Macedonia

Last night I couldn't sleep until very late in the night. Live coverage of this event was on every TV station.

What will happen in next few days is very important for the outcome of this whole situation.

This is awful news Konstantin. Tass reports Sergei Zheleznyak, a Russian MP, has issued a dire warning about the unrest:

"The protests in Macedonia that culminated when infuriated members of the Coalition for a Better Macedonia broke into parliament building clearly prove the disastrous nature of the policy of protectionism, mentoring and brutal interference in the internal affairs of Macedonia and other Balkan countries pursued by the US, NATO and the European Union in that region," he noted.

According to the Russian lawmaker, "by appointing their puppets, imposing the so-called Tirana platform and other elements of the ‘Greater Albania’ project, which are completely alien to the Macedonian people, the US, NATO and the EU are irresponsibly opening up a Pandora’s box." "These Western forces are responsible for the violence, which affects their own allies and opponents, while Macedonia’s population, sovereignty and the territorial integrity of the Macedonian state are being held hostage to these provocative geopolitical projects," Zheleznyak emphasized.

This constant meddling is infuriating - no respect for people, for cultures, for history. Just the stupid desire to control everything under the sun. Prayers are with you right now, please keep us updated.

This time , again the Russians are talking the truth. Macedonia refused to put sanctions against Russia and they continue their diplomatic relations with Rusia. So this is just a " punishment" for so called regime for not comply with the orders from the deep state.

When Gruevski went to Russia and China in a diplomatic visit, the "oposition" asked him in the parliament if he received approval from the Brussels so he and his government can go to visit Russia and China and make any deals with them. So, if you want to have a normal relationships with the east ( Russia and China ) you must ask Brussels for it and get an approval for visiting those countries or making any diplomatic agreements like all normal countries do.

This was 2-4 years ago and in that time he apparently didnt ask Brussels for" approval".

Since that day he became an enemy of the deep state and he must go ( same as Asad must go ) in order to cancel Russian and Chinese influence on Balkan.

The Chinese company is building a bid freeway in western Macedonia. There was also a Russian homeopathic factory a few years ago and now it is closed.
I was one of the biggest Homeopathic factories in the southeast Europe.

So, it is forbidden to even talk with Russians these days.If you do that then you are the "legitimate" target for the deep state psychopaths.

We still don't know how will situation develop. Its peaceful for now, but new demonstrations are announced for this evening.

Indirectly, I share in some of the pain and suffering felt by those in Macedonia. My heart aches when I see what's happening to the people. My Grandparent's, on both sides came from the Balkan's and migrated to the United States, leaving behind family. I could never understand or get an answer to why they would move to a Country (U.S.) that bombed and destroyed everything sacred to them? Or why they converted to "Catholicism" when all our traditions and heritage rested on the Orthodox? Unfortunately, all the answers died with them including losing touch with family members scattered throughout the old Yugoslavia.

Now, to add insult to injury, I just noticed "it was Trump" that "signed the protocol on Montenegro’s accession to NATO" giving the go-ahead to what is happening in Macedonia! My Prayer's go out to our Members and their families in the area.

Montenegro parliament ratified on Friday the law on the country's accession to NATO - the military bloc that bombed the Balkan nation in 1999.

All 46 lawmakers present at the session (out of 81) voted in favor of the country becoming a member of the Alliance.

Montenegro was invited to join NATO in December 2015, within the first expansion of the alliance into Eastern Europe in six years. Podgorica accepted the invitation on December 3, 2015, triggering protests in the country. The protocol on accession was signed by alliance members in May 2016, which then needed to be ratified by all member states.

On April 25, US President Donald Trump signed the protocol on Montenegro’s accession to NATO, which was the final step in ratifying the document.

US President Donald Trump has ratified the protocol for Montenegro’s accession to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said in a release on Tuesday.

"The United States will work to further strengthen our already strong relationship with Montenegro and looks forward to formally welcoming the country as the twenty-ninth member of the NATO Alliance," Spicer stated.

US Embassy in ecstasy: We approve of Xhaferi and coup

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31941/1/

The US Embassy in a quick press release says it's happy from today's coup and the illegal vote in Parliament conducted after the Assembly has already ended today's session and approves the selection of Xhaferi for Parliament speaker!

It's a little too late for the US Embassy to show any sort of morals, so why try now.

The Embassy says it looks forward to working with the SDS and DUI. Yes, however the work will likely continue the same way it has been until now, in coffee shops around Skopje after 11:00pm.

Similar statements came from EU Soros bots Mogherini and Hahn, the first one ignored during their visit in Macedonia, the second was denied meeting with Ivanov, thus summing their relevance in Macedonian politics.

Police saves Xhaferi, the man tied to the murder of 8 policemen in 2001

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31951/1/

In what is perhaps the greatest ironies of all time, UCK terrorist and DUI MP Talat Xhaferi tonight was saved from protesters in Parliament by Macedonian police. We say irony, because in 2001, Xhaferi was involved in the ambush and murder of 8 Macedonian police reservists near Vejce, Tetovo.

According to the Macedonian secret service UBK, Xhaferi who deserted the Army in 2001 and joined the UCK to fight against Macedonia, coordinated the ambush on a military vehicle after getting tips by SDS' Minister of Defense Vlado Buckovski who sent the information through an OSCE field operative.

Tonight, it was the very police that Xhaferi and his UCK terrorists ambushed who got him out of Parliament safe and sound.

And yes, this is the man that Soros Bots in Brussels and Washington want to install as president of Parliament.

Xhaferi's Security brought Grenade in Parliament

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31960/1/

You know what they say, once a terrorist, always a terrorist.

Apart from SDS security who came in armed with guns in Parliament, Xhaferi's security appears to have gone a step further after a video surfaced showing one of them pulling a grenade from his coat pocket.

The fight in parliament started after Zaev's and Oliver Spasovski security team pulled and pointed their guns at protesters, discharging it once. But now, appears that Xhaferi's guerilla terrorist tactics were brought in the Parliament as well. The moment when one thus far unidentified man from his security team pulls the grenade out was caught on film.

You can see the grenade at 0:13

Incident started when Zaev’s security pulled out guns on the people (photo)

http://english.republika.mk/incident-started-when-zaevs-security-pulled-out-guns-on-the-people-photo/

Last night news agencies around the world devoted considerable attention to the developments in the Macedonian Parliament as citizens stormed the building to protest the election of Talat Xhaferi as speaker of parliament. Soon after the news that Zoran Zaev’s personal security of pulled out guns on the enraged crowd.

Republika’s photographer captured the moment that some media tried to hide or relativize.

Parliament sources say that members of the personal security of SDSM Vice President Oliver Spasovski, or of the party’s leader Zoran Zaev pulled out guns.

So far there is no information how certain persons protecting SDSM deputies, according to eyewitnesses, managed to bring firearms in the Assembly when it is strictly prohibited.

On the 60th day of the peaceful protests of the civil initiative “For United Macedonia”, Zaev lucidly enraged the citizens gathered in front of the Parliament building, as they did for the past 60 days, when at 18:20 pm, in the press center of the Parliament he gave a statement congratulating the new President of the Assembly that was voted in an illegitimate way. The coup escalated with the performance of the Albanian national anthem in Parliament, an unprecedented event in the global democracy.

Will Macedonian Judicial System work this time, or will Public Prosecutors take extended vacation?

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31955/1/

The Macedonian Public Prosecution team is under a severe test.

The people are expecting the highest legal body to press charges againast Macedonia's coup plotters who blatantly undertook anticonstitutional activities to destabilize the country. Many citizens want MPs jailed as a precondition before even charges are filed to prevent further subversions against the country.

For its part, the Public Prosecutor's Office of Macedonia (OJO) informed that it is taking all necessary steps to prosecute all involved in the violent incident in the Macedonian Parliament on Thursday afternoon.

"In accordance with our competencies, OJO will act as it does in all other cases where there are criminal elements and where we document the case and then file the appropriate charges", said the Prosecutor's Office in a press release. OJO extended the hours of prosecutors in order to have enough people at hand to investigate the case, and is in permanent communication with the Interior Ministry.

It wouldn't be surprising if charges are pressed only against protesters, and this is not going to sit well with the entire country.

Meanwhile, Kurir and Republika report that the parody staged by the SDS and DUI last night was just that, a parody. Not just that the vote was illegal and conducted during a closed Parliament session, but that UCK's Xhaferi was short at least 10 votes even in their sham voting.

Supreme Court judge Lidija Nedelkova suspected of taking Bribes from US Ambassador removed from case

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31962/1/

Macedonia's Supreme Court judge and former president of the Supreme Court Lidija Nedelkova has been removed from cases related to the SPO because her son was filmed leaving the SPO office.

Nedelkova at no point disclosed to the Supreme Court that her son was working and being paid by the newly installed SPO. Nedelkova has also been tied to numerous speculations in Macedonian media for accepting bribes from the US Ambassador Jess Baily to ignore several open cases against the SPO on the constitutionality of the new prosecution office. These cases were opened during Nedelkova's reign as president of the Supreme Court and have ben postponed without explanation for over a year.

Nedelkova was removed from several SPO cases that include the illegal arrest of Macedonian mayor in Albania, Edmond Temelko, the case "Titanik" and the arrest of the owner of TV Nova.

