What is happening to Canada oh my god.
loreta:
What is very strange, also, is that when face it, you have two realities: one, this one that you read, articles that make you "la puce à l'oreille", give you hints of what is really happening even if it seems not very important.... than the other reality is when you talk with people who live there, in that case Canada. I talk every week by Skype with my sister and the sister of my husband and they don't seem to live in the same realm. So when deciding to return to Canada I have to deal with those two realities. And this situation makes me very nervous because I know that these "hints" are real, something very scary in fact, but when I see my sister and the sister of my husband is.... like, I don't know how to say, it is like we are living in two different planets. Which one is real? When reading news like this one, about the British travelers, I feel literally a void under my feet. Maybe my family over there is blind?
To live here, to live there will be the same, I think so. Nobody can escape this situation, unfortunately.

No, no one will be able to escape what is coming.
As far as living in two different worlds, yep, that's about it. And most people like it that way, they don't want to see what is really happening because then they would have to get out of their comfort zone. That is why we really stress practicing strategic enclosure and external consideration.
Until people are ready to learn the particular lessons for them to wake up to what is going on, they have the right to keep doing what they are doing. It is not up to us to change them. All we are really here to do is to change ourselves, learn our lessons and let others learn their lessons.
If people are asking in earnest about what is going on, leaving links to articles or websites is all that is needed for them to follow if they want to.

I agree entirely with you Nienna Eluch. Nothing we can do for people that are blind.
Yesterday the same "hints" about the Spanish situation. Bad, bad news that people around me seems not to be aware. There is a sense of danger on the air, not a phobia, but something very ugly that will come in this country. But life continues in normality in this little village and in the city and in the country itself. But the "menace" is there by the ways, like a black cloud in the sky. I know I am not the only one to see it, even some seniors in my village seems aware that maybe very hard times will come soon. It is difficult to keep calm, I try however.
I remember St-Exupéry that was feeling to be in a prison (during the WWII) and said that the only solution was to work his interior cathedral, the only important site.
