Can anyone identify the tune?

Here is slightly OCD request

in this video at about 5:37 a tune starts that I am pretty sure is originally sung by contemporary British band ( I can hear the voice in my head ) but I cannot remember the name of the band, the lyrics or the title of the song and this has been driving me mad for the past 10 minutes. Does anyone know this song and the title?

Same here, I know it and it's on the tip of my tongue.

I am sure the lyrics 'someone to rely on' are in the song, but I can't get anything else. Yet :)

duuh I thought I recognized the voice in my head, thanks the tune was haunting me ever since - now will put it to rest :)

Good 'ole network. I have those moments where I can't figure out something and need a wider audience to figure it out. Or when I just cannot put in the correct terms for an internet search.

By the way, that's actually one of my favorite songs.