The current president of the Supreme Court, Jovo Vangelovski says there is evidence of Nedelkova's son working for the SPO.

- TV Camera crews filmed Nedelkova's son David Nedelkov leaving the SPO Office. Second, David Nedelkov is the signatory of a legal document sent by the Supreme Court to the SPO Office. Clearly, Mr. David Nedelkov is working at the SPO. In a normal situation the judge removes themselves due to conflict of interest, it's very surprising Lidija Nedlkova hasn't already done this and I had to remove her - says Vangelovski.

Macedonian media for nearly two years has nicknamed the Supreme and Constitutional Courts the "Swarowski Courts" due to frequent gifts bestowed on judges by the US Embassy. Nedelkova, Tufegdzic, Ismeta Amet, Lulzim Saliu, Snezana Trpkovska are just some of the judges mentioned who have 'earned' quite a bit of extra outside of their salaries.

Macedonian Citizens: Parliament is Ours, Come and Get it

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31948/1/

The citizenship movement "For United Macedonia" issued a statement.

Macedonians once again defended democracy and our Parliament. We will remain in front of Parliament, this is our Parliament until treasonous activities end. Our people are wise and adequately responded to the provocations. We are here until the end, come and get it! - says For United Macedonia in the communique issued to the press.

President Ivanov's Full Statement after SDS failed coup

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31945/1/

Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov called for a return to calm and order after the Parliament was stormed on Thursday afternoon. The President summoned all political leaders to his office on Friday, to discuss the new situation and to return stability to Macedonia. According to Ivanov, the rules of Parliament were violated when SDSM and several of its coalition allies staged a vote for a new Parliament Speaker.

"I call on the public to remain calm, and not fall under the influence of false news and manipulations. I urge a reduction in tensions and refraining from violence, calm and orderly behavior. All relevant institutions need to act responsibly and in accordance with the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Macedonia. Members of Parliament are the most responsible to return the situation back in compliance with the Constitution, the laws and the Parliament rules, which were violated today.

Everybody needs to be responsible for his actions and aware of their consequences. There is no issue that we can't resolve through dialogue, in accordance with the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Macedonia. Therefore, I call the leaders of the parties represented in Parliament to come to my office tomorrow for a leadership meeting at which we will discuss the new situation.

We will examine all exit options from this situation. The leaders have received the confidence of the citizens and are the most responsible to find solutions in accordance with the Constitution and the laws. Nobody from the outside will come to solve our problems unless we can solve them ourselves, in accordance with the Macedonian state interests", President Ivanov said in his address.

Zaev: I got Support from US Embassy, No need to meet with President

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31957/1/

SDSM party leader Zoran Zaev rejected the call from President Gjorge Ivanov to hold a meeting of all leaders of political parties in Parliament following the violent incident on Thursday. Zaev said that he has the support of the United States Embassy, Brussels' Mogherini and Hahn and that's all it matters, according to the SDS leader. They (Baily, Mogherini) are behind the vote for his candidate for Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi and that he expects Xhaferi to assume the position, and later to ask President Ivanov to give Zaev the mandate to form a Government.

Zaev goes Hollywood

"Yesterday we made a major step in the democratic processes. We elected a new Speaker of the Parliament in line with the will of the majority of the citizens. In the future we look forward to forming a new, reform oriented Government, which is expected by the domestic and international public. The violence against the journalists and the elected representatives that happened last night is not part of the democratic values", Zaev said, speaking about the storming of the Parliament by several hundred protesters, who pushed inside as it became apparent that SDS and some of its Albanian coalition partners are trying to force a vote for a new Speaker. Several members of Parliament from SDS and from the Alliance of Albanians, including Zaev, were injured in the clash that broke out, and at today's press conference Zaev and some of his colleagues appeared with bandages on their heads. Zaev blamed President Ivanov, the VMRO-DPMNE party, its leader Nikola Gruevski and the head of the uniformed police Mitko Cavkov for the incident and threatened Cavkov to resign and get as far away from Macedonia as possible. The violent incident, according to Zaev, makes President Ivanov part of the problem and is the reason why SDS rejects his call for a meeting of all leaders that represent parties elected to the Parliament.

"What happened last night was a premeditated murder attempt. You could see the attackers moving thorugh Parliament and coordinating with the police to find us, the members of Parliament. Unfortunately, this also brough in peril the journalists who were targeted by the vandals", Zaev said, adding a word of gratitude to VMRO-DPMNE member of Parliament Vladimir Gjorcev who helped shield SDSM representatives from attacks.

President Ivanov and VMRO-DPMNE leader Gruevski said that the election of Xhaferi, which was held as SDSM members of Parliament and some of their coalition partners huddled in a part of the main Parliament hall, is illegitimate. Zaev claimed at the press conference that Xhaferi was elected at a separate session of the Parliament in which 67 representatives were present, and out of them 61 voted in favor - which is the bare minimum needed in the Parliament with 120 seats in total. It was impossible in the hectic atmosphere to count the exact number of representatives who raised their hands and some media outlets said that members from Zaev's coalition were absent making it mathematically impossible to elect Xhaferi. In fact, Zaev was at least 10 votes short in an already illegal vote.

Never the less, Zaev said that he expects that Speaker Trajko Veljanoski vacates his position and allowes Xhaferi to take over. Afterwards, Zaev said that he expects Xhaferi to inform President Ivanov that there is a majority in Parliament giving its support for Zaev to become the next Prime Minister, so that Ivanov could give him the mandate. Ivanov refused to do so, demanding that Zaev first rejects the controversial Tirana platform which calls for changing of the Macedonian national emblems, full bilingualism, Albanian veto rights over public spending and an apology for genocide.

The Public Prosecution however, has the next and likely the last word.

DUI to follow SDS, won't attend leadership meeting

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31961/1/

DUI leader Ali Ahmeti said Friday he would not attend the leaders meeting called by the President, claiming the Macedonian president is part of the problem not the solution.

Prior to a meeting of the party's presidency in Mala Recica, Ahmeti urged for calm and said this is a political problem to be solved by politicians, not citizens.

DUI vice-president Teuta Arifi said the leaders meeting issue would be discussed at the presidency meeting, urging institutions to act before, not after events, as was the case on Thursday.

Asked if they expect Talat Xhaferi to chair the next Parliament session, Arifi said she believes he is the new Speaker elected by great majority of votes at a regular session.

Klimovski: SDS and DUI no longer have a reason to enter Parliament

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31946/1/

University professor Aleksandar Klimovski says, after today's failed coup, SDS and DUI MPs have no longer legitimate reason to enter Macedonian Parliament.

There is a high likelyhood they will simply not be allowed to enter in the first place, but when you stage a failed coup, you just don't go back nonchalantly as if nothing happened.

The situation must be resolved politically, before anyone can go back to Parliament.

At this point, new elections are a must. The people will not allow a treasonous Government to rule them, it's simply not going to happen. Elections are the only way out. And if SDS wins the elections, more power to them - says Klimovski.

SDS MP: The illegal vote was well planned by Zaev and his Handlers to Provoke Protesters

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31956/1/

SDS MP Solza Grceva who quit the party due to their treasonous activites, in a FB post says the entire incident was carefully staged by the SDS and their foreign handlers to provoke the protesters.

"The SDS could have conduced their illegal vote at any time, at 2pm for example when there was no one present, but waited for 6pm in order to provoke the protesters who are now portrayed as some sort of violent thugs while the SDS MPs are the heroes" says Grceva.

The SDS is a blackmailed party, adds Grceva.

Russia condemns destructive meddling by US and EU in Macedonia

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31965/1/

The developments in Macedonia where MPs were earlier attacked show that the policy of meddling in that country’s internal affairs and in the Balkans in general is disastrous, member of Russia’s State Duma (lower house of parliament) International Affairs Committee, Sergey Zheleznyak, told reporters on Friday.

"Under the circumstances, the decision to impose the state of emergency in the country by the legally-elected Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov is a necessary measure aimed at stopping any further escalation of violence, preventing the threat of Macedonia’s disintegration and protecting the Macedonians’ national interests," he concluded.

On Thursday, the Macedonian opposition unlawfully elected a parliament speaker bypassing the commonly accepted procedure. Later, activists of the Movement for a United Macedonia broke into the building in protest against that decision, occupied the assembly hall and attacked MPs.

Trump must take action in Macedonia to fix damage done by Obama and Clinton

http://thehill.com/blogs/pundits-blog/foreign-policy/330443-trumps-must-take-action-in-macedonia-to-fix-the-damage-done

President Trump is doing something very not Trump-like.

And it’s concerning.

He’s allowing the Obama/Hillary administration’s policy on…it doesn’t matter (for now), to remain in place instead of implementing his own.

The GOP has done well to launch a Congressional investigation into the continued wrongdoing of government employees, based on the previous administration’s policy direction, but they have not implemented their own policy. Why? It would put a swift end to the turmoil that has gripped an entire nation.

That nation is Macedonia.

And their nationality is Macedonian.

The US State Department and US Embassy in Macedonia are continuing to follow the Obama/Hillary left wing, George Soros-funded policy of meddling in Macedonia’s internal affairs, and it has wreaked havoc and perpetuated attacks on Macedonians’ ethnic origin and Macedonia’s sovereignty.

