Macedonia

Milososki: The change of the name Republic of Macedonia will happen this week!

From diplomatic sources: the Tsipras-Zaev meeting and the signing of the agreement to change the name Republic of Macedonia will take place in the Greek Mala Prespa on Thursday or on Friday (this week)!, Antonio Milososki wrote on Facebook.

Kotzias: Time has come for the big ‘yes’ or the big ‘no’

I believe the time is coming for the big “yes” or the big “no”, says Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias regarding the latest developments in the Macedonia-Greece name talks, MIA reports from Athens.

“I have a feeling that the leadership of our friendly country in the north has realized the big difficulties that exist regarding the agreement’s implementation, and that is why they want to again review the agreement and discuss certain clarifications. However, I am deeply convinced this will be overcome in a few days,” Kotzias told national TV station ERT.

He believes the issue will be solved while adding “never say never until the signatures are there”.

“Five or ten days sooner or later do not make a huge difference,” says Kotzias.

He failed to reveal the agreed name, since this is part of a package that the prime ministers will unveil.

Kotzias says three names are in play from the set of proposals by UN envoy Matthew Nimetz – Republic of Northern Macedonia, Republic of Upper Macedonia and Republic of New Macedonia – after Greece rejected Republic of Macedonia (Skopje) while Macedonia rebuffed Republic of Vardar Macedonia.

According to him, the agreement is a 20-page document, which would first be ratified by the Macedonian parliament, followed by referendum and constitutional revision, and finally a green light by the Greek parliament.

“First there is a need for the agreement’s ratification in the parliament in Skopje. They are the ones to decide over a referendum and we fully respect it. We should understand the following: this is not a simple compromise for them, they will change the name of their country. As far as I know, this has happened only once in European history with the German-Austria case”, says Kotzias.

He notes that the referendum in Macedonia would take place in the fall, followed by the constitutional revision.

“I believe that if the agreement passes the referendum, then the country’s president and the MPs will take into consideration the people’s will, which is their obligation,” says Kotzias regarding the stance of the Macedonian president and the opposition parties.

He says there is will by both governments to reach a compromise solution, which is a normal thing in international relations.

“I think the FYROM leadership is taking a difficult and right decision, which requires great political courage and political maturity. They are also explaining the ensuing benefits,” underlines Kotzias.

Zaev again urges Ivanov to sign language law

Prime Minister Zoran Zaev again urged Tuesday President Gjorge Ivanov to sign the Law on the Use of Languages and enable the continued functionality of democracy in the society.

PM Zaev told reporters at the sidelines of a conference of Network 23+ that he tried to motivate President Ivanov at several meetings to sign the language law because the Parliament is otherwise blocked.

“He is sending a message that the President can decide whenever he wants and for whatever law to use the so-called ‘pocket veto’. This is not a functional democracy. The responsibility is too big,” added Zaev.

He said competent institutions such as the Constitutional Court should be consulted, but also the Venice Commission.

“The Constitutional Court says what is constitutional and what is not. If there is something problematic, it can be changed,” said Zaev and added that if certain laws aim to increase certain rights, then the country can facilitate its EU accession process.

Tsipras gives Zaev 24 hrs on “Severna Makedonija”, without translation | MINA Report

According to the information provided by the Greek newspaper “Ta Nea”, tomorrow, it is expected that there will be quick changes in the name negotiations between Athens and Skopje.

Zoran Zaev’s answer whether he accepts the final Greek proposal agreed in New York between Dimitrov and Kotzias will show the roadmap throughout the case.

The Greek proposal is “Severna Makedonija” with no English translation. Zaev has 24 hrs to respond.

As the Greek newspaper writes, if the answer is positive, then Zaev will have a telephone conversation with Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras.

If Macedonia does not give a positive answer in the text it is said that then the negotiations will fail and both countries miss the chance to find a deal, especially at this time.

Government fails to comment on Zaev-Tsipras conversation

The Government failed to comment Wednesday on the possible telephone conversation between the Macedonian and Greek prime ministers within the talks for a name solution.

At today’s press conference, Government spokesman Mile Bosnjakovski also did not comment a Facebook post by opposition VMRO-DPMNE Antonio Milososki over the possible signing of the agreement.

The opposition MP claims that Zaev and Tsipras would meet in Greek Mala Prespa on Thursday or Friday to sign the agreement over a change of Macedonia’s name.

“We will not comment unofficial information, regardless of the source, until it is legitimate,” said Bosnjakovski.

Asked if Zaev and Tsipras would talk over the phone or meet by the end of the week, the spokesman said he did not want to speculate.

“We believe this issue is exceptionally important and we stand by the PM’s statement,” said Bosnjakovski in reference to Zaev’s words on Tuesday that the telephone conversation with Greek counterpart Tsipras is a matter of days.

Sekerinska inserts Soros activists into Military Academy | MINA Report

“Soros Colorful revolutionaries” are indoctrinating future officers of the Military Academy,” Netpress has reported.

As Netpress writes, while the Ministry of Defense’s public relations team gave directions to the media to convey the news everywhere that DM Radmila Sekerinska received some kind of honor from deep state vassals in France, which none of us knows anything about, behind the scenes the brutal partisation of the Ministry of Defense continues unabashedly from the public’s eyes.

According to the portal, military academy “General Mihailo Apostolski” is under siege from a number of colorful Soros revolutionaries inserted into the academy as lecturers – this is the price Sekerinska must pay back for their participation in the protests last year.

The first on the list of these lecturers is Goran Vasilevski, the chief of the Military Intelligence, whose name is connected with numerous scandals.

“This man, with the change of power, managed to get a higher rank, to return his security certificate (who was taken away for security incidents), to become the head of military intelligence, and even to be chosen as a lecturer at the Military Academy. All of this in the timeframe since Zaev was installed in power – reports Netpress.

The second name that is of interest is Toni Petreski. Proved a colorful revolutionary, a party soldier of the highest degree at SDSM, a member of the Defense Committee of SDSM. Publicly known as an unsuccessful candidate for mayor of Prilep. He too was involved in the painting of monuments, now a lecturer at the Military Academy.

The third such individual is Igor Gjoreski. Both himself and his wife were promoted with Gjoreski jumping from young collaborator for policy and planning to lecturer at the Military Academy.

Despicable and miserable politically motivated desire for revenge – judge Kacarska at the peak of inhumanity and barbarity

Former Interior Minister Gordana Jankulovska is being examined by a team of four gynecologists at the Gynecology Clinic, following an order by judge Dobrila Kacarska. Kacarska wants to prove that Jankulovska is really in a risky pregnancy, and that is why she does not appear at the trials for the “Tank” case.

