Father Kills Pedophile Molesting his Daughter

A father walked in on an acquaintance while he was attempting to molest his 4 year old daughter. The father beat the man to death by hitting him in the head, repeatedly. So far, Texas is not filing any charges. It will be interesting to see if the grand jury brings an indictment.
The way I see it, it's one less perv on the streets. If they bring charges against this man, I think people will be in an absolute uproar, like they were in the Trayvon Martin case. There are far too many of these perverts walking around. It's just plain sick and disgusting.

As a victim of abuse as a child, i feel as much outrage as the next person when i read stuff like this. Will be intresting to see what evidence is needed in future cases though, if it sets a precedent.
I say this because in extreme trauma/abuse the abusers often set-up someone else to be the fall-guy, by brain-washing the child.
Its a shame (understatement) things arent much simpler.

I think he did good. How can you abuse a child of 4 years? How this is possible! If a pedophile would do the same to my daughter maybe I would kill him. Because how can you abuse a child of 4 years and be free? You are a parasite if you do things like that.

I can sure understand the reaction. I just hope he had his wits about him enough to put the child out of the way first. Geezus, witnessing something like that could so grossly compound the damage of the molestation that I just can't imagine it! Indeed, children need to know that there is someone who is their advocate, their protector, but they should not be made to feel responsible for the death of someone else.