Left-wing European Union countries have joined the United States and Soros-funded NGOs and have called for a governing mandate to be given to a coalition that adopted Greater Albania demands, lost the recent election, and whose platform is aimed at changing Macedonia’s name, identity, flag, anthem and coat of arms, and which threatens Macedonia’s territorial integrity. These countries have chosen to ignore the collateral damage in pursuit of their ultimate goal of having a left-wing puppet government in power.

In mass, non-partisan protests occurring throughout the country, Macedonians are united against the aptly-named Tirana Platform and in defence of their country.

This platform was drafted in a foreign country – Albania, no less – and under the “guidance” of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama. Foreign interventionism defined. Rama recently suggested that Kosovo and Albania would unify if the European Union rejects Albania’s EU membership. Regional instability defined.

The foreign interventionist policy executed by the US left and right over the past seven decades has resulted in an American-initiated international mess. President Trump (and Bernie Sanders and Rand Paul for that matter) had it correct, that the US must end its meddling in foreign countries.

This is not a left or right issue for Macedonians as people on the left (myself included), centre and right are defending our country and our very existence, just as any other nation would. To discuss political partisanship as the overarching goal in this issue is akin to discussing what our favourite colour is.

The State Department takes direction from its boss, the President.

For whichever reason you choose, President Trump, be it to fulfill a campaign promise, to end the wasting of millions of US taxpayers’ dollars trying to implement a Soros-run government in Macedonia (Judicial Watch has filed a lawsuit to this end), to allow democracy and constitutional law to be upheld in Macedonia, to follow the basic fundamentals of human rights and decency and end the attempts at denationalization of an age-old nationality, or to end an Obama/Hillary policy and implement your own, because you are the President, is up to you.

But, it must be done.

Immediately.

The Media Is Lying to You on Macedonia. US Is Backing an Illegal Coup D'état

http://russia-insider.com/en/politics/media-lying-you-macedonia-us-backing-illegal-coup-detat/ri19710

You're protesting a US-sponsored coup in your country? Well then you're a xenophobe

Media narrative: Hateful protestors stormed the Macedonian parliament after an ethnic Albanian Talat Xhaferi was elected speaker for the first time.

Truth: Protestors stormed the parliament because Xhaferi was declared speaker in an illegal, unconstitutional manner as part of an ongoing coup d'état. It had nothing whatsoever to do with his ethnicity.

Even though Xhaferi was "elected" in an irregular manner, the US and EU have already stated they recognize his appointment. This now paves the way for ethnic Albanian parties and the smaller of two main Macedonian parties (Social Democrats) to proclaim a government without the constitutionally required go-ahead from the President of the Republic.

The latter has defied pressure from US and EU to allow the Social Democrats to form a minority government, without the relative winner of the elections the VMRO-DPMNE party, until their leaders drops his support for the Tirana Platform. The Tirana Platform is a Social Democrat pact with Macedonian Albanian parties drawn up in Tirana, Albania under the sponsorship of the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, to transform Macedonia into a bi-national Albanian and Macedonian state. Under the deal everything from the Macedonian flag, to its very name would have to be renegotiated with the Albanian ethnic minority.

Albanians already enjoy a status in Macedonia that Russians in Estonia and Latvia can only dream off. Their language is official where they form more than 20 percent of the population, and in Macedonia's political culture the relative winner of elections among Albanian parties is always invited to participate in the governing coalition. (However now the US and EU want to cut out the winning party among the majority Macedonians -- which the President is actually willing to do if only the losers, the Social Democrats, will drop the Tirana Platform.)

Macedonians at EU Office: Keep your fascist corrupt self out of Macedonia

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31966/1/

Thousands of Macedonian protesters gathered in front of the EU Office with a message to Soros bots Mogherini and Hahn to keep their fascist corrupt self outside of Macedonia's internal affairs.

- For nearly two monts we saw the EU Office and a foreign (US) Ambassador in Macedonia encouraging their puppets to stage a coup. For two months we peacefully protested and warned the opposition not to provoke us. They did it anyways, attempted a coup, we prevented it just like we said we would. If they want to test us again, we welcome this, try it tommorrow, we'll be here - says the protest organizer Damovski.

- We will not allow some foreign fascists assisted by local quislings to rename Macedonia and take our sovereignty. Zaev has no legitimacy and cannot form a Government, because we won't allow it. A man who wakes up the following day and thanks the US Embassy, directly putting himself under their boot, cannot form a Government. If you like to test us, go ahead. We are in charge of the Macedonian sovereignty, not the Government - added Damovski to rapturous applause from the protesters.

Damovski stated the only way forward are new elections, nothing else would be allowed.

Man who fired gun was policeman, likely to end up in Jail

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31970/1/

The man nicknamed as "Ace" (Aco Angelovski) by Zoran Zaev is the one who fired his weapon not once, but several times, as admitted by the SDS leader in an interview with USAid backed TV Station Telma. "It's not Sasho Spasovski who held the gun in the photos, but Ace who fired the gun" says Zaev, admitting there were two individuals with guns aimed at protesters!

Astonishingly, the man is an actual policeman who has zero understanding for what his actual job is. Behaved as private security for the SDS leader and did not obey orders from his superiors, but from Zaev who is a leader of a party, and not a member of the Ministry of Interior.

In the interview, Zaev admits he ordered the policeman to pull his gun out and shoot! Surprised, the SDS leader states the crowd did not back down despite the policeman firing his weapon several times (not once as previously reported).

In essence, Zaev just admitted his guilt as being the source of the incident which resulted in over 80 people getting hurt.

The policemen himself will likely face a stiff jail sentence for firing his weapon inside Parliament and causing the start of the incident. Then there are the coup plotters... The public prosecutor's office has busy days ahead.

Macedonian Government Must Immediately Jail Zaev, Ahmeti and Xhaferi for Coup Attempt

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31971/1/

We anticipated VMRO-DPMNE philosophers to come out on the news and do precisely what they did for the past four years: pointless discussions calling on institutions to do their jobs (even though VMRO-DPMNE is in charge of the institutions).

Dimitriev and Gruevski called for calm, dialog and brotherly love with the people who just staged a coup and risked the killing of dozens of civilians.

The SDS played their role well.

As previously agreed with their foreign handlers, the coup was staged not at 9am, not at Noon, not at 3pm, but at 6:20pm, to make sure there are protesters outside. We all know that for 60 days, the United Macedonian civil front begins each protest precisely at 5:00pm.

The SDS and DUI MPs, as we have stressed on at least dozen occasions are used condoms, were sacrificed by their foreign handlers. Our Government sources claim Zaev's handlers were hoping he would be killed by protesters, but much to their disappointment he wasn't. The coup was scheduled at 6:20pm knowing with certainty the mass of people will storm Parliament. Minutes after the failed coup, the Soros-CIA trio Hahn, Mogherini and Baily quickly issued a synchronized press release that they accept Xhaferi as the new Parliament speaker. Of course they would. Millions were spent to finance this operation since 2014, certainly not going to give up now.

It was also important to sacrifice SDS and DUI MPs in order to make them appear as "victims" even though they were the agressors in the entire scenario. Again, it would have been better and easier for them to destabilize the nation if some MPs were killed.

The real circus begins now

This coup was perfectly timed with US saboteur Hoyt Yee's arrival in Macedonia. Although his job is up in the air, he was a member of Nuland (fu*k the EU) team who executed the Ukrainian coup and will be replaced as part of the overall overhaul of the US State Department, he will now meet with Xhaferi and Zaev, thus creating an illusion of a parallel system in the country, SPO style. And this was the goal all along. It is the easiest way to create a conflict in the country. Foreign Ambassadors (Sweden, Holland, UK, Italy, France, Germany) who are subservient to the CIA and Soros will follow orders and they too will start meeting with Zaev and Xhaferi as "legitimate" representatives of the Macedonian Government thus creating a much larger crisis and even bigger circus.

There wouldn't be any crisis if Ivanov called a state emergency and immediately jailed Zaev, Ahmeti and Xhaferi for their coup attempt. This should have been done and it is a mistake it wasn't. Another (expected) option is if the Macedonian prosecution office does their job for once and orders the immediate arrest of the coup plotters.

Every minute this quisling trio is free will be very costly for Macedonia and its people.

Gruevski interview with USAid TV, aka Telma TV

After USAid TV conducted an interview with Zaev, surprisingly, Nikola Gruevski walked in right after the SDS leader in a guest appearance at a show called 'Top Tema' hosted by former A1 TV journalist Aleksandar Chomovski who has been on Soros and USAid payroll since 2002. You get the idea what is Gruevski in for from the first 10 seconds of the interview and the welcome he received.

In the end, Gruevski mopped the floor with Chomovski...

Excerpts from the interview:

Gruevski:You think foreign operatives and officials haven't approached me and offered me everything and then some to change Macedonia's name? For ten years they were trying to buy me, but couldn't, hence the current situation we are in.

Gruevski: SDS and SDS alone are responsible for incident in Parliament.

Gruevski: I had to inform my people what certain foreign powers are trying to do to our country. People must know that foreigners are trying to install their chosen puppets in order to change the name of the country, and forever erase our name, identity and the country.

Gruevski: Foreign western Governments through local NGOs have invested millions in trying to undermine VMRO-DPMNE both at home and abroad, always with the same goal, to remove VMRO-DPMNE from power, install their own and change the name of the country.

