red star?planet?hoax?

i saw this video and was wondering if its real or fake. it seems too small to be the sun but too large and bright to be mars or a star. i dont want to get too excited over something that may be a hoax or trick of the camera :-[. maybe someone can offer an explanation?

we have seen many reflections of the sun as 2 objects one small and other big due to the atmospheric phenomenon.  In this case only one object is here and the object is perfect spherical.
 My guess is it is sun that some how showing up a small object  due to some atmospheric phenomenon.

Hmm.. this guys is says it is 8 AM in the morning and it is not the east. so not sure what it is.
