Reminds me of some stuff Cs streamed once.  They were "markers" I think.

Ukraine explosion; chemical or nuclear.  Hawaii crash; aviation,

I don't think that this is the explosion that C's was talking about, but we'll see. I think, that soon would be something more, maybe clother to the date of Euro 2012.

From what I read from peoples who lives in Dnepropetrovsk noone really knows what is was and why.
Some saw military BTR the day before events. It is very unusual event to meet military object on the streets in one of largest Ukraine city.
Dnepropertrovsk is home town of Yulia Tymoshenko.

I think this could be organized by the Ukrainian authorities who want make citizens more control.

Omission of the cities where championship will be played and detonation bombs in one of the major cities and prepared explosive which when detonated triggered panic, but no one is killed. It gives the frightened citizens, but not blocking a sporting event what in turn gives ideal groundwork for the introduction of more control.

But this is just a hypothesis.

Citizens of Poland and Ukraine are less disciplined. Poland was to be the precursor to insertion of the "INDECT" Intelligent information system supporting observation, searching and detection for security of citizens in urban environment. But the present mental state of people not allowed for accept it already. Police don't want to cooperate with this system. Dead line for introduction of the "INDECT" is 12/31/2013. But who knows what they really may in use and plans.

I have the impression that we will see more and more that type of acts, evidently organized by the PTB to impress the people and produce fear, panic, shock. The economic situation is so grave, so terrible that they need to find an excuse to control the people, and fear is the best way to do it. I am sure that Spain will be targeted very soon, because here people start to be very angry (and this is nothing).

It was very ironic to read the news about this attack: what was very important was talking more about the soccer situation than the people victims of the attack. Who cares about the injured, even if they are kids? What is important is the soccer cup!

I have heard this today when driving car back to home... and one that stud me was that police officer says :"This is not threat to the Euro 2012 matches","We Have planed and organised protection for this (Euro 2012) from many years.."

 
Usually they would says..  "terrorist" "be carte-full" etc..  it seams to me  "I don't know what is going on - someone inside do that"

I think that this bomb attack -  is actions of the government of Ukraine, or rather secret police.
As well as in Belarus was blasted underground, as well as in Russia in 2010. 
In Ukraine, a complicated political situation around Tymoshenko - it is an attempt to intimidate us and distract attention.