Gruevski: I understand that negative campaigns are run across Soros controlled media against me for standing up for Macedonia, and I accept this, it's part of the job. Every official from smaller nations who stands up for their country is going through the same negative press machine.

One of only a few national leaders in the west against the Soros new world order has been silenced according to EU spokespersons who say he will now comply with their requests and no longer pursue an anti-EU agenda as Hungary’s chief executive.

One Of The Few National Leaders Against Madman Soros And The EU Gives In To Pressure And Has Been Silenced
http://novorossia.today/one-national-leaders-madman-soros-eu-gives-pressure-silenced/

Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán was summoned to the presidency of the European People’s Party (EPP) this morning (29 April) to explain the latest developments related to the Hungarian Higher Education Act and the national consultation ‘Let’s stop Brussels’.

EPP President Joseph Daul made a strong statement insisting on Fidesz’s compliance with EU rules. EPP will no longer accept that with Fidesz “any basic freedoms are restricted or rule of law is disregarded” including academic freedom.

“The EPP believes that NGOs are an integral part of any healthy democracy, that they represent the civil society and that they must be respected. This was seen as a direct George Soros attack on Orban by Daul, who has often recieved funding personally from Soros.

“The EPP has also made it clear to our Hungarian partners that the blatant anti-EU rhetoric of the ‘Let’s stop Brussels’ consultation is unacceptable. The constant attacks on Europe, which Fidesz has launched for years, have reached a level we cannot tolerate.”

EPP asked Fidesz and the Hungarian authorities to take all necessary steps to comply with the Commission’s request. Prime Minister Orban has reassured the EPP that Hungary will act accordingly. Political analysts confirm this is Orban giving into the EU demands.

The EPP presidency sent a clear message to Prime Minister Orbán and his party, Fidesz, that we will not accept that any basic freedoms are restricted or rule of law is disregarded , unless the restrictions apply to Hungarian free speech and Orban’s rights to hold his views or lead his nation as he pleases.

The European Union attack concluded in what amounted to a declaration of war upon Orban and the Hungarian government. “The constant attacks on Europe, which Fidesz has launched for years, have reached a level we cannot tolerate. We do not have to remind Viktor Orbán, of all people, that decisions in Brussels are taken collectively by European governments, including his Hungarian government, and by the European Parliament, which includes representatives of the Hungarian people."

On Friday, Montenegrin MPs voted 46-0 for the Balkan country to join NATO. Opposition lawmakers, who account for almost half of the 81-seat legislature, boycotted the parliamentary session.

Dividing Alliance: Montenegro Split Over NATO Accession Bid
https://sputniknews.com/politics/201704291053136348-montenegro-nato-split/

Vox Populi - Hundreds of people gathered outside the parliamentary headquarters in Podgorica to protest the idea of their country joining the alliance.

Meanwhile, opposition MPs who have set up an alternative parliament in Murino, a village that was severely damaged during the 1999 NATO bombings of Federal Yugoslavia, warned that they would ignore the results of Friday’s vote and would call a referendum on the issue should they ever come to power.

However, President Filip Vujanovic and Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic, both members of the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) are blocking what they warn could come as a new challenge and security risk.

Vujanovic said that people had already made their choice by handing his Democratic Socialist Party a big lead over the opposition Democratic Front in last year’s parliamentary elections.

The DPS won 40 percent of votes compared to just 21 percent garnered by the Democratic Front, which seeks closer ties with Russia and demands a nationwide referendum on the country’s bid to join NATO.

According to preliminary polls, up to 70 percent of Montenegrins are against the country’s integration with the North Atlantic Alliance.

In NATO’s crosshairs - The people’s fears are well justified because not everyone in Montenegro feels happy about the prospect of bringing the country’s defense outlays in line with the NATO-required target of at least 2 percent of GDP.

This year, Montenegro plans to spend 50 million euros on the upkeep of its 2,000 strong army, which accounts for 1.65 percent of its gross domestic product.

NATO needs Montenegro to expand its foothold in the Balkans and, with neighboring Croatia and Albania already in, to enjoy unchallenged access to the Adriatic Sea.

“In the event of war, countries like Romania, Poland and Montenegro will be the first NATO countries to be sent into battle. Moreover, the elements of US missile shield now being deployed there could be used both for defense and attack,” Moscow-based military expert Alexander Zhilin told RT.

The governments of these countries are actually betraying their peoples’ interests condemning them to imminent destruction if WW3 breaks out.”

Zhilin added that NATO goal was to deny the Russian Navy access into the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean.

“With America’s political clout undermined and anti-American sentiment in Montenegro being particularly strong, Washington has every reason to fear that Montenegro could deviate from its present pro-Western policy, which flies in the face of what its people really want,” military analyst Vladimir Yazikov said in an interview with RT.

Add-on to EU - Even though there are many pro-Western minded people in Montenegro and the Balkans in general, what they really want is closer integration with the EU, rather than joining NATO, which is seen as an add-on to the EU.

Meanwhile a considerable part of the population looks to Russia, which its sees as a natural ally.

Between Moscow and Washington - Relations between Montenegro and Russia soured after the Balkan nation joined the anti-Russian sanctions in a bid to cozy up to the US.

“Russia is a great country. Montenegro cannot influence the course of global events. Russia needs to realize that Montenegro’s desire to be part of the EU and NATO is by no means aimed against Russia,” President Vujanovic said.

Last autumn, tens of thousands of protesters took to the streets across Montenegro demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic who has been in power since 1991.

The authorities were quick to blame Russia and Serbian nationalists for the disturbances, which it said were provoked by Russian Foreign Ministry statements.

In February 2017, Special Prosecutor Milovoje Katnic said in televised remarks that Russia allegedly had a hand in the 2016 coup attempt in a bid to prevent Montenegro’s joining NATO.

Russia denied the accusations as “totally baseless.” It also warned about possible provocations against Russian nationals living in Montenegro and urged Russian tourists to abstain from visits to the country.

Parliament in crisis - Meanwhile, the parliamentary crisis in Montenegro continues with opposition MPs saying they will resume work only if the government calls snap elections for next year.

During last year’s elections the opposition won 39 seats in the 81-strong legislature. If victorious in 2018, the opposition parties promise to put the issue of the country’s NATO membership to a nationwide vote.

On April 26, the alternative parliament in Murino declared the results of last year’s elections null and void as they were held in an atmosphere of strong pressure from the authorities who played up the issue Russia’s purported role in the 2016 “coup attempt.”

“The West is afraid of Russia’s reaction, hence all these accusations, even though Russia never meddles in the domestic affairs of [the Balkan] states,” Irina Guskova, the deputy head of the Center of Balkan Studies in Moscow, told RT.

Russia believes that Montenegro’s accession to NATO will undermine stability in the Balkans and elsewhere in Europe.

“Reasons for Montenegro to enter the alliance are unclear. Is someone threatening it?” President Vladimir Putin said last June at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, also mentioning “the bloc’s blatant disregard of our position.”

Macedonian Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki said on Friday that the only way for the country to remain peaceful is to join the European Union.

Macedonia Should Swiftly Join EU to Remain Stable, Country's FM Says
https://sputniknews.com/europe/201704281053123599-macedonia-eu-stability/

The acceleration of Macedonia’s accession to the European Union will help ensure stability in the country, Poposki said.

"We need more focus on the integration and on bringing more certainty in our future membership in the European Union if we want to make our region peaceful and definitely to stabilize Macedonia," Poposki told reporters ahead of the informal meeting of the EU member states’ foreign ministers in Malta.

Less integration is not the answer, the minister explained, commenting on the remarks made by German Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel, who said that the latest events in Macedonia do not contribute to the country’s EU integration process.

On Thursday, Talat Xhaferi, an ethnic Albanian, was elected speaker of the Macedonian parliament. Xhaferi's appointment has led to an outbreak of clashes inside and outside the parliament building, during which protesters attacked several opposition lawmakers and blocked others.

Moscow calls for stopping external pressure on Macedonia amid an outbreak of violence in the Balkan country's parliament after a controversial election of its chairman.

'What Happens in Macedonia Planned in Advance' - Moscow on Parliament Violence
https://sputniknews.com/politics/201704281053101841-macedonia-parliament-russia/

Russia calls to end external pressure on Macedonia and allow the responsible political forces of the country to determine for themselves its further development, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement Friday.

"We are deeply concerned about the latest developments in the Republic of Macedonia. On April 27, the opposition that lost the parliamentary elections actually carried out an attempt to seize power in the country by force… having elected the chairman of the Assembly (parliament) with a gross violation of the established procedures," the statement said.

'Greater Albania': Why Macedonian Political Crisis is Part of Broader Strategy

https://sputniknews.com/politics/201704291053141710-macedonia-greater-albania/

Following the outbreak of violence in the Macedonian parliament the country has found itself split in two, journalist Milenko Nedelkovski told Sputnik Serbia. For her part, MGIMO professor Elena Ponomareva believes that the crisis is part of a broader strategy aimed at uniting the Albanians of the Balkans into a larger national entity.

Macedonia is split in two, Macedonian journalist Milenko Nedelkovski told Sputnik Serbia, commenting on the ongoing parliamentary crisis; according to the journalist, the unity and sovereignty of the country are now at stake.