Jankulovska is in the ninth month of pregnancy. It is a matter of time when she will give birth. It’s about a new life, a small, innocent baby that will come to this world. A new heartbeat, innocent baby crying … A baby who is not guilty of anything that has happened, a life that comes into this world not by its own demand, not by its own fault …

Whether it will make a difference in Jankulovska’s trial today and a trial after a month, after that little innocent creature will breathe the first air, after this new life will come to this world, after this baby will taste the most needed – mother’s milk.

Where is humanity in politics ?! Where is the maternal instinct of a judge – a woman, probably a mother ?! Does it make a difference whether it will judge today or in a month’s time?! What will change ?! Probably the doctor had a reason to write that it was a risky pregnancy … But in the ninth month, a term for birth is not a sufficient reason for a little humanity … Does the judge – a woman not know what stress means at that time of life, does not she know what fear means, what maternity means ?!

Will Jankulovska’s charges become less worthwhile or more valuable if the court decision is taken a month later ?! Every examination, every touch, every word of the doctor is stress, fear, uncertainty …

Many people criticized judge Kacarska on social networks.

Jankulovska recently alerted the public about her situation and the court’s attitude. She also reacted that in the period before childbirth, she has to attend the hearings almost every other day.

The defense of the ex-minister justified her absence with medical documentation. Jankuloska, believes her rights are violently violated, and urges the authorities to take action within their jurisdictions as soon as possible, for her protection.

Serbian media: If Macedonia falls, even the sheep know Serbia is next | MINA Report

If Macedonia and Greece reach a solution, it will dramatically increase the pressure on Serbia, states in today’s text of Belgrade based ‘Politika’. According to the newspaper, in such a case, Belgrade would immediately be hit by the Western powers who will seek an agreement with Kosovo that would see the lawless US protectorate recognized at the UN.

According to Dragomir Andjelkovic, who is quoted in “Politika”, those who support Kosovo Albanians and are their mentors are the very same people who are pressuring Macedonia to give up their name as soon as possible.

“If that agreement between Macedonia and Greece arrives, it will certainly not stabilize the situation in the Western Balkans, instead it will speed up the tightening of the noose around Serbia, but also around Republika Srpska. By resolving the name dispute, the Euro-Atlanticists would symbolically win the battle that would lead to the strengthening of the idea that Serbia should recognize Kosovo’s independence,” Andjelkovic pointed out.

And historian Aleksandar Rakovik, pointed out that by resolving our dispute with Greece, the concentration of the west will be solely on Serbia, since all other open issues on the Balkans are directly or indirectly linked to Belgrade.

“When the Macedonian question is resolved and the name is changed, those numerous western security structures that have participated and focused on Macedonia for the past five years, will shift all of their focus on us. Then the president of Serbia, Vucic will be exposed to great deal of pressure, “said Rakovic.

According to resolution 1244 at the UN, Kosovo is still a Serbian province and Belgrade can station up to 1,000 of its soldiers. However, the US maintains a large military base and essentially hand picks the Kosovo government, it no longer recognizes the validity of resolution 1244, and is pressuring Serbia to recognize the province as a country.

The fact that the CIA is using Kosovo as the HQ distribution center for all narcotics in Europe with no plans of giving up the lawless piece of land, does not bode well for Belgrade.

Law professor: Macedonian Government negotiations with Greece unlawful | MINA Report

Professor of Law at the Stip University and member of the Presidium of Levica, Dimitar Apasiev noted that the negotiations conducted by the Macedonian and Greek government to change the name are totally legally speaking unlawful and illegitimate. According to Apasiev, the Macedonian Constitution only entitles the president to negotiate, negotiate and conclude international agreements, and not the government.

– These ongoing negotiations are totally legally illegitimate. In fact, the Macedonian constitutional system foresees, to be professionally expressed, a dual executive power. This means that we do not have a president and only a prime minister. Instead, we have a president and a prime minister. The Prime Minister elects the assembly, the president of the state as head of state is elected by the citizens of the country. And from here, the Constitution gives him the authority to negotiate and conclude international agreements. Not the government, no way in any shape or form the government. Only in very limited scope such as technical matters that deals with resources in education, culture can the Government negotiate as it says – he says.

He says Zaev’s advisers and the Foreign Minister, because of their shockingly poor knowledge of the laws, forget that they have no legal basis to conclude such agreements. It is about the Law on Conclusion, Ratification and Execution of International Agreements. According to Article 3 of this Law, Apasiev says that the international agreements on behalf of the Republic are concluded by the President of the Republic of Macedonia, and not by the Prime Minister.

– Everyone is forgetting this, especially the advisors who you mentioned to Zaev. All of them are quite weak in their legal capacities, because they forget or are pretending to forget a law passed in the Kiro Gligorov era when President of the Assembly was Tito Petkovski. It is a decree for the proclamation of the Law on Concluding, Ratifying and Executing International Agreements. Under Article 3 of this Law, the international agreements on behalf of the Republic are concluded by the President of the Republic of Macedonia. Not the prime minister, the president. So I believe that, unlike the Law on Languages which is also unconstitutional, the President was only a co-fictitious figure in the vetting procedure, suspended in the process. Here, the president is primus, the prime minister is second, do you understand? So the president is the main player. You can not just brief or pretend to brief Ivanov, he is the one in charge, he guides the moves, from here I do not believe that the president will sign such an agreement, whatever Zaev comes up with – concluded Apasiev.

Mitchell: US applies ‘quiet diplomacy’ approach to resolving Athens-Skopje name dispute

The US keeps playing a quiet role in the process for resolving the name dispute between Macedonia and Greece, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Wess Mitchell said as he presented the Trump Administration’s strategy for Europe at the Heritage Foundation in Washington.

‘Part of our team is working on the matter at the moment. The US continues to play a quiet roll along with the EU, Germany and others, encouraging the parties to find a solution to the name, so that we may see Macedonia as NATO member,’ Mitchell said.

The US, he said, has been investing time, energy and resources for resolving the problems in Western Balkan countries, Mitchell said. I don’t expect for some of these long-standing problems to be fully resolved in the near future, but I believe we are making substantial progress to that effect, he added.

Today, US Permanent Representative to NATO Kay Bailey Hutchison said the Alliance will do its best to protect Macedonia from ‘aggression from Russia’ even though the procedure for admitting the country into the organization is yet to be launched as the name issue remains unresolved.

If no name solution is found until the meeting of NATO leaders and no procedure is launched to admit the country, we will continue to work to protect the country from damaging influence, she said.

‘We have close working relations with Macedonia and NATO will do its best to help the country fight off dangerous influence from Russia, be it hybrid war or something else,’ Hutchison told a phone press briefing.

The NATO Summit will take place in early July in Brussels. Macedonia hopes that the name issue could be solved by then, enabling the country to become the 30th member of the Alliance.

