Adventures with Cassiopaea Supplement - Ark and Laura's Correspondence 1997 |
Ark to Laura Honey, You were not able to find anything interesting on Alton Towers.... Look at this (from http://www2.linkway.com.br/darkover /psypowers/towers.uk.html) the Towers English version by Michael J. Haas General Towers are the traditional place for the practice of laran. Within their walls, potential telepaths are officially "tested" in order to determine their psi abilities. Afterwards, the telepaths are instructed in matrix mechanics (in the time of Regis Hastur). Finally, nearly every significant use of laran takes place in the Towers for security reasons, as the Towers are protected by force fields (The Heritage of Hastur). The practice of laran is costly in human terms: it is extremely draining and, above all, very dangerous. During the Ages of Chaos a huge number of weapons were made within the Towers. Then, after the adoption of the Compact, the knowledge of laran-based weaponry was gradually lost, turning what had become a quasi-science into something akin to sorcery. The practice of laran was surrounded by legends and customs, which for the most part were based on real dangers, but to a large extent these dangers were greatly exagerrated. By the time of The Forbidden Tower, the Towers completely dominated the practice of laran. After this period, the Towers were still omnipotent, but they had lost some of their mystical character. The study and exercise of laran became more scientific. In the time of Regis Hastur, there was no longer any distinction made between the Comyn who chose to serve in the Towers and others. Indeed, a term of service in a Tower lasted for only three years at a time, and there had to be three years between terms, which encouraged (among the Comyn, at least) the spread of the understanding of laran (The Heritage of Hastur). The Activities of the Towers The Towers engaged in numerous activities: testing potential telepaths (who were, as general rule, Comyn) developing young telepaths: minimal training for all those who possessed laran, so that they would not pose a threat to themselves or others advanced training for those who possessed an important Gift, and for those who worked in the Towers working the relays (a unique method of rapid communication mediated by telepaths) During the Ages of Chaos, the Towers were involved in many more activities, in particular the manufacture of weapons. A List of Towers The novels are not very precise about the location of the Towers. In the time of Regis Hastur, there were nine functioning Towers (The Heritage of Hastur), but there were not enough telepaths for all nine to operate at full capacity. In The Heritage of Hastur Lew Alton names five Towers which were still completely functional (op. cit.): Arilinn: this is the most prestigious Tower and certainly the oldest, in which Lew and Kennard Alton served. Hali, Neskaya, Corandolis, Dalereuth The actual location of the Towers is a tricky matter. [There is very little information on this topic in The Heritage of Hastur, and so very little here...] Laura to Ark (Written during a break in the session 07-12-97) I have been on some rather interesting subjects... and, at one point, while questioning about the images on these stones at Rennes le Chateau (Notice the R C, or RosiCrucian) and suddenly something about this "spider" issue became clear in my mind and I saw what the stone was saying, only I did not say anything aloud... and the C's said: "That is the destiny!" Will tell you all later... Ark to Laura > > On July 9 at 20:35 there was an earthquake in Northern Italy. > > So, it was semi related to Dijon because in both cases it were low frequency waves. EM in Dijon and acoustic in Florence. That tells me I have to become more aware of my states and detect any influence of outside factors like the above to take them into account and introduce appropriate correction into my control and guiding mechanism. Here my dreamed-about "free will detector/enhancer" would be handy, as I am sure all these waves what they do is essentially they lessen the amount of free will - which we can correct for if we are aware of the fact. Because we CAN increase the amount of free will available but it needs then extra fuelling.... yes? waiting to learn of your discovery… Ark to Laura In fact, the origin of the event must have been the earlier earthquake that occurred in Northern Italy 1:45 am - which was much weaker, but then 19:45 there was a 5.1 quake in Iran. The quake at 8:35 was UTC thus 10:35 PM here so it was later..... But there could have been also other sources of S waves. Perhaps next time we will ask about the sources.... Laura to Ark Q: Okay, in this relief painting done by Berenger Sauniere in the church
at Rennes le Chateau, Mary Magdalene is depicted as gazing hopefully
or reverently at a tree branch formed into a cross, stuck in the ground.