On April 27 protesters stormed into Macedonia's parliament and attacked Social Democratic Union of Macedonia (SDSM) party leader Zoran Zaev. The unrest erupted over the election of Albanian deputy Talat Xhaferi as speaker of the parliament.

Macedonia has been engulfed by a political crisis for almost two years now. The situation deteriorated on March 1 when President Gjorge Ivanov refused to grant Zaev the mandate to form a government, although the opposition leader secured a majority in parliament with ethnic Albanian parties.

The ruling center-right VMRO-DPMNE party led by former Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski won 51 seats in the election, the largest proportion of any party in Macedonia's 120-seat parliament, while Zaev's SDSM got 49 votes.

To tackle the problem Zaev has teamed up with the Albanian political party — the Democratic Union for Integration (DUI) — to form a coalition government.

The opposition's intent to create a coalition government with the Albanian political forces has prompted growing concerns in the VMRO-DPMNE party, which consider it a potential threat to the country's integrity and sovereignty.

"The Social Democrats led by Zaev do not want to recognize the authority of President Ivanov. They will insist on their choice [Xhaferi], and they will not draw back. But they have a serious problem, they cannot enter the Parliament. Everything they did was illegal. And the situation is very bad, the country split in two," Nedelkovski told Sputnik.

In his op-ed for RIA Novosti Igor Pshenichnikov, advisor to the director of the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies (RISS) explains that the SDSM-DUI coalition would not have triggered serious concerns if only it was not based on the so-called "Albanian Platform," propagated by the Albanian politicians.

"Albanians are ready to cooperate with the SDSM if the Albanian language gains the status of the second state language in Macedonia. [They insist] that the issue of the federalization of the country (that actually means dividing the country along ethnic lines into the Macedonian and Albanian parts) should be considered. There is also a discussion about a new coat of arms, flag and other symbols of the state," Pshenichnikov wrote.

"In fact, we are talking about the transformation of a sovereign state of Macedonia, where the Macedonians are the titular nation (64 percent), and the Albanians are a minority (25 percent), into something amorphous," he said.

Pshenichnikov highlighted that it is no secret that Tirana is dreaming of creating a so-called Greater Albania.

RIA Novosti contributor Dmitri Dobrov shares a similar stance. The journalist elaborated that the Greater Albania doctrine says that the territories in southern Montenegro, southern Serbian territories including Kosovo and the Presevo Valley and northwestern parts of Macedonia should be incorporated in the existing Republic of Albania.

"The total number of Albanians in the Balkans amount to more than eight million people, including three million in Albania itself, one million and a half in Kosovo and Serbia and over half a million in Macedonia," the journalist noted, warning that the Macedonian crisis may escalate into a pan-Balkan conflict.

To make matters worse, the US and EU are seemingly endorsing the ongoing developments. Pshenichnikov called attention to the fact that the US, Britain, NATO and the European Union have already signaled their support to the "Albanian Platform."

Speaking to RT, Elena Ponomareva, professor at the Moscow-based MGIMO University of the Russian Foreign Ministry, noted that the Albanian opposition in Macedonia enjoys support from both Tirana and Brussels.

The Russian academic believes that the strategy of uniting the Albanian people in a single state is being currently implemented in the Balkans. The new entity will consist of Albania, Kosovo and the Albanian-inhabited regions of Macedonia.

"Macedonia is the weakest link in this strategy," Ponomareva said, "The country does not have a capable army and even a name. The 'Albanization' of the Balkans is supported by EU officials, who probably consider Muslims as a tool to oppose Serbia and in the Slavic Orthodox culture in general."

According to the academic, Macedonians are forced to defend their position; still, the main battle is yet to come.

"Much depends on the president's determination. Colossal pressure will be exerted on Ivanov from both external and internal forces, including the right-wing groups," she emphasized.

US Ambassador Jess Baily protected his residence with Soldiers 3 hours before Coup started

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31973/1/

American Ambassador to the country Jess Baily coordinated the failed coup in Macedonian Parliament on April 27. Skopje media reports the saboteur brought in fully armed marines to protect his residence at 3:00pm before the coup took place at 6:20pm. The official explanation was that it was a coincidence on the same day Jess Baily called in for exercise to protect his residence.

Former deputy MoI Natalija Ivceva perhaps explains it best in a post on FB:

image.png

Macedonian media adds that there was a coordination between Soros and Hahn in Brussels and Baily in Skopje to salute the coup in Parliament and support Zaev and Xhaferi.

Currently there are still tensions in Skopje which will last until Baily and Soros install their puppets in Government, or until both are removed from Macedonia. No third option.

VMRO-DPMNE led Government is Complicit to Treason

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31974/1/

Lets be clear. The US Embassy in Skopje is still under the control of Obama and Hillary Clinton. Yes, they will legitimize Xhaferi and Zaev, it's what occupiers do, they legitimize local quislings to rule. The same way Nazi Germany legitimized all the quisling Governments across Europe who vowed to join them. They will legitimize people who lost the elections and will implement a foreign platform enacted by a foreign Government.

Zaev and Xhaferi stood with their hands over their hearts and played a foreign national anthem in Macedonian Parliament. It doesn't matter if it's albanian or Norwegian national anthem, it's the highest form of treason and agression against a sovereign country.

The institutions led by VMRO-DPMNE did Not act. This makes VMRO-DPMNE complicit to treason and must be held responsible, by the people.

President Ivanov, is(was) the last defender of Macedonia, however his strength may have ended - in addition to pressure coming from a thousand directions, he is likely being pressured by VMRO-DPMNE not to act. So far, he hasn't.

Macedonia, as a country, doesn't exist. It has no institutions, no Government. And perhaps this is a good thing. Because now, anything goes. In the early 1900's we blew up half of the Ottoman Empire, Solun exploded with all of the European invested capital in it, assassinated the Bulgarian, Greek and Serbian king.. trained the IRA in its early stages....We seem to be doing ok without external help.

Our real troubles didn't start with organ harvesting George Soros or Zaev, Gruevski, Ahmeti, Baily, Hahn and the rest. It started in 1913 when Macedonia was split by the great powers, because to them there are no countries, rather spheres of influence that need to be exploited.

Rothschilds' and CIA's top recruit George Soros set up house in Macedonia, the day after the country announced its independence.

Lets be clear, the US Democrats and Brussels who are also players in the Rotschilds network are not our friends, never have been. Strategic partners? More like our most viscious enemy. Our neighbors are managed by local quislings who were installed by this very network. Nothing has changed since 1913. Bulgaria doesn't recognize the 'language', Greece the 'name' and Serbia the 'Church'. This isn't surprising because they benefited in 1913 and to this day are supported from the same centers of power, any form of recognition would mean they need to return territory gifted to them illegally.

For those with short memory, today's SDSM in 1991 voted against Macedonian independence. The party leader fled to Greece, refused to be even in the country during the referendum. Assisted by the same powers behind the failed coup a fortnight ago, SDSM changed the flag and the name. Apart from 2002, thanks to a Hollywood directed conflict in 2001, SDSM has never won elections in the country.

Despite winning numerous elections, VMRO-DPMNE has shown it has zero capacity to defend the country from internal or external forces. VMRO's actions over the past three years not just have significantly destabilized the country, but makes them complicit in treason and must be held responsible for it.

In Macedonia, there is no political party that represents the Macedonians. DUI and SDS represent the CIA, BESA was created and is 100% controlled by Erdogan and Turkey, and VMRO-DPMNE is splitting their loyalty between Washington, Brussels and themselves.

We're likely going to see our name erased from maps, but this will be temporary, because they can't erase us.

We know how to organize, albeit quietly, we're organizing...

Regular traffic returns around Parliament

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31977/1/

The traffic around Macedonia's Parliament building has been normalized as police blockades following the unrest in and outside the highest legislation body were removed.

83 people have been injured in the unrest. The injured included 25 police officers, 54 citizens, three MPs and one journalist who were attacked when dozens of protesters pushed through a police cordon and stormed into parliament.

The police detained eight people over the unrest. Video feeds from the Parliament have been also provided for identification of those who attacked MPs, journalists and employees of the highest legislative institution, Assistant Interior Minister of Public Relations Jordan Lamanovski told a press conference on Saturday.

No information whether charges are planned on being filed against SDS, DUI and BESA for their unconstitutional activities.

Macedonian Parliament Speaker: SDSM Vote was Illegal, a Parody

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31980/1/

In an interview on Saturday, Parliament Speaker Trajko Veljanoski said that the attempt to elect Talat Xhaferi as a new Speaker on Thursday was a planned scenario to create an incident in the Parliament. Veljanoski said that the session which he adjourned on Thursday is still not finished and will need to continue in the future, when the damage done to the equipment in the Parliament building has been restored.

"You can not elect a Speaker of the Parliament in half a minute time, in the surreptitious way they tried to do it on Thursday. It's a solemn occasion and you can't do it in a corner of the hall. That Speaker needs to have the legitimacy to represent the Parliament accepted by all its members, regardless whether they voted for him or not", Speaker Veljanoski said.

SDSM, DUI and the Alliance of Albanians tried to extend the session on Thursday and elect DUI's Talat Xhaferi as new Speaker. The move provoked an incident from the crowd attending one of the regular protests organized by the association For a United Macedonia. Scores of people were injured, including several SDSM and AA members of Parliament, when the crowd stormed the building angered by the news that a vote for a new Speaker was forced. European Union's diplomatic chief Federica Mogherini and the US State Department said that they acknowledge the vote.