Kotzias: Greece recognized the Macedonian language 39 years ago

Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias accuses the opposition of accepting recognition of the Macedonian language in the past, and now opposes a name agreement containing “Macedonia”.

They accepted Skopje’s language to be called Macedonian at a UN conference in 1977. Since then, it has been listed in the official languages of the UN, which stands until today. Instead of self-criticism, they are cursing. It is not about their blindness, but about revelation,” Kotzias commented on the Macedonian language and the attitude of New Democracy towards the name.

Konstantinos Karamanlis, the founder of New Democracy, was the Greek Prime Minister in 1977. :rotfl:

Macedonia’s Vice PM Kocho Angjushev must appear in Dutch court for Property theft | MINA Report

Macedonian Vice Prime Minister Kocho Angjushev (Zaev’s right hand) known for his numerous criminal activities, once again has made the news, and this time he went global after a Dutch Court has arraigned him and Israeli businessman Benny Steinmetz for illegally stealing the Macedonian based property of nickel giant Cunico.

Macedonia’s economy collapses, despite being led by geniuses Zaev and Tevdovski | MINA Report

monkey.jpg
gdp.jpg

Who would have believed that the economic duo of Zaev and Tevdovski who couldn’t distinguish between net vs gross will collapse the Macedonian economy in less than a year? Probably everyone.

After being a leader in GDP growth for the past 5 years in Europe, averaging 4% growth from year to year, the incompetent criminal junta led by Zaev menaged to bring down the economy to “growth” of 0.1 just months into their governance. Stagnation across all industries were noted: manufacturing, transport, health… The irony is, the 0.1% growth was reported by Zaev’s Government itself, the true numbers are likely much, much worse.

Yes, even Greece which is perpetually bankrupt recorded 2.3% gdp growth. Granted though, they are likely cooking their data as usual.Foreign companies are staying away from Macedonia, while the ones brought by the DPNE are considering either leaving or reducing their numbers due to Zaev’s threats to cut back on the benefits they received by the previous Government.

One thing must be said, and this is off topic, about the economy degrees given like pumpkin seeds. An investigation needs to be done into Ss Cyril and Methodius University (Economic department) for their over the top corruption in the way they dish out diplomas to people like Zaev, Tevdovski and plethora of others who are clearly intellectually disabled. What makes this simply astonishing is that a high school friend of mine who I’ve known for years (can’t name names here), but will say he served a jail sentence and is now once again back as SDS director… this man was kicked out of my high school after failing his sophomore year with 12 failing grades (a record at the time). After he was kicked out of school he was doing the dirty work for the SDS, he was a thug (robberies, set cars on fire, agitating during elections…). Despite never completing high school (had three years left), he was given a very high ranking position in the SDS government, his bio stating he received a bachelor degree in Economy from SS Cyril and Methodius! What!? I am hopeful his credentials were fraudulent, because if they aren’t, that’s even more scary. This man was literally unable to read. Considering the likes of Zaev and Tevdovski who hold the same degrees from the same University, would not be surprised that the dean there is likely an SDS official who is handing out diplomas like cupcakes to high ranking SDS officials in need of ‘education’ to be put in high positions in Government.

Athens sent multiple Trojan horses to Zaev in last 24 hrs, he accepted them all | MINA Report

Athens has broken of the alleged agreements they made during the last round of meetings in New York between Dimitrov Nimetz and Kotzias.

The name Zaev has agreed to is Republic of Northern Macedonia, with nationality ‘of the Republic of Northern Macedonia’.

Greece last night sent additional two requirements, outside of the New York agreement. The language at the UN listed as Macedonian to be replaced by “Makedonski” without translation.

And the second trojan horse disguised as a request was there would be no invitation to NATO or the EU until Macedonia changes its constitution. The third option is to delay the negotiations for few months, and according to our source in the SDS, this looks the most realistic option despite Zaev’s desire to accept everything.

Now, Athens is in no hurry and knows very well that Zaev has a noose around his neck by his handlers in Washington and London. He was brought to power to change the name, and Athens being the expert negotiators they are will take full advantage of the fact the are vastly superior to the other side when it comes to diplomacy and tactics, in addition all the pressure is on Zaev to deliver.

As Frckovski admitted in a recent interview, Zaev’s problem is his claims that Macedonia would get an invitation to join NATO in June. Greece has now made it clear this will not happen until we change our constitution and make the Athens chosen name ‘erga omnes’.

Serbian daily close to Zaev reports negotiations have failed | MINA Report

Serbian daily Kurir, whose owner Aleksandar Rodic has deep ties with Soros and is a close friend of Zaev has just reported that the negotiations between Skopje and Athens have failed after the Greek side insisted on complete removal of the name Macedonia, thus reneging on all agreements that were made in New York.

According to Kurir, despite serious efforts by Zaev and Dimitrov to accept literally anything from the Greek side, Athens abused the weakness of the Macedonian negotiating side by making more and more demands.

There is likely some meat to this report, considering the close relationship between Zaev and Rodic, however whatever the case might be we’ll find out in the next 24 hours, if not sooner.

Macedonia’s Government responds to Serbian “Kurir” reports that the name talks have failed

The government does not comment on unconfirmed sources, Government Spokesman Mile Bosnjakovski told “Plusinfo” regarding the information of Serbian “Kurir”, told that the name negotiations have failed.

Macedonia and Greece failed to reach a common solution to the name dispute so negotiations have failed, Serbian “Kurir” wrote on Friday.

The news portal wrote that the Greek side demanded asked to completely erase the term “Macedonia” from the final solution, which is why there is no compromise at this point.

Legal battle kicks off – Macedonia Timeless: People are appealing UN for protection of the name “Macedonia

WE THE MACEDONIANS,

UNABLE AND UNWILLING TO BEAR ANY LONGER, THE BURDEN OF INJUSTICE AND THE GROWING AND UNPRECEDENTED PRESSURE INFLICTED UPON US BY THE VERY NATION STATES AND INTERNATIONAL AND REGIONAL ORGANIZATIONS THAT PRETEND TO BE THE GATEKEEPERS OF HUMAN RIGHTS,

APPEAL TO THE PEOPLES AND THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD FOR YOUR SYMPATHY AND SUPPORT.

