I don't know what to think. Politics, even at local and state levels can be an incredibly nasty business. Nastiness magnified a lot at the national level. FYI the story from your 2nd link has been taken down.

Oh yeah, any threat to expose the people behind the curtain is a one way ticket to the 5th D.