"I believe that we need to continue the session of Parliament, and when we move to the next item of the agenda, which is the election of a Speaker, we can give an opportunity to other parties to present their own candidates. But, I'm concerned over the fact that some members of Parliament are now announcing that they will try to elect a new Government in the same way they voted on Thursday, and will then also vote on a new law for the use of languages, something that requires a two/thirds majority", Veljanoski added.

According to the Speaker, it was clear that there is a deliberately planned scenario by SDSM who came with pre-prepared documents which they intended to use in the irregular vote. "We pleaded with them not to go ahead wit their plan and to work in the interest of the people. but they did it anyway", Veljanoski said, adding that he witnessed the worst of the incidents that happened near his office.

The ratification of Montenegro’s NATO membership by a parliamentary vote instead of a referendum is a violation of democratic norms, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday. Radio Sputnik discussed the issue with Marko Milacic, executive director of the Movement for Neutrality of Montenegro.

Montenegro: Ratification of NATO Treaty 'Goes Against the Will of People'
https://sputniknews.com/europe/201704301053150890-montenegro-nato-ratification/

Marco Milacic described the ratification as one of the most shameful decisions in the country’s modern history.

“This decision goes against the will of the majority of the Montenegrin people. While 84 percent of our people want a referendum on the country’s participation in NATO and this decision, the authorities and the parliament, which is totally illegal because there is no opposition there, decide on this,” he said.

“I think that this is a short-term decision by a small group of people, a criminal regime that hasn’t changed for almost three decades. This is a tremendous manipulation by people who are deeply rooted in crime,” Milacic added.

When asked about the level of anti-NATO sentiment in Montenegro almost 20 years after the 1999 NATO bombings of Yugoslavia, Marko Milacic said that this sentiment was “very strong,” but that the government, which he described as “a puppet of Washington and NATO,” ignores this and keeps telling people that NATO is a guarantor of a safe future for the country.

“In fact, it only ensures safe future for this small clique of criminals now in power, for their families and businesses,” Milacic emphasized.

Speaking about Montenegro being part of NATO’s plan to control the Adriatic Sea region now that other Adriatic nations like Albania, Croatia and Italy are already in the alliance, Milacic said that in his opinion, NATO wanted Montenegro in as punishment for Russia, as a signal to Moscow that it is now in control of Russia’s zone of influence.

The other reason is that NATO wants to put its flag on a 200 km stretch of the Adriatic coast which is not yet under their control,” Milacic said. He added that this could also cause “a militarization of neutral Serbia,” which is the biggest country in the Balkans, and “sow anti-Russia hysteria here.”

US Embassy and Jess Baily go Rogue in Macedonia

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31984/1/

Neither the White House nor the National Security Council had previously been informed that Ambassador to Macedonia Jess Baily was planning to recognize a new ‘speaker of parliament’ during a chaotic session marred by protests on Thursday night, Balkanalysis.com can report.

With Obama-era Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Hoyt Yee arriving Sunday to back Baily by giving official blessings to the US-proclaimed ‘speaker,’ this revelation raises very serious concerns about who – if anyone – is running US foreign policy, at a time when the Balkans is ready to explode amidst rising nationalism driven by unending foreign political interference. It also raises very serious questions about the damage Baily has being to American diplomacy in the country since the crisis began in early 2015.

An Embassy Gone Rogue?

The Trump White House was “taken by surprise” by the US Embassy’s decision, and the powerful NSC was not happy with the result either, high-level American officials have confirmed. Other senior sources from Europe and the US have provided valuable input that cumulatively suggests a high likelihood that Baily – the most unpopular American to ever set foot in Macedonia – has gone rogue, working in lockstep with a very small number of Obama-era State and USAID holdovers.

To date, the US Embassy has not satisfactorily replied to our queries regarding who authorized Baily’s decision – or who is responsible for DAS Yee’s imminent visit. These official written questions have gone unanswered by Embassy communications personnel. In the absence of such a response, we hope to be able to bring up the issue directly with DAS Yee during his Skopje visit on Monday.

Baily’s Controversial Coronation Announcement

The carefully-coordinated events of Thursday night saw American and European diplomats immediately congratulate the ‘election’ of Talat Xhaferi, an ethnic Albanian former UCK member nominated on 27 March by the leftist SDSM party for the speaker of parliament role- the first step required to form a government that would be weak at best. The farcical proceedings occurred by voice vote, with no written record, while a few sung Albania’s national anthem at one moment. According to local law, the speaker of parliament becomes national president in the case that the president is deposed or killed. It is not impossible that SDSM will try to impeach President Ivanov to make such a result occur. The president controls the armed forces and foreign intelligence agency.

Many local sources present during the event suspect that both the timing and provocative actions of the SDSM and Albanian parliamentarians was calculated to provoke a violent response that would then make them appear as righteous victims. The ploy, modeled on a much smaller similar event in December 2012, worked.

For Baily, sustained Macedonian pacifism had been a major irritant. The 60-day For a United Macedonia evening rallies had been completely peaceful, in contrast to last year’s USAID-directed and funded ‘Colorful Revolution’ of pro-SDSM activists. But this year’s ralliers had long threatened it would enter parliament if the opposition tried to elect a speaker without renouncing the Tirana Platform (a post-election set of maximalist ethnic demands drafted in the office of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama). This warning provided a perfect opportunity for Baily and comrades to create a scenario that would guarantee a violent outcome- and thus discredit the authentic and peaceful public protest movement.

Who Authorized Baily’s Decision?

With no official reply from the Embassy, it is impossible to know who – if anyone – instructed Baily to act as he did and when he did with the Xhaferi recognition process. There was no great emergency to elect a speaker, as the country has remained peaceful and negotiations are ongoing as a procedural filibuster continued. But for whatever reason, Baily was determined to obtain a result.

Balkanalysis.com informed the Embassy communications staff in writing that if there was no response from their side it would have to be assumed that Baily made the recognition choice of his own will. To date they have not stated otherwise,

However, it remains unclear as to who committed what violence, with partisan rivals and media presenting different scenarios and evidence. However, the international media – which largely ignored the two months of peaceful protests – have overwhelmingly endorsed SDSM’s depiction of events. And every single Western power condemned the violence, insinuating that it was a blow against democratic procedures and implying VMRO-DPMNE was guilty.

In addition to this perception management tactic, the commotion has helped misdirect scrutiny from the actions of the US Embassy under Ambassador Baily before, during and after the drama.

The Mysterious DAS Yee Announcement

One possible reason for Baily’s bravado was the looming visit of DAS Yee, which the US Embassy announced in a 10:51am tweet on April 26. That was the day right before the parliamentary decision and, in the opinion of Macedonian protocol experts, extremely unusual as such visits are usually decided well in advance.

In this tweet, the Embassy announced that “DAS Hoyt Yee will travel to Macedonia on May 1 to engage political leaders on government formation, bilateral relations & reforms.” This means that as of that date, a specific scenario was already in place. Yet the Macedonian authorities were too incompetent or too timid to consider this seriously.

In addition to the protocol aberration, the wording makes the planning for Yee’s visit especially mysterious. At the time in Skopje, there was no great expectation that a government would be formed soon, due to VMRO-DPMNEs ongoing procedural filibuster, though SDSM leader Zoran Zaev had threatened he would nominate a speaker soon. There was thus no reason to expect that suddenly on May 1 Macedonian parties would be discussing forming a government with a visiting American bureaucrat.

This Embassy tweet thus helps confirm the suspicion that Ambassador Baily pre-planned the stunt at parliament to occur just in time for his immediate superior to swoop in and justify his decision.

However, with the US Embassy refusing to answer who and when at State authorized Yee’s current trip to Macedonia, it remains unclear as to whether a higher-up at State sent him- or whether Baily himself invited the caretaker bureaucrat to come and provide political cover for the controversial decision.

If no one higher than Yee himself authorized his visit, then the acting DAS is essentially coming as a tourist, and his political opinions are just that- opinions.

A State Department Understaffing Crisis and Baily’s Self-Entrapment Problem

One major criticism of the Trump Administration’s foreign policy is the unusually slow pace at which State positions have been filled, with numerous vacancies remaining. This is reportedly due in part to new Secretary of State Tillerson’s desire to restructure the department, and possibly merge USAID into it.

As the old saying goes, when the cat is away, the mice will play: the current controversial activities of the US ambassador in Macedonia may simply reflect a lack of oversight. With so many vacancies (not to mention much bigger issues like Russia, Syria and North Korea), it is understandable that senior US leaders do not have time to regulate diplomatic activities in small but volatile countries like Macedonia. But they should at least be informed of them in advance.

Interestingly enough, ranking above Mr. Yee is a very short list of current State functionaries in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs (see official hierarchical list here). Ambassador Baily is subordinate to these officials and therefore must follow their policy instructions. Under the Obama administration, this was no problem, as the Democrat-led administration had an openly pro-leftist orientation. The situation is currently more confused due to a new Republican-led administration still finding its feet.

Baily’s problem, should he try to justify his authorization to act Thursday night by recourse to this list, is that if he cites one particular name, he will cause himself a much greater, and probably career-ending scandal. Unfortunately for him, Baily has chosen to trap himself in a lie regarding his own interaction with superiors that would automatically delegitimize his entire ambassadorship. He will thus probably avoid the question as much as possible out of fear for his own career.

