Birthmarks
« on: April 10, 2012, 11:49:15 PM »
I remember once in the earlier sessions around 1998 ore something.
Laura asked the Cs about the meaning of birthmarks. I remember the Cs answering something like "It is not time now for you to know that..."
Well years have passed since...

So did anyone came do any conclusions?
That would be cool to know, because I always notice certain birthmarks on people.
Especially on the back, in the lower neck region.

I think it's being touched upon in one of the recommended books on the forum, called Twenty Cases Suggestive of Reincarnation by Ian Stevenson.

Can you add the specific quote from the C-sessions, Remember?
God is infinite intelligence, infinitely diversified through infinite time and infinite space, manifesting through an infinitude of ever-evolving individualities.

The sessions quoted are Session 12th April 1997 and Session 20th August 2001.   :)

There's a paper about birthmarks on this page entitled "Birthmarks and Birth Defects Corresponding to Wounds on Deceased Persons" by Dr. Ian Stevenson:

"To work on yourself for the good of others is a smart way to receive the best from life for yourself." - Gurdjieff

"Discerning the predator's mind in ourselves and others and refusing to be its food is the all-important task of work on the self. It is, in fact, the path to enlightenment. If we cannot accomplish this, we cannot achieve sufficient awareness to be able to even see the next step on the journey." - LKJ