WE WISH TO FIRST AND FOREMOST INFORM YOU:

THAT THROUGH THE PROCESS OF ONGOING “NEGOTIATIONS” ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL NAME OF OUR COUNTRY, WHICH BEGAN IN 1993 UNDER THE FRAMEWORK OF THE UNITED NATIONS, AND WHICH ARE IN BREACH OF THE UNITED NATIONS CHARTER,

WE ARE SHOCKINGLY BEING FORCED TO CHANGE THE NAME OF OUR COUNTRY, OUR ETHNIC AND NATIONAL IDENTITY, OUR LANGUAGE, AND OUR HISTORY, AS A PRE-CONDITION FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE UN, NATO, AND THE EU

THAT THIS BARBARIC AND, IN ESSENCE, GENOCIDAL CRIME, IS BEING PERPETRATED NOT ONLY BY GREECE, BUT BY THE UNITED NATIONS, THE EUROPEAN UNION, AND NATO, AND KEY MEMBER STATES THEREOF, THROUGH CONSTANT POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC PRESSURE, INCLUDING THREATS OF DESTABILISATION,

AND VIA THE MECHANISMS OF CONDITIONALITY FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THESE ORGANISATIONS THAT THIS SUICIDAL ACT HAS ALSO BEEN SUPPORTED BY OUR VERY OWN GOVERNMENT,

WHICH IS WILLING TO CHANGE OUR NAME, IDENTITY, LANGUAGE AND HISTORY IN BLATANT VIOLATION OF OUR CULTURAL RIGHTS AND OUR RIGHT TO SELF-DETERMINATION,WITH NO CONSENT OF THE PEOPLE IT REPRESENTS NOR ANY CONSTITUTIONAL GROUNDS FOR SUCH ACTS,

THAT OUR PEOPLE ARE BEING BLACKMAILED INTO ACCEPTING TO, DE JURE, COMMIT SUICIDE,

THAT THESE DISGRACEFUL AND BURDENSOME PRECONDITIONS – TO CHANGE NOT ONLY THE NAME OF OUR STATE BUT APPALINGLY, OUR ETHNIC AND NATIONAL IDENTITY, NATIONALITY AND LANGUAGE – HAVE LED TO COLLECTIVE AND INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAUMA CAUSING SERIOUS MENTAL HARM, AND INCREASING INTERNAL TENSIONS THAT MAY LEAD TO INTERNAL CONFLICT,

THAT THESE ILLEGAL PRECONDITIONS AMOUNT TO TORTURE, INHUMAN AND DEGRADING TREATMENT,

AND THAT THESE IMMORAL PRECONDITIONS ARE IN BLATANT VIOLATION OF THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT OF ALL PEOPLES TO SELF-DETERMINATION.

WE WISH TO EMPHASIZE THE IRONY OF THE SITUATION:

THAT THE MACEDONIANS, A PEOPLE DOCUMENTED IN THE BIBLE, ARE PARADOXICALLY EXPECTED TO ERASE THEMSELVES FROM THE HISTORY BOOKS AND MAPS OF THE WORLD

TODAY – IN AN ERA OF THE SUPREMACY OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND DEMOCRACY, AND BY THE VERY NATION STATES THAT SUPPOSEDLY BROUGHT FORTH THESE VALUES TO OUR WORLD

– IN ORDER TO JOIN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND NATO

WE WISH TO HIGHLIGHT, THAT WHILE HISTORY HAS KNOWN POGROMS AND OBSCENE VIOLATIONS OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, IT HAS NEVER WITNESSED THIS SCALE AND CATEGORY OF SUCH AN INTERNATIONALLY ORCHESTRATED CRIME, BY WHICH MORE THAN 15 MILLION PEOPLE, IN THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA AND ABROAD, ARE BEING ORDERED TO SELF-DESTRUCT

WE ALERT YOU, THEREFORE, THAT IN A PRECEDENT OF WORLD HISTORY, OUR NATION IS BECOMING EXTINCT WITH THE STROKE OF THE WESTERN PEN. WE, THE MACEDONIANS, ARE BEING ASKED BY THE VERY SAME EUROPE WHICH WE ENLIGHTENED, TO CEASE AND DESIST.

AND THAT THIS DENIAL OF ETHNIC IDENTITY AMOUNTS TO AN UNPRECEDENTED AND HISTORIC GENOCIDE

LET IT BE HEARD LOUD AND CLEAR THAT WE SHALL NO LONGER REMAIN SILENT. AND LET ALL THE PEOPLES AND NATIONS IN THIS WORLD HELP US OVERTURN THIS INJUSTICE.

LET IT BE KNOWN THAT FROM THIS DAY FORWARD, WE SHALL HOLD ACCOUNTABLE ALL THOSE WHO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DENIAL OF OUR NAME, OUR ETHNIC AND NATIONAL IDENTITY, AND OUR LANGUAGE.

WITH THIS OPEN LETTER WE WISH TO ANNOUNCE THE FOLLOWING:

CONSCIOUS THAT THE AFOREMENTIONED ACTS ARE BEING MASTERMINDED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF GREECE IN ORDER TO CLOSE A HUNDRED YEAR CHAPTER OF CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, WAR CRIMES AND THE ATTEMPT OF GENOCIDE ON THE MACEDONIAN MINORITY IN GREECE

CONSCIOUS ALSO, OF THE CONTINUATION OF THE DENIAL OF ETHNIC IDENTITY OF THE MACEDONIAN MINORITY IN GREECE TO THIS VERY DAY

WEARY THAT THE GREEK NEGOTIATING POSITIONS VIS-À-VIS THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA IN THE “NAME ISSUE” ARE MERELY A CONTINUATION AND AN INTERNATIONALISATION OF THE AFOREMENTIONED GREEK DOMESTIC POLICIES OF ASSIMILATION AND DENIAL VIS-À-VIS THE MACEDONIAN MINORITY IN GREECE

AND MINDFUL THAT THESE SAME GREEK NEGOTIATING POSITIONS ARE BEING UNDERTAKEN BY CERTAIN MEMBER STATES OF THE UNITED NATIONS, THE EUROPEAN UNION, AND NATO, DESPITE THE VERDICT OF THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE JUDGMENT OF 5 DECEMBER 2011, IN FAVOUR OF THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA, CONCERNING GREECE’S ACTIONS TO BLOCK THE ENTRY OF THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA INTO ALL REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS

WE CALL UPON THE HEADS OF STATE AND GOVERNMENT AND LEADERS OF THE AFOREMENTIONED MEMBER STATES AND INTERNATIONAL AND REGIONAL ORGANISATIONS AND ALLIANCES, TO TAKE CONSCIENCE OF THESE HISTORICAL FACTS, AND TO ADHERE TO INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW, HUMAN RIGHTS, AND FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS , AS WELL AS TO THE UNITED NATIONS CHARTER, AND THE PRINCIPLES OF THE SOVEREIGNTY OF NATION STATES, AND

WE CAUTION THEM TO BE WEARY AND MINDFUL OF THEIR OWN IMPLICATIONS – PAST AND PRESENT – INTO THE VIOLATIONS OF INTERNATIONAL LAW, INCLUDING INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW, AS WELL AS HUMAN RIGHTS
AND WE WARN THEM TO TAKE NOTE THAT GREECE IS DISHONEST WHEN IT STATES IT WISHES A SOLUTION. RATHER GREECE ACTIVELY AND CONTINUOUSLY WORKS AND LOBBIES FOR “SOLUTIONS” THAT WILL ERADICATE THE MACEDONIAN ETHNIC IDENTITY, OR THAT WILL TRIGGER A CONFLICT WITHIN REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA, SO THAT IT CEASES TO EXIST.

