I might mention here that there is currently ( and until the end of July 2012, if I remember correctly) in Paris an exhibit entitled " The masters of Disorder" ( Les maîtres du Désordre ) at the museum on Quai Branly ( 75007 Paris ). It describes how a large number of civilizations ( almost all of them I think) have tried to harness the powers of Disorder/Chaos through rituals , effigies, statues, dances etc...
This exhibit will be shown in Berlin in the fall of this year. Rather interesting in the context of Laura's work.
