Dutroux Cover-up Protected Pedophile Networks

I was a bit sceptical at first when I started watching, but the lady seemed genuine and her body reacted visibly. She shook violently sometimes, it looked like small spasms. :(
The reason that I was sceptical had to do with several Dutch people (amongst others Micha de Kat, a journalist) that had made similar accusations, where the so-called royal family was involved, but this was disinformation IMO. Others also spoke of ritual child abuse and I watched a video of a woman with a rather posh accent that said the same thing, but it looked fake to me.

This Bernhard fellow was quite a nasty character, he accepted bribes from Lockheed in the seventies, and indeed founded Bilderberg and now this. He was horrible to his wife, the old queen, and yet his children or some of them seemed to adore him. He was corrupt and utterly selfish and I wouldn't put this past him. I hope there will be more sources that can validate the experiences of this lady. Now, we just have to take her word for it.

This is horrific. :( And yes, she looks quite genuine. Maybe some of the things that happened to her are not exactly as she remembers, but it is obvious that something severely traumatic did happen. Either that or she is a very good actor, although I am much more inclined to believe her.

If we could get rid of the people behind these crimes perhaps the world at large would radically transform for the better. If the victims and everyone could be granted at least this piece of justice life would have been worth it.

Yes, same here.

Very much agree. Everything would be different if justice would have worked. I wonder if this kind of thing in Holland confirms in some way that there still are a high number of psychopaths (but the same goes for France and others. They are everywhere).

I just read the update on the Dutroux article here, which I thought was quite interesting and telling and that may answer your question I apprenti de forgeron:

For all the people who have faith in the alternative media: Alex Jones only published this article (as a news item) on Prison Planet after paying him $500. And only then did several other major "alternative" sites pick it up (Rense; D.I. in the UK; H.M. in Canada).

But interestingly, soon thereafter, the amount of money offered didn't seem to matter anymore. After some initial support years back for several superficial articles, they mostly refuse to link to the infinitely more detailed and more documented articles about the Pilgrims, the 1001, Le Cercle or the follow-up articles of Beyond Dutroux.

I think that we the people that read these articles could grant the victims justice. It will never be granted by governments, so the people should take their place, OSIT.

Joris Demmink, the current Secretary General of the Dutch Ministry of Justice has consistently been linked to the sexual assault and trafficking of young boys, both in the Netherlands and abroad.

In the fall of 1998, an investigation conducted into an Amsterdam brothel linked senior politicians and justice officials to the sexual abuse and trafficking of young boys. Demmink was specifically identified by one of the young boys as an individual involved in the abuses. According to a former senior official at the Ministry of Justice, this investigation was foiled through the direct intervention of and obstruction by Demmink.

Demmink is retired now, I doubt whether that will make a difference.

Two Alabama men kept a 9-year-old boy captive for months as they sexually tortured him and filmed it as part of a larger child porn ring, prosecutors in Huntsville say in a disturbing case.

So disturbing were the more than 100 photographs police found that officers could not even positively identify the boy because they could not bear to look, cops said in court on Monday, AL.com reports.

Former justice top dog should face probe for child rape: court

Tuesday 21 January 2014

A former senior civil servant at the justice ministry should face criminal prosecution for child abuse, a court in Arnhem has decided.

Joris Demmink was the department’s most senior official until last November and has for years been followed by allegations of pedophilia, which he has always denied.

Two Turkish men who claim to have been victims of Demmink went to the Dutch court demanding the public prosecution department take action against him. The public prosecutor refused to do so, saying earlier investigations turned up no ‘criminal offenses’.

Business

The men claim to have been abused by Demmink as minors while he was in Turkey on business in 1996. The court said the claims should now be investigated because ‘the available material gives sufficient reason for a reasonable supposition of guilt’.

This means the department will now have to carry out further research, including interviewing one witness in Turkey, the daily NRC said. A second witness has since died. In addition, the department will have to study Demmink’s movements in the year in question. He has always denied being in Turkey in 1996.

