And who says that IT IS true?

That is one of my principles: always ask: "and who says so?" Then do research on the guy who says so. It is usually more efficient than trying to figure it all out by yourself.

Thank you for the advice.  A quick google found : 

"Name: Professor Fran De Aquino; Institution: Maranhao State University; Position: University professor; Location: S.Luis Brazil; Field of Science: Physics."

But even if he is at present an academic, to me that does not necessarily indicate any level of trustworthiness in intent or knowledge.

So alas I am back at Square One, remembering the question: What is the most useful and efficient use of my, unfortunately, all-too-limited supply of time and energy, while at the same time budgeting enough of same to manage good householder duties?