What kind of tree is it? sword: IE base -> swer, "to cut, pierce." dagger: Gaelic, dag -> ? In Gaelic, "se" is the pronoun "he." Percy -> Pierce him? Meaning the spider? Probably not, but I will keep looking. Ark to Laura Tomorrow (=today) you will have to explain the spider theory. I do not have these pictures that you have so it is difficult for me to follow.... So when you are up and awake ... I will
have lot of questions. Laura to Ark I will fax you the image that I printed of the stone with the Carvings. Then you can see what I was looking at... Laura to Ark You see that I sent the paper that was the one I was playing with. And then, just a clean reproduction of only what is on the stone. All is in Latin except the motto on each side, "Et in Arcadia Ego." But, you also see the funny way it is arranged. And, if you can find or look at the Poussin painting, you see the guy on his knee with his finger directly on the "P" (Rho) as I described earlier. So, it is divided in two: 1) Et in Arc 2) adia ego. And the other four (actually ) words seem to be divided, or separated into two halves. So, I asked myself "why?" And why the funny crosses with the double letters? We know what R+C means, but the position of the cross almost seems to mean to connect the A to the RC. And, on the other side, the Delta and Iota are connected directly without necessarily connection to any of the other letters. So, is it "A DI A EGO?" Or "A DIA EGO?" Or any variation? Funny, yes? Ark to Laura >>and what does it mean "connect the dots..." > You know, like a child's picture book where there are pictures that are numbered dots and the child is supposed to connect the dots in the numbered order, and if they do, it is a picture that the child has "drawn." A duck, or dog or horse or airplane or whatever. Some > of them can be very complicated. So, "connect the dots" generally > means to define an image by "drawing conclusions." > But it can also mean "connect the
dots between the spider legs" and there are seven dots altogether
and to pierce the spider mean to go into the very center of seven .... Ark to Laura Do you have the exact transcript from the second grave stone, that with Blanchefort on it? Which is supposed to be a cipher key? It is hard to transcribe exactly from the gif..... Did you notice that when you remove the last short PACE there are 11 lines? Laura to Ark > Do you have the exact transcript from the second > grave stone, that with Blanchefort on it? > Which is supposed to be a cipher key? > It is hard to transcribe exactly from the gif..... > Did you notice that when you remove the last > short PACE there are 11 lines? Yes. CT GIT NOBLe M ARIE DE NEGRe DARLES DAME DHAUPOUL De BLANCHFORT AGEE DE SOIX ANTE SEpT ANS DECEDEE LE XVII JANVIER MDCOLXXXI REQUIES CATIN PACE Laura responds to Ark > > CT GIT NOBLe M 2,3,5,1 = 11 So, what do you think about them? Are they keys to the manuscripts... of which we do not have good copies? Or are there copies in the Baigent, Lincoln and Leigh book? Now, Frank translated the "shepherdess.." business last night... according to what he knows of French. And this is strange. Because this is how he says it is: "Shepherds, not of temptation. (Poussin Teniers) guards (or keeps) the cliff (or cleft). PAX DCLXXI. By the cross and this horse of God, I achieve this demon which/who guards at noon. Blue apples." Now, he insists that it says "shepherds" and not "shepherdess." If that is true, where have all these other people been coming up with "shepherdess?" And, he said if it is Pouissin, then it is "cock," or "chicken," but if it is "poussin," then it is a school of fish, or a "certain kind" of fish, and "teniers" does not translate except as is, possibly just a name. Now, the problem is: it was said that this was deciphered from one of the manuscripts. But, I was looking at a VERY small photo of them, or SUPPOSED to be a photo, and it looked to me like this whole phrase was already there, at the bottom. So, I think there is some deliberate obfuscation going on even in the published works, perhaps. Laura responds to Ark > > Now, Frank