Evidence

Adèle van der Plas, who represents the Turkish men, says she is very pleased with the court’s decision. ‘After all these years we are finally being taken seriously,’ she told reporters. ‘We have an overload of evidence.’

In 2012 the Dutch security service, justice ministry and police said they saw no reason to carry out a new investigation into allegations of child abuse made against the secretary-general.

The statement came after the Helsinki Commission, a US agency created to monitor compliance with treaties on security and cooperation in Europe, urged the Netherlands to carry out a proper investigation into claims Demmink raped the two under-age Turkish boys.

Thanks for the article, Palinurus.

AFAICT, the secretary of so-called security and justice Opstelten is still protecting Demmink. Not surprising, but it is utterly revolting.

There's the feeling that the Dutroux cover-up is only one incidence of a protective Pedophile network.

From isolated reports that often make it to the media, in one form or another, individuals in power-positions like senior politicians and justice officials have been linked to the sexual abuse and trafficking of young boys. Report's - then seem to get buried and expunged from the public eye.

There seems to be a "new twist" added to the way they operate, which is under their control but is a public venue and a cover for their activities. I'm refering to an increase in "Privitized Juvenile Detention Facuilities" or what has been labled as "Kids for Cash" that came about with the indictment of two Judges and the start of a sequence of corruption arrests that rocked the Luzerne County Courthouse in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania in corruption charges and conviction of two Senior President Judges, five years ago.

A Northeastern Pennsylvania local News Channel report on the five year Anniversary:
_http://wnep.com/2014/01/26/five-years-since-ciavarella-and-conahan-were-charged/

Sunday January 26, 2014, marked the anniversary of a huge scandal that rocked northeastern and central Pennsylvania and made headlines across the country.

It was five years ago that two Luzerne County judges were charged with taking money to send children to a juvenile detention facility near Pittston.

On January 26, 2009 an announcement came about the indictment of two judges and the start of a sequence of corruption arrests that rocked the Luzerne County Courthouse and beyond.

The feds accused President Judge Mark Ciavarella and former President Judge Michael Conahan of taking $2.6 million from the operators of a juvenile detention facility near Pittston to keep it in operation and keep juvenile defendants filling the beds there.

It became known as “Kids for Cash.”

“The behavior filed in the charges today represents a flagrant abuse of the public trust of all citizens in Luzerne County and honest taxpayers everywhere,” said Leslie Demarco back in 2009, IRS special agent.

We started to hear stories of Ciavarella putting kids behind bars for minor crimes.

Parents were thrilled Ciavarella and Conahan agreed to plead guilty.

“I’d like to see what happens to them, like what happened to my son. I’d like to see them put in shackles and taken away, cause that’s what they did to my son,” said Susan Mishanski of Hanover Township back in February of 2009.

Both originally agreed to spend seven years in prison, but then Ciavarella talked exclusively with Newswatch 16.

“I loved the juvenile court, I loved helping those kids. I would never do anything to hurt a child, that’s just not what I do. That’s not me. I was always there for those kids. I resent the fact that people think I did something improper. I didn’t do anything improper when it came to the care of those kids,” said Ciavarella in July of 2009.

Days after that interview, a federal judge rejected the guilty pleas of Ciavarella and Conahan, saying their behavior didn’t really accept guilt.

Conahan went on to plead guilty again, but Ciavarella went to trial in 2011, deciding to fight the charges against him, a fight that failed.

It was quite a scene outside federal court the day a jury convicted Ciavarella on charges including racketeering and money laundering. He was met by the mom of a boy he sentenced years before.

“Do you remember me, do you remember my son?! He’s gone, he shot himself in the heart,” screamed the mother.

As Ciavarella left court a guilty man, he still insisted this was never about kids for cash.

Absolutely never took a dime to send a kid to jail. If that was the case, don’t you think the government would have put that case on? Never ever happened,” said Ciavarella.

A judge sent Michael Conahan to federal prison for 17-and-a-half years. Ciavarella got 28 years.

As he was hauled away in a van to spend decades in prison, the kids he once sent away, spoke out.

“It’s sad he still can’t admit to it, he’s still saying everyone’s wrong, like he’s not admitting to what he did.”

