Thank you Keit for the link. But I have no clue what it could be. But there seem similar reports existing about this round stone, called Blueberries:

Interesting stuff! I think the round stones can be explained via the electric universe theory and plasma arching. Don't know about the stone traffic light though, I wonder what that is.

A very curious artifact.
Reminds me of a sunken ship. Sticking out of the mud.
But then, I used to be a sailor.

It would be interesting to know the actual size of it.