Tactical Measures while Under Fire

With the Embassy and local USAID mission already under Senate and Congressional investigation for misuse of public funds, not to mention a Judicial Watch lawsuit against State and USAID, Baily’s only solutions are two: more violence to create further misdirection from himself (which is bad for US interests), and political cover from Yee. With allies like former State spokesman Mark Toner now gone, it will become more difficult for Baily and the Embassy to get pro-leftist endorsements from Washington regarding actions that have infuriated and alienated the majority of Macedonians since the beginning of the crisis in January 2015.

Since the election of Donald Trump, Baily has come under withering assault from local Macedonians – many, but not all, supporters of the conservative VMRO-DPMNE – and has become much less vocal than before. The Trump election reportedly terrified Baily, firstly for his own career and secondly for potential policy changes in Macedonia. However, the slow staffing at State has given him breathing room and he apparently still feels he can act with impunity.

Nevertheless, Baily has become much quieter since November 2016 and relied on ever-faithful European allies, NATO and OSCE officials, and pro-leftist media to speak for him. With the USAID investigation in Washington, Baily and the local mission have tried to utilize a feel-good campaign drawing attention to nice things the Embassy has done. This online PR exercise (dubbed “this is civil engagement” has been mocked by Macedonian critics.

Itinerary of Hoyt Yee’s Visit as a further Indicator of Political Transition Planning

The official Embassy press release regarding Mr Yee’s visit on April 30 and May 1 indicates that at least himself, Baily and their crew expect that they will be creating the conditions for a new government led by the unpopular SDSM and a collection of ethnic Albanian parties- all of which are fractured themselves. Such a government would be lucky to last six months, and would probably deepen the crisis up to the point of civil war.

There are sides which look forward to such an outcome with delight, but that is a story for another time. For now, concentrating on Yee’s itinerary reveals which power players and influencers the DAS hopes to get in line to fulfill Baily’s vision for a new and improved Macedonia. Here is the official statement from the Embassy, released on April 29 at 1:11pm:

“Hoyt Brian Yee, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, will visit the Republic of Macedonia April 30 and May 1, 2017. Deputy Assistant Secretary Yee will meet with President Gjorge Ivanov, Speaker of Parliament Talat Xhaferi, political party leaders Nikola Gruevski, Zoran Zaev, Ali Ahmeti, Bilal Kasami, Vesel Memedi, and Menduh Thaci, as well as with representatives from the civil society and diplomatic communities. Together they will discuss the status of government formation, bilateral relations, and the reforms needed for Euro-Atlantic integration.

Deputy Assistant Secretary Yee will give a statement to the media in the afternoon of Monday, May 1. Please contact the U.S. Embassy Public Affairs Section by telephone at 070 343 304 or 070 233 145, or by email to ahmetil@state.gov or vrenezizj@state.gov for additional details.”

Dangerous Outcomes for US Interests and Regional Stability

From this wording, it is very clear that the embassy in Skopje is proceeding as if nothing unusual has happened, by considers Thursday’s debacle a fait accompli. By referring to Xhaferi as the official ‘speaker of parliament,’ the Embassy is putting the State Department – and, by extension, a White House and NSC that were never informed – behind a political transition conducted outside of all parliamentary procedure and in violation of Article 82.1 of the Macedonian constitution (regarding the president’s obligation to uphold the unitary character of the state and its territorial integrity).

Thus, the outcome will either be that Baily pulls off his palace coup and leaves for a bigger and better posting, or is told to reverse course by higher-ups. It is inconceivable that, having invested his entire diplomatic efforts for three years straight to putting SDSM in power by any means possible that Baily will easily back down now. To do so would require a very strong message from the Trump Administration and be received as a total humiliation by an already humiliated and vengeful career diplomat.

The stage is thus set for either a refresh and new negotiations, or a dysfunctional, Frankenstein government that will not only fail to operate, but which will damage US relations with Macedonia and regional stability. Neighboring countries like Greece, Serbia and Montenegro are growing increasingly concerned by Albanian leaders’ demands for a ‘Greater Albania’ at their expense.

The great tragedy of such an outcome would be that it is still entirely avoidable. But unless cooler heads prevail, and popular demands for new elections and a (long-deferred) population census are met, the crisis is likely to intensify. And the US will have no one to thank but its own rogue diplomats.

From the rostrum of the Macedonian Assembly Ibrahimi called for “armed struggle for the motherland Albania” (Albanian anthem, video)

http://english.republika.mk/from-the-rostrum-of-the-macedonian-assembly-ibrahimi-called-for-armed-struggle-for-the-motherland-albania-albanian-anthem-video/

The entire Macedonian public saw how the coup that SDS carried out on April 27 began with the intonation of the Albanian anthem by Zekirija Ibrahimi from the rostrum of the Macedonian Parliament, but only few knew what Besa MP was singing.

While tens of thousands of citizens protested outside the Parliament building against the Tirana platform which they deem dangerous to the survival of the state, but also against the election of the President of the Assembly who supports this platform, in the Macedonian Parliament Besa MP was singing the Albanian anthem.

The scandal is outrageous because, first of all, intonation of foreign anthems in state institutions is a crime, and, secondly, because the provocation was deliberately made to provoke a fierce reaction from the people outside. Ibrahimi claimed that he sang the anthem of Albania because earlier VMRO-DPMNE MPs sang the anthem of Macedonia. MPs from the coalition of Zoran Zaev, which offers new life to the citizens of Macedonia by singing the Albanian anthem, actually called for “armed struggle for the fatherland” and threatened that in their land there was no place for their enemies.

Here’s what Ibrahimi sang:

Around our flag we stand united,
With one wish and one goal,
A sacred oath we bestow upon it
Proclaiming loyalty for our salvation.
From war abstains only he,
Who a traitor is born,
He who is a true man is not frightened,
But dies a warrior to the cause.
With weapons in our hands a-brandished,
We will defend our fatherland,
Our sacred rights we’ll not relinquish,
The foe has no place in our land.
For God himself proclaimed:
The nations of the earth shall wane,
And yet will live, will thrive Albania.
For you, for you we fight.

Public Prosecution Charges 'the People', But not Coup Plotters!?

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31986/1/

The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has thus far brought criminal charges against 15 people involved in the developments at Macedonia's Parliament on 27 April. Five of them have been detained, MoI said in a press release on Sunday.

The charges are based on the 'reasonable suspicion' of participation in a crowd, which prevents an official person to perform an official act and 'participation in a crowd which commits a crime' - Articles 384 and 385 of Macedonia's Criminal Code.

MoI in cooperation with the Public Prosecutor's Office will keep working on identification of other persons in the 27 April events at the Parliament, the press release reads.

No word whether charges are being planned for coup plotters who played a foreign national anthem in Macedonian Parliament and initiated the incident in the first place.

Ivanov forced to meet with Yee, asks Coup organizer for Assistance?

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31988/1/

President Gjorge Ivanov met Monday with U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, Hoyt Brian Yee, condemning any political and physical violence and saying dialogue is the only way to find solutions for the political situation.

Ivanov said if there is true political leadership by parliamentary party leaders, the legal and political obstacles for the government mandate assignment can be overcome, the President's Office said in a press release.

Ivanov urged the United States, being Macedonia's strategic partner, to help remove obstacles that could enable the parliamentary majority to get the mandate.

"Precedents that become practice and the illegal becomes legal undermine the fundamental democratic principles", said the President.

In addition, Ivanov urged SDSM leader Zoran Zaev to fulfill the publicly articulated word they would provide guarantees alongside the coalition partners over strengthening the country's unitary character and in compliance with Macedonia's Constitution.

"The Tirana platform cannot be a condition or a base for the government formation", underlined Ivanov while urging citizens for restraint and patience because solutions must come through reason and dialogue.

Ironically, the new US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson doesn't know who Hoyt Yee is. According to US Journalist Chris Deliso, the US State Department is chaotic at best with Obama and Trump fractions battling each other. Macedonia, through Hoyt Yee was visited by the lowest ranked minion in the remaining Obama fraction.

Xhaferi: Yee's visit confirms US Support to Speaker election

The visit of Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, Hoyt Brian Yee, once again confirms the United States' support to the election of the Speaker and the support to our steps in bringing stability and performance back to the Parliament and other institutions, said Monday Talat Xhaferi, who the SDSM-led parliamentary majority elected as Parliament Speaker last week.

"For the first time following the April 27 tragic events I have the opportunity to deliver my remarks as Parliament Speaker. My meeting with U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Yee referred to the need for stability and institutional performance of the Parliament, thus forgetting last week's effects as soon as possible", Xhaferi told reporters.

Xhaferi voiced assurance that he would be the Speaker of all MPs, regardless of their political or ethnic background and regardless of their stance over his election.

"In this regard, I will try to put the Parliament into operation as of Tuesday, though the consequences are visible even today", added Xhaferi.

Asked whether he would schedule a Parliament session, Xhaferi said he would act "in line with the competences provided in the Rules of Procedures".

In addition, he expressed hope that MPs, journalists and citizens who were injured on April 27 would recover as soon as possible.