WE FURTHERMORE REMIND THEM OF THE FACT THAT EVERY STATE HAS A NATURALLY INHERENT RIGHT TO A NAME AND THAT THE DETERMINATION OF A STATE’S NAME REPRESENTS THE SUBJECT MATTER SOLELY OF ITS OWN SOVEREIGN DOMESTIC JURISDICTION,

THAT A STATE’S NAME, AS THE LEGAL IDENTITY OF INTERNATIONAL SUBJECTS, IS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF ITS JURIDICAL PERSONALITY, AND ITS STATEHOOD,

AND THAT GENERAL ASSEMBLY RESOLUTIONS 113/II OF 1947 AND 197/III OF 1948, AND IN PARTICULAR, THE ADVISORY OPINION OF THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE DELIVERED ON 28 OF MAY, 1948, RELATING TO THE INADMISSIBILITY OF PRECONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP OUTSIDE OF THE SCOPE OF THE EXHAUSTIVE CONDITIONS OF ARTICLE 4(1) OF UNITED NATIONS CHARTER, FORBID ANY MEMBER STATE, BODY OR ORGAN OF THE UNITED NATIONS TO IMPOSE ADDITIONAL PRECONDITIONS TO ASPIRING MEMBER STATES OF THE UNITED NATIONS

AS SUCH, THE CONDITION IMPOSED UPON MACEDONIA, TO DISCUSS ITS NAME, AS WELL THE ETHNIC AND NATIONAL IDENTITY OF ITS CITIZENS, AND THEIR LANGUAGE, IS IN VIOLATION NOT ONLY OF INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS, BUT OF THE UNITED NATIONS CHARTER

WE HEREBY CALL UPON

TO ESTABLISH A TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION COMMISSION TO EXAMINE ABUSES COMMITTED FROM 1913 UNTIL TODAY, WHICH WILL FOCUS ON TRUTH DETERMINATION IN ORDER TO LAY THE FOUNDATIONS FOR RECONCILIATION WITH ITS MACEDONIAN MINORITY, AND AS A BASIS OF BUILDING GOOD NEIGHBOURLY RELATIONS WITH THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA

C. TO PUBLICLY ACKNOWLEDGE THE EXISTENCE OF THE MACEDONIAN MINORITY IN GREECE, AND TO ELIMINATE STATE-SPONSORED ETHNIC DISCRIMINATION AND XENOPHOBIA AGAINST THE MACEDONIAN PEOPLE IN ITS WORST FORM – DENIAL OF ETHNIC IDENTITY – THAT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS COURTS, INSTITUTIONS, AND NGOS, INCLUDING THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS, THE UNITED NATIONS INDEPENDENT EXPERT ON MINORITIES ISSUES, AND HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH

D. TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND IMPLEMENT THE VERDICT OF THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE OF 5 DECEMBER 2011 AND CEASE PREVENTING THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA’S INTEGRATION IN INTERNATIONAL AND REGIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

4. WE CALL UPON THE UNITED NATIONS SPECIAL RAPPORTEUR IN THE FIELD OF CULTURAL RIGHTS TO CONDUCT AN IMMEDIATE MISSION TO GREECE AS WELL AS TO MACEDONIA, IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH THE FACTS AND TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE MACEDONIAN PEOPLE ARE BEING DENIED THEIR VERY BASIC CULTURAL RIGHTS – THE RIGHT TO THEIR ETHNIC IDENTITY AND LANGUAGE, THE RIGHT TO FREELY DETERMINE AND DEFINE THEIR ETHNIC IDENTITY AND THEIR RIGHT TO FREELY DETERMINE, DEFINE AND SPEAK THEIR LANGUAGE, IN BOTH COUNTRIES BY BOTH GOVERNMENTS, AS WELL AS BY OTHER GOVERNMENTS OF MEMBER STATES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION AND NATO

5. WE CALL UPON THE UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS COUNCIL, THE UNITED NATIONS SPECIAL ADVISER ON THE PREVENTION OF GENOCIDE AND THE UNITED NATIONS SPECIAL ADVISER ON THE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT

A. TO CONDUCT AN INDEPENDENT COMMISSION OF INQUIRY INTO THE HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS, AS WELL AS CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, WAR CRIMES AND GENOCIDE, AGAINST THE MACEDONIAN MINORITY IN GREECE, SINCE 1913 AND UNTIL TODAY, AND

2. TO INQUIRE INTO THE SO CALLED “PAIDOPOLEIS” OR

CHILDREN SCHOOLS OR ORPHANAGES, ESTABLISHED AND ORCHESTRATED BY QUEEN FREDERICA OF HANNOVER (THEN QUEEN OF GREECE), WHERE CHILDREN (NOT ORPHANS) WERE

SDS official for MINA: Don’t trust a single word from Zaev/Tsipras and their media | MINA Report

High ranking SDS official sat down with myself and Pero Stamatovski to discuss the latest in the name negotiations between Macedonia and Greece.

In the words of the official, first thing he said the report from Serbia based Soros financed “Kurir” was complete rubbish. “You have to remember Kurir functions on pay per publish. That article was ordered from Skopje to make the Government look less treasonous.
Macedonia has no red lines in these negotiations, Greece has already won” states the SDS official in a rather shockingly frank discussion.

For the SDS it’s not the problem changing the name, the only problem for Zaev and Athens, who now function in unison is how to get 80 votes in Parliament to change the Constitution. These are the “technical problems” Athens keeps mentioning. Not the new name. “Zaev and Tsipras work together, they work together how to overcome, how to change the Constitution, there are no two sides in these negotiations, Zaev and Tsipras are on the same side” says the official.

Although this is more frank than we expected, one could tell our guest was extremely fed up with what is happening as he kept downing coffees. But in the words of the official, whatever is happening is not going to go far. “How will Zaev get his 80 votes? He can’t, Athens knows this. There will be no entering NATO, no chance. Macedonia will enter NATO Not when we get invitation, but when Greek Parliament approves the new name! Good luck with that” says our guest, adding there would be no surprises if more illegal things are done to bypass Parliament and or Ivanov in the process.