translated the "shepherdess.." business last night... What was printed in the Steve Mizrach piece that I got off the net. It said: "BERGERE PAS DE TENTATION. QUE POUISSIN TENIERS DE GARDENT LA CLEF. PAX DCLXXI. PAR LA CROIX ET C CHEVAL DE DIEU, JACHEVE CE DAEMON DE GARDIEN A MIDI. POMMES BLEUES." Which I also got from the article on the web. But, I noticed it in VERY tiny print in the reproduction in my book... but cannot make it out at all except in a general way. So, I think that having absolutely correct copies might be an important thing. But I am not sure how to get them. Laura responds to Ark > > LA CLEF. PAX
DCLXXI. > Now, this shows 671 while in your little booklet that I printed the English translation reads 681..... Which is the true one? DCLXXXI Laura responds to Ark > > BLANCHFORT > > Honey! > I see BLANCHEFORT..... Okay, this other source DOES say BLANCHEFORT. > > >REQUIES CATIN > > This guy has 12 and should have 11 > are you sure? Well, this other source has it the same way. But, it may be not a good idea to rely on these sources that I have gotten off the net... since they could be making mistakes. Ark responds to Laura > So, what do you think about them? > Are they keys to the manuscripts... of which we do not have good > copies? Or are there copies in the Baigent, Lincoln and Leigh book? I will try to see what is in the books. But at present the working hypothesis is that square matrix 11x11 is the key. Another hypothesis is that the seven dots of the spider denote seven TDARMs. One we know. Another six are located every 51.4 but am not clear whether around the geographic north pole or the magnetic one... and whether the actual one or one 10 000 years ago ... if there is any essential difference. Probably not. Then the double arrow would denote the earth axis. And what was your idea when C's gave the "destiny" answer? You did not tell me..... Laura responds to Ark > > I will try to see what is in the books. > But at present the working hypothesis is > that square matrix 11x11 is the key. > Another hypothesis is that the seven dots > of the spider denote seven TDARMs. One we > know. Probably not. Then > the double arrow would denote the earth axis. > And what was your idea when C's gave the "destiny" > answer? You did not tell me..... Well, it is sort of in the transcript I sent... that I saw the P-S being the super secret weapon against the spider and that it had something to do with "Percy" in the sense of "Piercing." But then, I couldn't decide if the elements on either side were opposing factors, or factors that must be united to make the "arrowed" line become operative so that the P-S COULD "pierce the spider." But then, last night I read something...Writing it now... Ark responds to Laura > Where do you get 51.4? 360:7 Laura responds to Ark > > Where do you get 51.4? > > 360:7 Try making "Pointe Percee" just below Lake Geneve the "0 meridian" and see what you get with 51.4 intervals? Ark responds to Laura > But what if the legs are the TDARMS and the dots are the good guys? > (Or something like that?) the 51.4 would work then too Now, Honey, at http://www.freemasonrywatch.org/3index.html which you know, there is what seems to be an abstract of some book. It would be very very nice to have this book. Can our friend Bill help us un this respect? Next: OK I have copies of the parchments ... the gifs of them. But it would be nice to have the book by Henry Lincoln "The Holy Place". Do we have it? Laura responds to Ark >>> of some book. It would be very very nice to have this book. Can our friend Bill help us un this respect? >>He is sending it... > Which means we are thinking in parallel .... well, with > the necessary completion..... > > Did you notice that the same P S is at the end of one > of the parchments? Yes - like a signature. So, does P-S = R C only at a deeper level? I forgot to mention that the MEANING of Iota is "destiny." P = Pi -> solar halo -> knees -> 80 S = (sigma) -> psychopomp -> genitals -> 200 R = Rho -> fruitfulness -> thighs -> 100 C = Chi -> property, matter -> shoulders -> 600 I think that there is another message hidden on the parchment with dagobert II .... because it looks as if there is one ... which is coded in a different way rather than in such a trivial as lifting up some letters ... but I do not know yet what it is...... made me think of: SPIRAL Because the letters can be rearranged: PIRSAL And of