Serbia over half an hour did not fly a single plane
Aircraft about half an hour did not took off from the Serbian airports, and those who were in the air took a second flight control.
Serbia over half an hour was not flying any aircraft because it has triggered alarm indicating the possibility that the program error occurs, writes Blic.

Air traffic normalize a little before 20 hours.
From SMATSA, flight control of Serbia and Montenegro, confirmed that the interruption is half an hour and said that passenger safety was not compromised.
"People who were in the air did not even know there is a problem, and they took over the second flight control. Passengers on the ground were waiting in planes to 30 minutes our permission to take off," the spokesman said SMATSA

New airplane incident:

Aircraft in landing touched 'tail' runway and slid off her, 20 injured

The Airbus 320 flying from South Korea's Seoul in Hiroshima were 74 passengers and eight crew members.

Asiana Airlines aircraft skidded off the runway during a landing in Japan, and provided 20 people slightly injured, according to the Star Tribune.

From the airport Hiroshima reported that when landing 'tail' of the aircraft hit the runway and struck, but there was no fire.

The airport was closed after the incident.

Fire official Kyoichi Utsumi said that 20 people were slightly injured, mostly are "earned" bumps and bruises, but no one was seriously injured.

Cause unknown

Not yet known cause of the accident.

Asiana Airlines aircraft two years ago collapsed when approaching the airport of San Francisco, and that the accident killed three teenagers, and even 200 are injured.

Hi Casper

Could you also supply the link?

I found this information about this incident:

Up till now I've assumed that when they said the plane hit 'power lines/antenna array', this meant it clipped them as it made its final descent onto the actual runway. But the reports have consistently said that the plane touched down 365 meters (1,100 feet) before the beginning of the runway, so yes, it's plausible that it hit an array, power lines, ditches, moats, barriers, snow drifts and whatever else it ploughed through. I think I was confused because they phrased it as the plane touching down 'before the end of the runway' - leading me to think that the plane skidded the whole length of the runway and stopped 365 meters short of the other end/beginning!

This recent Asiana crash has similarities to the Halifax incident. Pilot error again? The Asiana Air crash in SFO was pilot error on several levels. Not my airline of choice.

Southwest Airlines flight diverted to Denver after pressurization problem Sott.net

quote
Comment: Last week it was reported that the SkyWest Airlines flight, traveling from Chicago to Connecticut, Flight 5622, descended rapidly from an altitude of over 28,000 feet to 10,000 feet in a few minutes and had to make an emergency landing at Buffalo Niagara International Airport. However, an investigation into the incident later found that there was no problem in cabin pressure and that the oxygen masks did not release. A passenger Frank Angelo said the plane went into a "nosedive" and the "airplane was shaking."

So what caused this dramatic descent?

The reason for this situation is not like the Germanwings disaster. Making a rapid altitude change, when a pressurization problem is suspected, is STANDARD PROCEDURE. You don't need to breathe with an oxygen mask below 10,000 ft. So that's why the rapid descent is enforced. We practice this routinely and are prepared should the situation arise. In this case, it was a precautionary action to the situation at hand.

In this case, the masks didn't fall. The Fox News report, I read, stated 3 people had gone unconscious and this was known before the descent. 15 felt sick. This points to something else. The ERJ 175 aircraft we are operating on that route is brand new. There are sometimes random maintenance issues that happen in new aircraft, glitches that show up in the beginning of using them. I spoke to my husband, who is a pilot for Skywest, as we read the article. Our reasonable guess, given the information reported, is that the more likely reason for the event was a carbon monoxide leak. This would account for the symptoms of the passengers and the fact that the masks never fell. I haven't seen any official statement by the company since the first day. Their PR clamps down pretty quick. This was not a good situation but not one to totally freak out about. FWIW.

A CO leak as the reason does make sense, especially if the aircraft was brand new, as some gasket may not have been completely shut yet.
More generally, IMO cabin air quality could warrant some more attention at the design stage...
