There have also been a few in Texas and Florida in recent years, although the bulk is elsewhere. 'Several' is quite accurate though.
 
I'm curious when was/is the "Sun in Libra" ?
and from wich few point (probably from the place where the session was made (16 July 1994 so then from Florida few point ?))?

Sun in Libra just means between September 24th and October 23rd, right?
 
'Sun in Libra' could also be a reference to the brown dwarf. In other words, when the Sun is 'on the scales' (Libra), balanced by its brother.

Or October 16 - November 15 if you're going by Sidereal Astrology.

"Sun in Libra" could just be referring to the companion star, or perhaps even a double meaning.
 
Could "Sun in Libra" be translated to "Sun in balance"? It could be a state of the Sun rather than a position?

Just realized, if both "suns" are in Libra at the same time, that would represent an astrological alignment. And if we have a few other planets at "hard angles" at that time, especially Mercury and Venus, plus Comet Elenin, that may present the optimum circumstances for one hell of a discharge of the "solar capacitor".

FWIW, the last question and answer in the transcript Laura posted, about the Montana experiment with human reproduction and radon gas got me thinking, so I did some Googling.

Radon is a radioactive gas that's emitted naturally by uranium, if I understand correctly.

So when it gets into the lungs of anyone who breaths it, it can cause damage to the DNA of cells and cause mutations and transformations, as well as cancer.

Apparently the University of Minnesota did a research article on this very topic.

Yep 'tis interesting times we live in.
Methinks being prepared is becoming mainstream, with all the gloom & doom references on the internet and on the radio...