US, German and French operatives were inside Macedonian Parliament

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31989/1/

http://zurnal.net/?p=39034

US, French and German Embassy operatives entered Macedonian Parliament with the mass of people during Thursday's storming by protesters, reports Zurnal.

What were these foreign agents doing inside Macedonian Parliament? - asks Zurnal.

Eyewitnesses say these operatives were constantly on the phone and gave orders.

The people kept their promise and entered Parliament after SDS and albanian political parties performed an illegal vote while playing a foreign national anthem. Only now, Frckovski himself admitted "they had to provoke protesters and lure them in Parliament to switch the roles for SDS from aggressors to victims.".

Will anyone press charges against the foreign operatives in Macedonian Parliament? The public prosecution office hasn't pressed charges against the coup plotters yet, nor the individuals who set Ivanov's office on fire, so don't hold your breath.

SDS' Muhamed Zekiri goes to Tirana for consultations after failed coup

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31993/1/

Hoyt Yee thanks Zaev for taking a beating - one can only assume this was discussed, considering where the order came from.

Twitting 'inspirational' messages to Zaev who is at the moment meeting with Hillary's diplomat, SDS separatist Muhamed Zekiri is on his way to Tirana on consultations after the failed coup on Thursday.

Shockingly the SDS leader or any MPs for that matter still haven't been detained by police for their treasonous coup on Thursday.

VMRO-DPMNE helds a meeting in Parliament speaker office

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31998/1/

VMRO-DPMNE MPs hold Tuesday a meeting in the Parliament Speaker's Office, reaffirming the position that last week's election of a Speaker was illegitimate.

The meeting is attended by party leader Nikola Gruevski and constitutive session chairman Trajko Veljanoski.

MP Antonio Milososki said on his Facebook profile that MPs of coalition "For Better Macedonia" claim the illegitimate election of the Speaker cannot be covered by any political pressure.

"We will press criminal charges against MPs Muhic and Misovski, who took actions contrary to the Rules of Procedures and caused political violence. In these sensitive times Macedonia does not need an illegitimate Parliament Speaker, an illegitimate Government and severe political precedents by forming parallel institutions that violate the Constitution and can cause irreparable consequences. Political and physical violence in the Parliament is not justified, and no one has the right to call the people terrorists because of violent individuals", says the party.

DUI led MoI keeps detaining protesters

http://macedoniaonline.eu/content/view/31997/1/

The Skopje police sector led by DUI's Agim Nuhiu has forwarded three additional reports to the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office related to the investigation of last week's incidents in the Parliament.

"Footage from the Parliament's security cameras helped in the identification of the persons who took part in the removal of the interior door blocks of the building's main entrance", the Ministry of Interior said in Tuesday's press release.

On Sunday, the police charged 15 persons suspected of "participation in a crowd, which prevents an official to perform an official act" and "participation in a crowd which commits a crime", of which eight have already been detained.

"The Skopje police sector and the Basic Public Prosecutor's Office are intensively working on further identification of persons who took part in the April 27 incidents", reads the press release.

Hahn: EU Recommendation in Jeopardy if Violence Repeated

http://www.independent.mk/articles/43348/Hahn+EU+Recommendation+in+Jeopardy+if+Violence+Repeated

Commissioner for European Neighborhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn said violence in the Macedonian Parliament will not affect the country's chances for the start of EU accession talks only if they are not repeated.

"I did not expect this but unfortunately things can sometimes turn for the worse. However, if there is an impression that the country will be automatically ejected from the accession process, the answer is 'no'. The ones committed to the European process were attacked in the Parliament and it would be unjust to say that the European perspective has ended. On the contrary, I hope these events are a wake up call. If they repeat, then the European perspective will be in jeopardy", said Hahn in an interview with Austrian daily Der Standard.

He added that EU accession talks will not begin if the democratic process is continually blocked.

"There has been a clear recommendation for years from the Commission that the accession talks should be launched. But this has not materialized due to the veto from EU members Greece and Bulgaria. Macedonia was a model-country in the region a decade ago but slipped up in the meantime. We have been investing efforts to bring the country back on the European path over the past 2.5 years. This was achieved by the elections but not the formation of a government, which has been blocked because the parliamentary majority is not recognized by the party that has ruled thus far. Democracy means change. If the democratic process is continually blocked we will not be able to maintain our recommendation for the start of accession talks", Hahn concluded.

Joint Macedonia Protesters to President: Sovereignty Comes from People, not Diplomats

http://www.independent.mk/articles/43349/Joint+Macedonia+Protesters+to+President+Sovereignty+Comes+from+People%2C+not+Diplomats

We are here today and the President should know that we will be here and we will keep coming, said Bogdan Ilievski of the civic initiative for Joint Macedonia on Tuesday, reminding everyone that this has been the 65th day since citizens started protesting across the country.

He said that all President Gjorge Ivanov should do is to remain loyal and keep his oath he had given once he became President.

"He must keep the sovereignty of this country and not fall for any pressures no matter where they come from. The sovereignty comes from the people, not from diplomats and ambassadors," Illievski said.

He extended his congratulations for the President's birthday.

"I would like to wish him long life, and may his stamina be of steel and his head up high," Ilievski said in his message to Ivanov.

According to information from the Ministry of Interior at 17: 28 pm,the Chief of Security of the Assembly Goran Jarchevsky reported that in the hallway of the first floor at the Parliament was found an improvised explosive device, a firecracker wick which was bound with adhesive tape for a large gas cylinder for charging lighter.Someone desperately needs War in Macedonia!

SDSM Urges Transfer of Power, Meets EU Ambassador

http://www.independent.mk/articles/43352/SDSM+Urges+Transfer+of+Power%2C+Meets+EU+Ambassador

SDSM issued a press release saying that any obstruction of the peaceful transfer of power is a criminal offence. SDSM called on the domestic and international public to expect a reduction in political tensions and to demand that Talat Xhaferi is allowed to assume the position as Parliament Speaker.

"Transfer of power is our top national interest and any obstruction in its regard is a criminal act against the Constitution. The violent rhetoric of the protest organizers and the messages spread on social media incite unrest and spread lies, which shows that there is an organized, bloody scenario of a criminal act to prevent the constitutional order with terrorist activities. The fines for this include long prison sentences", SDSM said in its press release.

The statement comes as VMRO-DPMNE members of Parliament held a meeting on Tuesday in the office of Speaker Trajko Veljanoski and announced criminal charges against two members of SDSM who organized the irregular vote for Xhaferi on Thursday. Protests also resumed on Tuesday, after the Thursday's incident when provoked by the vote for Xhaferi in the Parliament the crowd stormed the building, injuring a number of members of Parliament, mainly from SDSM.

SDSM leader Zoran Zaev held meetings on Tuesday with European Union Ambassador Samuel Zbogar, as well as with ambassadors from several European Union countries and the UNDP mission.

The European Union diplomatic chief Federica Mogherini, the US State Department and the German Foreign Ministry were among those who recognized the election of Xhaferi as a new Speaker. At the meeting with Zbogar, Zaev told the ambassador that the process now needs to continue with the election of a new, SDSM led Government.

"I expect all institutions and their employees to understand their responsibilities in making these democratic processes move forward. The new Parliament Speaker is elected in a legitimate fashion and he will soon inform Gjorge Ivanov that there is a declared majority in Parliament, which will bind him to award the mandate to SDSM President Zaev", Zaev told ambassador Zbogar at the meeting.

Miloshoski: Vote on Talat Xhaferi - Worst Parliamentary Precedent in our History

http://www.independent.mk/articles/43353/Miloshoski+Vote+on+Talat+Xhaferi+-+Worst+Parliamentary+Precedent+in+our+History

VMRO-DPMNE member of Parliament Antonio Miloshoski said that the unlawful vote for Talat Xhaferi as Speaker of the Parliament is the worst precedent in Macedonian parliamentary history. On Tuesday, VMRO-DPMNE members of Parliament held a meeting in the office of Speaker Trajko Veljanoski, indicating that they will not allow Xhaferi to take it over, and announced that they will be filing charges against the two SDSM members of Parliament who organized the irregular vote on Thursday.

"This violated procedures, the rule of law and our democracy, and it was done in order to satisfy personal political and partisan ambitions. Before this illegal act we warned that it would constitute political violence and will only serve to prolong and protract the political crisis. What happened is not in the interest of the state or the citizens who, ultimately, hold its sovereignty", said Miloshoski.

The move by SDSM members of Parliament Ferid Muhic and Goran Misoski to stage a vote for Talat Xhaferi to be elected as Speaker after the session was adjourned sparked a mass of protesters to storm the building and several SDSM and Alliance of Albanians members of Parliament were injured, as were about a hundred protesters and police officers who tried to stop them. Protests resumed on Tuesday, under strong police presence, and amid disputes over who is the real Speaker of the Parliament.

Miloshoski said that VMRO-DPMNE and its coalition won the elections and received the mandate from the citizens and will need to continue to protect the rules of Parliament, the laws and the Constitution. "The stability of the Republic of Macedonia depends on all politicians and political parties acting in a stable manner. That includes respect for the Parliament rules and procedures, the laws and the Constitution. Once installed, a negative precedent will lead to another, and then another. And this all happened because of SDSM's political ambitions and the unacceptable platform prepared and signed in a foreign country", Miloshoski said, speaking about the Tirana platform of political demands which the protesters are rallying against.
