Not sure what is more depressing, the brutality itself or how the vast majority of witness do absolutely nothing.

Not sure what is more depressing, the brutality itself or how the vast majority of witness do absolutely nothing.

I don't find it despressing, more of a confirmation that most people won't act against such brutallity unless it's against them personally... quite sobering actually.