According to the SDS official, now the entire Brussels propaganda machinery has been put into motion how to sell something terrible to the Macedonian public and spin it as positive. “The Ilinden Macedonia stupidity was a probe floated and approved by Brussels to see the reaction. There will be numerous such attempts coming in the next weeks. It’s not the names, it’s how to make this legal and binding through Parliament, as they already know all things so far have been illegal.”

Meanwhile, it was announced just last night that Zaev is now heading to Germany to meet with Merkel, who has strongly pushed for the change of Macedonia’s name. There too the discussion will be how and what could be done to push a new name through Parliament and make it erga omnes.

Zaev: Republic of North Macedonia for all uses, regulated with amendment to the Constitution

We have a historic, long-term solution. We are building a friendship between the two countries, which has never been greater. We are resolving two and a half decades old dispute to pull our country out of the isolation that dragged the country down, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said at a press conference on Tuesday.

“We dared and we moved forward. No more FYROM, we are solving a centuries-old issue. Our gain is priceless. Republic of North Macedonia used both internationally and bilaterally, which will be further regulated in line with an amendment to the Constitution,” said Zaev.

The agreement guarantees that a referendum will be held in the autumn, Zaev said.

This is the agreement expected to be signed by Zaev and Tsipras

New name will mean changing all documents for Macedonians

The new name agreed with Greece, for which the citizens will vote in a referendum in the autumn, is Republic of North Macedonia, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev informed at a press conference on Tuesday.

The new name that will be erga omnes, used both internationally and bilaterally, will mean changing all documents for Macedonians, even university diplomas.

According to Zaev, this is a dignified solution that moves forward to the EU and NATO, and the citizens will have the last say.

Ivanov: Zaev manipulates, Bilateral agreements can’t end with changes to Macedonian constitution | MINA Report

The Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Macedonia, Gjorge Ivanov, assessed that yesterday’s statement by SDS leader Zoran Zaev, given in a TV interview that the possible rejection of the agreement with Greece would jeopardize the perspectives of the Republic of Macedonia for joining the EU and NATO and increased internal dangers is a desperate attempt to manipulate the public and public opinion and instigate Macedonian citizens in the wake of a possible referendum vote.

– The strategic commitments of the Republic of Macedonia for membership in the European Union and NATO are clearly defined and unchanged. Preserving the constitutional name and finding a solution that will not cause constitutional changes is in no way directed against the integration of the Republic of Macedonia into the European Union and NATO. The conclusion of an international agreement contained in one or more interlinked documents should be in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia, and not foresee its amendment, says the statement sent by the Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Macedonia.

– President Ivanov believes that name negotiations are too important for them not to be taken seriously and are led in a irresponsible manner. These issues and imposed technical requirements are now allegedly resolved by telephone and through a personal agreement between Zaev and Tsipras without consulting neither the opposition or the general public. A national consensus is a must on this issue – the statement said.

Government and ELEM commit ecological genocide in Kicevo: REK Oslomej burns ash, carcinogenic smoke covers the city (photo + video)

Due to a defect REK “Bitola” works with only one block and the Government and ELEM have activated REK “Oslomej” near Kicevo. But instead of coal, ash from already used and burnt coal is being burnt in “Oslomej”. The particles released from the burning ash are carcinogenic. Kicevo and its surroundings are threatened by an environmental disaster.

It causes ecological genocide. The government is poisoning thousands of citizens.

Ivanov kicks out Zaev and Dimitrov from his office – no legal authority to change name | MINA Report

Zaev and Dimitrov have no legal authority to change Macedonia’s name.

Article 119 of the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia and the Law on Conclusion, Ratification and Enforcement of International Agreements of 22 January 1998 specifies only the president can conclude and ratify international agreements, never the Parliament.

Zaev and Dimitrov visited the president this morning to ‘brief’ him of what they have negotiated with Athens.

However, according to Macedonian media, the meeting was quite unfriendly, lasted less than two minutes, after which the president asked both Zaev and Dimitrov to leave his office.

-We inform that the meeting lasted two minutes. Today, President Ivanov will address the Macedonian people and the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia, inform the President’s Cabinet.

Unofficially, the meeting was in an awkward atmosphere and President Ivanov showed the doors of Zaev and Dimitrov, pointing out that they do not share common views with traitors who work against Macedonia.

So the coup continues in Macedonia, an illegal Government in place, drafts illegal laws, wants to change the name despite not having legal authority…

Not that we’re trying to tell Ivanov how to do his job, but by now he should have called in the Army for yet another anticonstitutional activity by an illegal Government. The problem for Ivanov, the Army is not under his control and his advisors work for Governor Baily.

Ivanov to address citizens following his two-minute meeting with Zaev and Dimitrov

President Gjorge Ivanov will address citizens during the day following his two-minute meeting with PM Zoran Zaev and FM Nikola Dimitrov at which they briefed him about the deal reached on name issue, Ivanov’s Cabinet said in a press release.

The Republic of North Macedonia, erga omnes, change of the Constitution and gradual introduction of new name in the country, preservation of the Macedonian identity and the Macedonian language is contained in the agreement, which was confirmed Tuesday by Prime Ministers of Macedonia and Greece Zoran Zaev and Alexis Tspiras at their phone call and afterwards they informed the public in their countries of what they achieved in trying to put an end to 25-year-long name dispute.

Zaev said that the Government will review the agreement at a session on Thursday and will be presented before all relevant stakeholders in the country.

After the signing of the agreement by the two prime ministers, it should be ratified in the parliaments of both countries.

20,000 Macedonians protest in front of Parliament, want traitor Zaev and his associates hanged | MINA Report

Over 20,000 Macedonians spontaneously gathered this evening in front of Parliament, sending strong messages to the treasonous Government junta led by Zaev.

Protesters demanded the quisling junta not go against the will of the people, because that would escalate the situation in the country, and urged an immediate annulment of the agreement between Zaev and Tsipras, the same way they did it – over the phone. Protesters pledged to gather in front of Parliament until the abolition of the agreement and the withdrawal of the referendum decision!

The demonstrators gave strong support to President Gjorge Ivanov and told him that they would always be there along with him, in good and bad.

They asked for a public hanging of Zoran Zaev, the illegitimate prime minister and traitor. Hangings were requested for Zaev’s associates as well.

The protesters emphasized that the protest had people from all political parties and all ethnicities, asking no one to associate them with any political option.

The protest, early on…

Russian Embassy warns: Pro Zaev media publishes fake news | MINA Report

The Russian Embassy in Skopje has twitted and warned Macedonians not to trust the pro Zaev local media who has published fake reports on statements allegedly made by Lavrov in which he supports the agreement between Macedonia and Greece.