SPUR Because: PURS -> Purs ey -> Percy And we have: spiral: IE base "sper" -> to turn around a central point that constantly increases or decreases according to direction; a circling around a central axis in a curve of conical or cylindracal form... spur: IE base "sper" (the SAME!) whence "he kicks away," to push away; any of various pointed devices worn on the HEEL by horsemen, used to urge the HORSE forward. Anything that urges, impels, or incites; stimulus to action; the spur of the cock; a short, stunted, BRANCH of a tree; a mountain; in botany, a slender, tubelike structure formed by an extension of one or more petals or sepals, often serving as a nectar receptacle. And, in the story of the dinner at Bethany, what did Mary Magdalene do? She anointed Jesus feet with "SPIKENARD" and wiped them with her hair. And what is spikenard? spikenard: an ear of grain, or corn. from IE root (s)pei -> sharp, pointed -> a long heavy nail. A long, slender, pointed object. Also, a flower of the valeria family. Valeria -> strong.... It is now time for me to go to sleep. Laura to Ark Good Morning […] The back ache is back, though not so bad, and mostly just tired because not enough sleep last night! But, we swam anyway. It was sort of slow swimming and jogging, and not as long as yesterday, but I thought that I ought to do it even if I didn't feel like doing it. Other than swimming with the Baby, and talking with [our son] about Dionysus, and teaching Ali how to manipulate text in the Word program so that she could do her next paper on her own, I have done little. A LOT of reading, and have made numerous pages of notes, but now, even that is difficult. I have been trying to find the possible meaning of the P-S on the gravestone and parchment, but not really having any luck. A LOT of ideas, but not the one that is "certain," and "clicks." But, I have been finding a LOT of other interesting things while looking
for that, and am keeping notes so I can tell you all. Ark to Laura […] Been playing with math, talking to Daniel and Marco, been downtown, then having lunch with Marco, then talking math again.... Phillipe called (twice). Bad news from Wroclaw as there is a flood there and no telephone and no e-mail connection. We hope it will not last long. At present half of the town is under the water. No trains. But water is going north. It is very hot in Florence. And your
hb is sleepy today. Will rest now for a while, trying to sleep.... Laura to Ark The spider legs issue: what makes me wonder, now that you have mentioned it, is the precise instructions that must be encoded there somehow. What is there about Arachnea? Eight legs. Okay, we know that 8 relates to the 8th house, Scorpio. Scorpio has the 4 manifestations: scorpion, lizard, eagle and dove. The 8th house is "we have." The house not only of sexual energy, but also spiritual energy and manifestation. We have 8 legs and 7 dots. 8 legs could relate to 8 primary nerve structures that meet there... and the 7 dots COULD be the dots that need to be connected. And, on another level, the whole thing could relate to the planet, a larger "group" structure, etc. "As above, so below," in terms of proportion and relationships and ratio, etc. And, what do the "connected" letters of the phrase mean? The A connected to the RC... the A is the head, the head of Bran, the grail, the "platter" of plenty. But, the head is ON the platter. And, platter is the "base," or "feet," (platy.) RC is the Rose and Cross, the male and female... "nailed" together as in "pierced." A = head R = thighs C = shoulders And this is the "enclosure," or the Ark. Then, there is the Delta + Iota. Well, Delta, right away goes back to the cuneiform symbol for the female... an upside down triangle symbolizing the pubic area. But, alphabetically, Delta means "fourfold," and represents the breasts, or nourishment. And the Iota is "destiny" and "knees," or "genes," or "bending together" as in "unification." Iota is also "I (AM)." So, what is being said here? And the "crown of thorns?" There is a related painting of this involved with this mystery that shows the crown of thorns as the spider. And what was Mary Magdalene doing in the stories in the parchments? "Anointing Jesus feet with spikenard, and wiping it