As an ex-surveyor of another dam I can tell you that the Oroville Dam spillway could not of suddenly fail. Dams are built for 300% engineering and are surveyed regularly for any change and any irregularities. Where the damaged occurred is where the water has the least effect on the cement. Therefore, I can only conclude that someone had to use explosive to compromise it and let the water do the rest. Second it you look at the innitial picture of the hole there is no rebar sticking out. Had it been erroded away the concrete would of washed away from the 1 to 2 inch rebar. Had they used normal explosive you would of seen the short ends of the rebar protrude upwards. No for both. The rebar never existed it that area or was ademized with same 9/11 technology. This was planned and those that did this had full knowledge of the dams soil composition so that they can calculate the present results. As to WHY they want to create such havoc it is anyone's guess. most dams need to build derision tunnels to divert the water so they can work on the dam wall. this dam had two derision tunnels that they closed and sealed. why did they not just put in valves on the tunnels so they could open if it became necessary . that is in addition of the spill ways.

If the PTB had been on top of this with resources diverted to proper regular maintenance, there would be no crisis to speak of today. Just a bit of strong weather. I deal with my own mini-versions of this. A good half of the lousy things I've dealt with in life could likely have been averted with a bit of sleeve-rolling up and getting on with the job when it was still small.

She said many of her friends and neighbors in the area are constantly discussing it and watching for new reports on TV, radio and internet but she isn't too concerned. She told me she tries to take things as they come and not worry about it, which I think is a good philosophy as long as you're still prepared!

The plus side of all of this is that the main dam is not in danger of collapsing (at least from what I can gather) because the spillways prevent the water level from reaching the top of the dam. That would be far more catastrophic, thank goodness the original designers included the emergency spillway in the design!

More California seismic activity after 1st of year: San Diego, San Bernardino, North Bakersfield, Barstow: all are fracture points. Hollister, Palo Alto, Imperial, Ukiah, Eureka, Point Mendocino, Monterrey, Offshore San Luis Obispo, Capistrano, Carmel: these are all stress points of fracture in sequence. "Time" is indefinite. Here we see that they cut corners knowing fully well the problems that existed with likely Cavitation in the spillway. Oroville Dam was built in 1957 and they made the same kind of mistakes which created Cavitation in it's spillway during the unprecedented storms of February of 2017!

If the Oroville Dam fails and Gov. Brown has not initiated the mandatory evacuation order that Brown countermanded through the state agency, the Department of Water Resources and it will create the greatest natural (false flag) disaster in the history of the United States.

Many of the articles on this site have shown how dire the situation is. The 2 million people between Oroville and Sacramento are in severe damage if the dam breaks. There will be intermittent breaks in the weather, however, storm after storm is forecasted to be coming through the Oroville area.

Sacramento is already partially flooded and its levee system is failing. San Jose is now partially underwater with mandatory evacuations underway as I write these words. San Francisco is threatened. The states largest dam, Shasta, is near capacity. The Oroville spillways are still not repaired as state officials are firing employees for posting photos of the damage to the dam because they are concealing how dangerous the situation is. Why would Brown’s people do that?

Until now, I have avoided playing politics because I wanted to keep the attention focused on the safety of the people between Oroville and Sacramento. Things have changed. Brown’s people have complete control and they are riding this horse to complete disaster. The dam may survive in the short-term, very few think the dam survives for much beyond that.

I recently interviewed Paul Preston on this topic and what I learned is that the Bank of China is financially supports Jerry Brown. Brown is also financing this move through drug trafficking. I have a source within the DEA which confirms most of Paul Preston claims. Drug trafficking in northern California (e.g. Fortuna) is rampant and al-Qaeda is working in conjunction with the Mexican drug cartels in this endeavor and part of the drug profits are going towards a “dark money” support of Calexit.

As covered in previous articles, the embed sources at the CAEXIT meetings states that the Chinese (banks and covert military), LaRaza, Mexican drug cartels, the Mexican Consulate, former Obama administration officials (eg Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch), and the movement opened an embassy in Russia in complete violation of US law.

The main obstacle to CALEXIT are the people from the State of Jefferson movement which is where Oroville is located. The area and its residents are the enemy of Jerry Brown.

Authorities this week started the huge clean-up process, with tons of rubble needing to be removed from the bottom of the spillway in order to get the Hyatt hydro-electric power plant back in operation.

Up to a million cubic yards of debris from the crumbling, concrete chute that takes water down from the top of the dam will need to be removed by barges and excavators over the next seven days.

The damage to the water chute means that the water is not flowing fast enough to clear any of the rubble from the plunge pool at the bottom.

It seems that wishful thinking will prevail when it comes to money versus reliability. No one seemed to remember that they narrowly escaped the disaster when refused to make necessary adjustment , repair work to other dams.