Lavrov has never endorsed the agreement, in fact, the Russian foreign ministry has warned that any agreement between the two countries must be fully agreed by its people, likely referring to Macedonians and the fact the country is governed by an illegitimate Government who does not represent the people. Furthermore the RFA has warned the continual meddling of western nations in Macedonia’s internal affairs won’t end well for the future of the country.

Law professor: 4 legal reason Macedonia’s quisling Government won’t succeed | MINA Report

Zaev and Dimitrov’s quisling scheme to put citizens in front of a “perfect act” – will encounter four irreconcilable LEGAL FRAMEWORKs that will prevent the capitulation “Agreement” ever come into force:

1. The President of the Republic (who will not sign);

2. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Macedonia (which will annul it);

3. The popular referendum (which will not succeed);

4. The Greek Parliament (which will not ratify it).

Furthermore, in the next elections, the SDS will be wiped out like PASOK in Greece, and for our quisling duo the only thing left for them will be the criminal responsibility for hostile and treasonous activity against the state, which lapses after 20 years – says University Law professor Dimitar Apasiev.

Name agreement to be signed in Prespa on Sunday on Greek territory, dinner to follow on Macedonian soil

Macedonian and Greek Foreign Ministers, Nikola Dimitrov and Nikos Kotzias respectively, will sign the agreement on settlement of the name dispute and the strategic partnership between the two countries in the region of Prespa on Sunday, says the Government.

Countries’ Prime Ministers Zoran Zaev and Alexis Tsipras will attend the agreement signing event.

The event will be divided in two parts – the first one held in Greece (the signing), while the second in Macedonia (meeting and joint dinner).

The exact locations and time of the activities will be additionally announced.

Kotzias: I hope that citizens of North Macedonia will vote in favor of name deal at referendum

Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias has expressed hope that Macedonian citizens will vote in favor of the name deal at the referendum, because it is good, balanced and win-win for both sides, MIA reports from Athens.

FM Kotzias told Russian newspaper “Izvestia” that the referendum is one part of the ratification process.

The referendum must be successful so that the agreement is ratified. The integration of North Macedonia in NATO and EU is the country’s choice. We will not oppose this and support them on the European path. The solution to this problem serves the national interests of North Macedonia and Greece. This is a problem that has formally existed for 25 years, but 75 years in reality,” says Kotzias.

Hahn says prepared to personally support name referendum

The Skopje-Athens name dispute solution will have an enormous significance for the entire region. I am prepared to personally support the referendum, says Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn.

“There will be a referendum in September and October and I have made myself available to support the agreement. I have certain influence in the country and I am prepared to use this,” Hahn told Vienna daily “Der Standard”.

He adds it would be better if the referendum was not tied to early elections.

“It is important not to tie the referendum to early elections, because it could be involved into an inter-partisan struggle. Leading opinion-makers in the country seem to understand this and see it as success and in the interest of the region as a whole. Therefore, I am convinced that the referendum will get the required majority,” says Hahn.

He is certain that Macedonia will get the green light at the EU Summit on June 28, followed by the NATO membership invitation in July.

“If the opposition joins towards obtaining a two-third majority for the constitutional changes in the parliament on the grounds of a successful referendum, the Greek parliament will be able to ratify the NATO accession protocol,” says Hahn.

Small village to host location of Zaev-Tsipras ‘agreement’ ceremony | MINA Report

The village of Nivici – population of 60 people will be the host location for the signing ceremony between Zaev and Tsipras. Nivici is located on the Greek side of the border, the residents of the tiny village speak both Macedonian and Greek.

Local authorities have already been painting walls, cleaning out gutters, and retouching the few streets, reports TV21.

A Soros event

To aid ‘legitimacy’ to the ceremony, Soros has dispatched his two pupils, Mogherini and Hahn. Considering both Zaev and Tsipras graduated from MI6 and Soros NGO camps, now we have the entire Soros team present in Nivici, at a local, regional and EU level.

Zaev’s treason guarded by Land, Air and Water | MINA Report

For the needs of the special police, which will provide protection for traitor Zaev and his associates during the signing ceremony with Greece, police has brought in patrol boats from the Lake Police and its Captain from Ohrid will be present.

Skopje based media has provided photos of large police convoy carrying patrol boats to the Macedonian side of Prespa, where the signing will take place.

In addition, Macedonia’s governor and US Ambassador Jess Baily has engaged the Army who will protect Zaev and his associates by dispatching at least three helicopters to hover above.

In protest of the signing of the agreement by the Greek and Macedonia’s illegitimate Prime Minister, an organization calling itself “Committee for the Protection of the Greek Character of Macedonia” called on the Greeks from Northern Macedonia to come to a large protest rally in Prespa on June 17 (Sunday) at 11 am. In a statement, the Government of Tsipras is accused “of trying to put a national signature of a criminal concession on history, language culture and the uniqueness of the name Macedonia, through an agreement with Skopje.

The Macedonians will stage a protest against the Agreement in Bitola where over 60,000 people are expected to attend.

Greece’s Tsipras does not have a chance of ratifying the agreement in Parliament as numerous MPs within his own party and the opposition have stated they will not vote for it. In Macedonia, Ivanov has stated he would never sign the agreement, which makes it void. In addition Zaev is not able to ammend the constitution as he doesn’t have 2/3rd majority. Then the logical question is – why sign such an agreement?

Macedonia’s Government junta throws shock grenades, fires rubber bullets at protesters | MINA Report

Macedonia’s quisling government junta has resorted to using shock grenades against old ladies and fired rubber bullets at protesters who gathered in front of Parliament this evening to oppose the treasonous agreement Zaev signed with Greek PM Tsipras.

To disperse the protesters, the police unexpectedly threw two dozen shock grenades, some of which landed in the lap of 70 year old ladies.

Several journalists were also attacked by police for filming with their cell phones.

Massive protest is required to overthrow this quisling Government. You don’t protest peacefully against criminal Government junta who is firing rubber bullets at old ladies because they dared to show up to protest.

Cameras installed around parliament building: The eye of “Zaev and Spasovski’s democracy” to fill black notebooks

The watchful eye of the democracy of Zoran Zaev and Oliver Spasovski will stalk citizens who will want to express their views on the policies of the government in front of Macedonia’s parliament building.

After last Sunday’s police terror on women and children, amplified by a group of provocateurs thrown by police structures, police today are taking a more radical step of intimidation.

At the moment, cameras are being installed around the parliament building that should fill the black notebooks of the Ministry of Interior.

April 27 becomes Zaev’s practice: Janko Bacev as Trojan Horse to break people’s defiance

Janko Bachev.PNG

The government, in collaboration with shady characters and provocateurs, is trying to give pro-Russian overtones to people’s protests against the change of the constitutional name of the state and thus delegitimize them before Europe and NATO.