with her hair." And the stones? "A conductor?" Well, I don't exactly know how this goes into the picture, unless the stones, or some kind of stones, are used in a particular figure, and this "act" is conducted in the midst of them. And where does this number 17 fit in, and 33, and 3x11 and so on? 2x17 is 34, which is 33 + 1. Does that mean anything? Why are these guys all doing this "great work" on the 17th of January? What does the January relate to? Aside from the fact that Jan 17th is one lunar cycle past the winter solstice. Is one supposed to begin this process at the vernal equinox, and perform it once a month from March until January? That is, 10 months? Or something like 200 days, which is a LOOONG time! Ark to Laura Now, we have this: Prae-cum which is above the spider image. Why is the arrow pointing from the P-S down to the spider? What is the spider? A: You know of the spider! One possibility is indeed that you know of the spider .... because. But what could be a different possibility? Can you list all the possibilities that C's could have had in mind saying "you know of the spider?". ALL that comes to your mind. So that we have no preconceptions and can choose freely among them the one that fits best at the give level of our understanding..... Laura to Ark Now, PS is not, I think, philosophical stone or piercing spider. Both are English. We are supposed to look into ancient tongues. And the context is Latin or Greek. So PS is to be understood as latin or Greek I believe. There seems to be no S in Greek, so it is Latin. What can it be? Laura to Ark Honey, You know, as I have been thinking about all this, it is just amazing to me to realize that the whole story of Jesus and all is an alchemical handbook! What about the "carrying of the cross" on the "shoulder" to golgotha, or "the place of the skull?" If that is not a graphic representation of the great work I don't know what is!!! And, being "nailed to the cross..." After having the "crown of thorns," (spider) and the "piercing" of the side (Adam re-absorbing Eve) ... well, it seems to be describing some sort of metamorphic process that occurs, and could be quite literal in terms of physiology and chemistry! Remember your experience of the "breath?" Well, I think that the breath has something to do with it also. And TDARM with a "deeper meaning?" What is "deep?" Well, we know how we use the term... What if the DNA is a sort of TDARM "deep" within the body? Poussin-Teniers "guards the cliff." Fish and hand? Fish meaning the male organ, and teniers relating to the spider? Or, is teniers the "hand?" What does the "hand" have to do with it? This is important, and so far, I have no idea. And "guarding the cliff?" Or guarding the keys? And you know what else I thought of last night? This "Marie de Negri d'Ables..." Mary, the mother of Jesus, was called "the horse of god," because she "carried god in her womb," is how it is phrased. Symbolized by the procession into Jerusalem on the young ass... and being "born in a manger." So, what I thought about was the term "negri," as being black, I believe. Well, this goes back to an IE root "ne," which means "negative particle" and relates to "night." And then, "Able," can be "abel." Which made me think of the very FIRST Knight in my line who came to America - Abel Knight. From York. Same area the Percy's lived. And, I know that my mother and father were distant cousins to each other THROUGH the Pearce family! I learned this from a relative by marriage, a Margaret Pasteur who I believe is now dead. But, I think I will write to her anyway, since genealogy has been her pastime for years. Maybe she can tell me something. So, that was what I was thinking. Just funny relationships, in a symbolic sense. Ark to Laura few thoughts from your hb there are Latin and Greek letters. What are these Greek letters doing there? The must have a special meaning. We could have ARCADIA insteda of APXAD(elta)IA. Then we have A+PX and D+I thus "IDA" does not quite fit. On the other stone I clearly see Haupol while the true name seems to be Hautpol (as in Mizrach). Just a mistake? Next: there is a powerful catharist organization on the net. I will send them an empty CD and they will load it with all the data and pictures on