“We apologized to him, he didn’t care what we said. No one cares what he says.”

Those kids got the final word as two once powerful Luzerne County judges were put away.

The convictions around these two President Judges in the "Kids for Cash" scam never once hinted of their possible involvement in a sex ring Pedophile network, yet the hints have surfaced, only to be hushed up and covered over by other's in high places.

Along with the "Kids for Cash" program, another incident in Child Abuse allegations surfaced in the high profile case of assistant Coach Jerry Sandusky of Penn State University (PSU).

_http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penn_State_child_sex_abuse_scandal

The Penn State child sex abuse scandal broke in 2011 at Pennsylvania State University, as a result of longtime former university football assistant coach Jerry Sandusky's sexual assault of at least eight underage boys on or near university property, and alleged actions by some university officials to cover up the incidents or to enable more. Based on an extensive grand jury investigation, Sandusky was indicted in 2011 on 52 counts of child molestation dating from 1994 to 2009, though the abuse may have dated as far back as the 1970s.[1] Per the findings of the grand jury, several high-level school officials were charged with perjury,[2] suspended, or dismissed for covering up the incidents or failing to notify authorities. Most notably, school president Graham Spanier was forced to resign, and athletic director Tim Curley and head football coach Joe Paterno were fired with Paterno passing away two months later. Sandusky maintained his innocence.[3]

The trial of Jerry Sandusky on 52 charges of sexual crimes against children started on June 11, 2012, at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania.[4][5] Four charges were subsequently dropped, leaving 48. On June 22, 2012, Sandusky was found guilty on 45 of 48 counts of sexual abuse.[6] Sandusky was sentenced on October 9, 2012 to a minimum of 30 years and maximum of 60 years in prison.[7]

The scandal had far-reaching outcomes for the university. The report of an independent investigation commissioned by the PSU board and conducted by former FBI director Louis Freeh and his law firm stated that Spanier and Paterno, along with Curley and school vice president Gary Schultz, had known about allegations of child abuse on Sandusky's part as early as 1998, and were complicit in failing to disclose them. In so doing, Freeh stated that the most senior leaders at Penn State showed a "total disregard for the safety and welfare of Sandusky's child victims" for 14 years and "empowered" Jerry Sandusky to continue his abuse.[8][9] On July 23, 2012 the NCAA imposed sweeping penalties on Penn State's football program—among the most severe ever imposed on an NCAA member school—including a fine of $60 million, a four-year postseason ban and vacating of all victories from 1998–2011.[10] In doing so, NCAA President Mark Emmert stated that the sanctions were levied "not to be just punitive, but to make sure the university establishes an athletic culture and daily mindset in which football will never again be placed ahead of education, nurturing and protecting young people."[11] The Big Ten Conference subsequently imposed an additional $13 million fine.[12] Spanier, Curley and Schultz have since been criminally charged for their roles in the cover-up.

As of November 2012[update], two other investigations are ongoing: a federal criminal probe by the local United States Attorney launched shortly after the discovery of Sandusky's crimes, and a separate probe from the Department of Education into whether Penn State responded to the incident properly and reported it in accordance with federal law.[13][14]

On July 30, 2013, Penn State's ex-president Graham Spanier, vice president Gary Schultz and ex-athletic director Tim Curley were ordered by Judge William Wenner to stand trial on charges accusing them of a cover-up.[15]

Media Reaction and Fall Out:

The Patriot-News of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was the first to report on the grand jury investigation, in March 2011.[81] The story did not receive much attention outside of the immediate area,[82] and many readers at the time assailed the newspaper for impugning Sandusky's and Penn State's reputations.[83] After the charges against Sandusky were filed, the newspaper was vindicated and in April 2012 crime reporter Sara Ganim was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Local Reporting for her coverage of the scandal.[84]

I'm currently studying cases of ritual child abuse, that have been and are happening here in germany and other german speaking countries by networks of people who seem to have a lot of power and resources to cover it up (essentially the same pattern emerges here in germany as in so many other countries as well, as we have seen).

