intended.

I'm not againt sharing, on the contrary ! For many years I've promoted and defended libre/open source software & documentation.
(Because I think it's more ethic & efficient to use/contribute to, for instance, GNU/Linux, rather than to pirate MS Windows.)