Cathars and send it back FOR FREE. Laura responds to Ark > few thoughts from your hb > > there are Latin and Greek letters. What are these Greek letters > doing there? The must have a special meaning. We could have > ARCADIA insteda of APXAD(elta)IA. > > Then we have A+PX and D+I thus "IDA" does not quite fit. > This is how I wrote it in my note book: ET IN A(RHO)(CHI)A(DELTA)IA EGO ET IN A R C A D IA EGO ET = and IN = IE root "en" -> enclosed by. ARCA = IE root "areq" -> to enclose, an arch, a bow, hence an ARROW. DIA = IE root "dwo" -> two EGO = Latin, see "I" I: 9th letter of the English alphabet via Latin from the Greek "iota," 9th letter of the Greek Alphabet -> in gematria, the number is 10 and the part of the body represented is the knees. It is a modification of the Phoenician/Semitic "yodh," meaning HAND. It was first dotted in the 11th century and was not distinguished from the J until the 17th century. The ninth in a sequence. IE base "egom" My presence HERE. So, this made me think that the paraphrase that the C's made last night WAS of the "inner meaning" of this "et in arcadia ego." I am become ONE... Creator of worlds." ET IN ARCADIA... EGO. See? > On the other stone I clearly see Haupol while the true name seems > to be Hautpol (as in Mizrach). Just a mistake? > > Next: there is a powerful catharist organization on the net. I will > send them an empty CD and they will load it with all the data and > pictures on Cathars and send it back FOR FREE. > I have a HUGE file on Cathars... the history etc. Written by a French guy and translated electronically, so is a little awkward in grammar (you should see what it does to "Holy Roman Emperor!") Laura to Ark Sang -> blood -> sacred -> L sacrare -> IE sak, to sanctify, make a compact, whence Old Norse, sattr, reconciled; Hittite saklis -> law. Thus sang = blood = law. Sect -> "to follow." See "sequent." Sequent -> L sequens -> IE base sekw -> to follow, whence Old English "segh," a warrior. Sept... seven? variation on "sect." Septum -> L sepire, a hedge or fence -> IE saip -> to enclose -> related to sepetair -> to bury -> sepulchre -> IE sepel, veneration -> Sanskrit Sapati, meaning "he cultivates, cherishes. A vault, a place for the safekeeping of relics or treasure. Pastor -> L shepherd -> pascere, to feed -> IE base pat, to eat; pa to pasture cattle related to ped, pod -> to go, travel. Parasang -> Old Persian -> farsang a measure of distance equal to 3.5 miles. Interesting? Laura responds to Ark > Prae-cum which is above the spider image. Why is the arrow pointing > from the P-S down to the spider? What is the spider? > A: You know of the spider! > > One possibility is indeed that you know of the spider .... because. > But what could be a different possibility? > Can you list all the possibilities that C's could have had in mind > saying "you know of the spider?". ALL that comes to your mind. > So that we have no preconceptions and can choose freely among them > the one that fits best at the give level of our understanding..... Okay. What was ALREADY in my mind about the spider: Arachnea -> Moon Goddess -> menstrual cycle -> blood -> gravity -> gravity that comes from absolute non-being that "bursts" into being -> unstable gravity wave -> spiders on Tenerife, but no other "poisonous" creatures such as snakes or other bugs -> spider being the source of the "web of light" -> spider and spinning -> spider the source of the "thread of Ariadne -> spider as neurological structure -> spiders eat flies -> flies are of Beelzebub, Lord of the Flies -> I don't like flies -> I always have liked spiders (don't ask why, I have no idea) -> the spider that dropped on the table at a crucial question, as if in answer to it -> spiders as ganglia or neurological "centers" And, that is about it. When I had the image of the "piercing spider," it was NEUTRAL. Any other thoughts about it were assumptions. But, when you look at the P-S, it is in a little "flourish," that resembles the Phi ratio... So, what candidates do we have - remembering that the "Philosopher's Stone," or Lapide Philosophorum, is the "Magnum Opus," or Great Work. Did you know that there is an ancient writing that says that Jesus REAL surname was Panther? Well, that makes me think of the C's: Thor's Pantheum. And then: Pan -> IE root "keu" -> cave -> swelling. Neutral of "pas" meaning "all and everything." Parcae -> the three fates Pistis Sophia Pace Par Palma Para Platy Planta Perilous Siege? Pantheon Serapeum Springe Pegasus Serpentarius Soma Psuchicon -> "Wedding Garment" Persephone Persian Sufis Perseus Phosphor Photo Sphere And why did they refer to me as "Lawra" and use the term "berry?" What kind of berry? Law -> IE base "legh," meaning to "lie down." And berry? berry -> Old Norse ber, from Gothic ->weina-basi meaning literally "wine berry" -> small, juicy, fleshy fruit. Ber -> bear (I guess because bears eat mostly berries?) beryl -> emerald is a variety of beryl... berberine -> berberina berberis, name of the genus barberis, or barberry, a bitter, yellow alkaloid, C20 H17 NO4+6 H2O; obtained from barberry and other plants and used as a dye and as a drug. bergere -> shepherdess -> from vervex, a wether, (what is a wether?) wether -> IE base "wet" see "water." water -> IE base "wodor" from "wed" meaning "to wet" Latin Unda, or WAVE, -> Russian, VODA, -> Gaelic Uisce, whence "Whiskey." beri beri -> a disease caused by lack of vitamin B1, characterized by nerve disorders. berseem -> barsim from Coptic, an Egyptian clover, Trifolium alexandrinum. Ark responds to Laura > And why did they refer to me as "Lawra" and use the term "berry?" berry -> very Lawra->Laura do you know that wroclaw=vratislavia(Latin)=breslavia(Italian)=breslau(German) Laura=Lawrisa(Russian) Bavaria=Bawaria=Bauern so there is this exchange Cyrilic "b" reads as English "w" so we are encouraged to look into these funny exchanges of letters..... Laura to Ark Then, there is psyche = persephone. But, here is another interesting thing: The cabiric Mysteries of Samothrace were renowned among the ancients, being next to the Eleusinian in public esteem. Herodotus declares that the Samothracians received their doctrines, especially those conce4rning Mercury, from the Pelasgians. Little is known concering the Cabiric rituals, for they were enshrouded in the profoundest secrecy. Some regard the Cabiri as seven in number and refer to them as "the seven spirits of fire before the throne of Saturn. (Saturn is the ruler of Capricorn, which is where Jan 17 falls.) "The drama centers around four brothers: Aschieros, Achiochersus, and Achiochersa, who murder Casmala. "Clement of Alexandria writes: Then know that, having killed their third brother, they covered the head of the dead body with a purple cloth, crowned it, and carried it on the point of a spear to Mount Olympus and buried it among the roots of the mount. "The Nysteries of the Cabiri were divided into three degrees: the celebration of the death of Cashmala at the hands of his three brothers; the discovery of his mutilated body, the parts of which had been gathered after much labor; and his resurrection and the consequent salvation of the world. "Herodotus relates that when Cambyses entered the temple of the Cabiri, he was unable to restrain his mirth at seeing the carved figure of a man standing upright and, facing the man, the figure of a woman standing on her head. Had Cambyses been less ignorant, he would have realized that that he was in the presence of the key to universal equilibrium. "A curious aspect of the dying god myth is that of the Hanged Man. Odin hung himself for nine nights from the world tree, and pierced his own side with the sacred spear. As the result of this great sacrifice, he discovered the runes by which the records were preserved. The Hanged Man is the human spirit suspended from heaven by a single thread. Wisdom, not death, is the reward for this sacrifive during which the human soul, suspended by will from the world of illusion, is rewarded by self-realization. "From a consideration of all these ancient and secret rituals, it becomes evident that the mystery of the dying god was universal among the illumined. The mystery has been perpetuated in Christianity. The myth of the dying god is the key to universal redemption and regeneration, and it would behoove us to comprehend the true nature of this supreme allegory." These Cabiri? Number 7.... Saturn... lots of A's, heads on spears... number 4... body torn to pieces and then reassembled... Funny...