I tell you, the stuff those children have gone through is just beyond believe (continues sexual abuse since they were born, both from the parents as well as others they were sold to / killing and eating of babys and children by those networks/ there seems to be always some masters around and "doctors" and other specialist who manage to cover it up). And I bet (actually everything points strongly into this direction) that many of our authorities and people in power are engaging in that kind of stuff. It also seems like there could be children that are actually farmed exactly for those purposes that never get registered, so they never even existed officially!

Many of those children, who survived those horrendous things, have only manged to go through all that stuff by splitting up their personalities into many people.
Just saying that I'm horrified and astounded in what scale this must actually going on every day, world wide, right amongst us!

It is beyond dark.

You maybe familiar with the case of "Natascha Kampusch" that made headlines all over the world in recent years.
Well, as it turns out, the official story is by far not everything and it looks a lot like the Dutroux case in belgium and again the shadow of a network of people with a lot of power in the backround.

I just finished reading this new book about the case (in german):
http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/3981592301/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Disturbing! Especially the network of people in high places who undoubtedly are the "main players" of this sick system...
Those Psychopaths really have infiltrated every organization and institution and have climbed to the top.

Thanks a lot, angelburst and Pashalis for all this information.

Angelburst, I do not know whether you watched these videos of ex-FBI profiler Jim Clemente that Laura posted, but in one of them he talked about Sandusky and how someone had walked in when Sandusky was assaulting a boy and after slamming his locker still said nothing, later blaming the victim for not responding. So, you can see how this culture of cover-up could persist for so long.

I just read this yesterday about the JonBenét Ramsey (a child pageant) case, which was also discussed in the Jim Clemente thread.

** Warning. Shocking material. **

[quote='Programmed to Kill' by David McGowan]
The autopsy report, which was released in a severely redacted form on February 14 and in full on August 13, made mention of chronic genital inflammation, foreign matter in the vagina, and "epithelial erosion." A detective working the case swore in an affidavit that the coroner, John Meyer, told her that someone had definitely had sexual contact with the child. Meyer drew no such conclusions in his report.
Independent experts who have examined the evidence have been far less circumspect. Dr. Robert Kirschner of the University of Chicago's pathology department noted that jonBenét's vaginal opening was twice what is normal for a girl her age. He also stated that the "genital injuries indicate penetration, but probably not by a penis, and are evidence of molestation that might as well as previous molestation." Dr. Cyril Wecht, one of the most respected forensic pathologists in the country, told an interviewer: "This to me is evidence of sexual abuse. I think any forensic gynaecologist an forensic pathologist would agree with that...If she had been taken to a hospital emergency room, and doctors had seen the genital evidence, her father would have been arrested."
There was one doctor who had numerous opportunities to observe that evidence. As was widely reported, JonBenét had been taken to her pediatrician no fewer than twenty-seven times in the previous three to four years. The doctor claimed, rather disingenuously, that that was a normal rate of visitation for a child her age. He also claimed that he had never seen, during any of those visits, any evidence of abuse. That claim, however, was contradicted by the forensic evidence, which indicated chronic abuse.

So, you are saying that this man that kept Natascha in his house for I don't know how many years was part of a network? That also makes perfect sense. You are right, this is very dark and evil.

Yes, that seems pretty likely, as the data strongly suggests that is provided in the book.
And I think there are many hidden skeletons (literally) involved too.

For example there were quite justifiable suspicions, that there are actually bodies buried on the property of Priklopil, the guy that "imprisoned" Natascha. But for some mysterious reason, this was never investigated. And those "not investigated" parts, keep coming up in the case of Natascha over and over again, in every direction you look, so that it becomes quite obvious, that some people higher up the ladder do not want it to be investigated.

Also the data that is presented in the book, about the parents of Natascha (what they said what they did and to which people they are connected) , makes you more then suspicious, that they might have been involved in that network and sold their daughter.

That case stinks to high heaven and the reason why it stinks so much is because, it becomes rather evident that very high people in our system (politicians, judges, psychologist etc.) are covering it up. It also seems rather evident, from the data in the book, that this system is connected to other high people and networks in other countries...