Proof of this is the participation of Janko Bacev from “Edinstvena Makedonia” on Sunday’s protests in front of the Parliament’s building. Indicative is the presence and behavior of Bacev, who was waving a Russian flag at the protest in defense of the Macedonian constitutional name.

Is Janko Bacev the new Trojan Horse for a new April 27 tailored to Zaev’s wishes?

Bacev was the only one who got on a police vehicle last night, and one of the few who came out unscathed from the protests.

He led a group of twenty people, and then mysteriously disappeared during the police action. Additional dilemmas that open today are why the protests were held in front of the Parliament’s building and not outside the Government’s building, which signed the capitulation agreement, why Bacev waved a flag from another country in front of the Macedonian institution.

It is obvious that Zoran Zaev wants to lead to a new April 27, which will have to channel the energy of people and present his opponents as a radical element.

The police were completely prepared and with clear instructions not to refrain and to use excessive force on their own people, and to allow the radical elements that made political marketing from the whole situation to leave the place and mysteriously disappear unhurt.

New April 27 fits exclusively with Zoran Zaev. It will help him to passivize people’s energy and break the defiance of the citizens.

Macedonian Constitutional Court gagged by US Ambassador, Fraudulent referendum coming up | MINA Report

Macedonia has lost all control of its judicial system. Now our judges respond to one person and one person only, the US Ambassador Jess Baily, a CIA operative and Obama appointee who is directly behind the coup in Macedonia.

MINA has spoken to an Appelate Court Judge who openly stated the Constitutional Judges might as well be on a permanent annual vacation, as they are not allowed to review a dozen lawsuits against the Przino Agreement, against the illegal election of Parliament speaker Talat Xhaferi, the illegal language law etc.

“Baily (US Ambassador) has told them to stay away from the ‘changes’ pushed by the US Embassy, and they (judges) are nowhere to be found. Macedonia has no constitutional court. We have no judicial system, it’s been suspended” – says the appellate court judge.

Since Macedonia has no judiciary, it is unable to come out of this massive treason via democratic means. The US and the British Embassies in Macedonia brought Zaev to power via a coup. He can be removed from office only through the same means, certainly not through democratic procedures as democracy in Macedonia hasn’t been available since 2015, courtesy of our strategic “partners”.

Why is Jess Baily scheduling referendum for the name change? It’s very simple. No one can force a change from the outside, to make it look somewhat legal, the US Ambassador is pushing for a referendum, which will be 100% fraudulent, just like the previous elections. Defeating this referendum is almost impossible at this point. First, the question for the referendum will be somewhat idiotic, in an effort to trick people to go out and vote. The result is of secondary importance because the tally will be changed, just like the last national and local elections. The question will be of this nature: “Do you want to keep Macedonia as the country’s name?” People will flock to answer “Yes”, which is what saboteur Baily needs – attendance.
The results will be flipped to “No” – Zaev’s psychos are the ones who control, gather, ‘count’ and report the results.

Then it wouldn’t matter whether Ivanov signed the agreement or not. The people have decided. Baily has thought of everything.

Should people not fall for the referendum trap, there will be early fraudulent elections. Despite Zaev being despised by good 90% of the country, both the SDS and DUI will “win” the elections, this time with 2/3rd majority in Parliament. That’s when the real trouble starts.

Any way you look at it, the country is in a terrible position which cannot be resolved via democratic means. And if you think the clowns at DPNE will help, think again. The DPNE sold out the country three years ago, their only concern now is access to their bank accounts across the EU and the Caymans.

Name agreement in parliamentary procedure, protests outside parliament building

Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi has scheduled for Tuesday the session on the draft-law ratifying the Final Agreement for the settlement of the differences as described in the United Nations Security Council Resolutions 817 (1193) and 845 (1993), the termination of the Interim Accord of 1995, and the establishment of a strategic partnership between the parties.

The Committee on European Affairs will first review the law, followed by a plenary debate.

Speaker Xhaferi told MIA he expects the Parliament to ratify the agreement by Friday, followed by its forwarding to President Gjorge Ivanov.

The draft-law requires a simple majority from the at least 61 MPs required for quorum.

The Government reviewed and adopted the draft-law at Monday’s session.

After the Parliament’s ratification, President Ivanov has seven days to sign the promulgation of the law. If the President opts to use the right of veto, the agreement is again returned to the Parliament. It will then require an absolute majority of 61 MPs from those attending. If adopted, the agreement is forwarded again to the President, who is obliged by the Constitution to sign it.

The Macedonia-Greece name agreement was signed in Greek village Psarades at Lake Prespa on Sunday.

DPNE traitors meet with protesters, admit not allowed to join them | MINA Report

DPNE’s president Hristijan Mickoski met with the President of the Association “Macedonian National Council – Makedonium” Strasho Olumchev to hear his concerns.

Olumchev had asked the DPNE president why their party is not joining in the protests in front of Parliament, and furthermore why did the opposition return to Parliament?

Miskoski told Olumchev that VMRO-DPMNE can not leave Parliament, but will not participate in parliamentary activities related to the agreement with Greece because, as he believes, it would be better for the party to stay in Parliament and to prevent Prime Minister Zoran Zaev in making harmful decisions!? So far, the DPNE has not been able to prevent Zaev in bypassing laws and the Macedonian constitution.

Olumchev said that they also discussed the referendum for which Mickoski made a statement in the media that he would go out and vote against it. Olumchev has stated that the referendum must be prevented, adding our name Macedonia was not obtained during a vote, but it was transferred to us from our grandfathers for centuries.

The president of the association Olumchev added that they will continue with everyday protests until their demands are fulfilled, including protection of the name of the Republic of Macedonia and protection of the Macedonian identity.

Mickoski has stated his party has no intention to join protesters in front of Parliament.

Parliament ratifies name deal with Greece

Macedonia’s Parliament adopted Wednesday the law on ratification of the Final Agreement for the settlement of the differences as described in the United Nations Security Council Resolutions 817 (1993) and 845 (1993), the termination of the Interim Accord of 1995 and the establishment of a strategic partnership.

Lawmakers voted 69-0 to ratify the agreement, while opposition VMRO-DPMNE did not attend the parliament’s session.

The agreement marks the beginning of the end of uncertainty for Macedonia and represents dignified and acceptable solution for both sides, with which the Macedonian identity and language is permanently confirmed, PM Zoran Zaev said Wednesday prior to start of parliament’s session at which name agreement with Greece should be ratified.

“We have an agreement with a clear mark of our Macedonian identity, of our Macedonian language, forever. We did not give anything to anyone, nor did anyone take anything when we agreed on a geographical qualifier. This is a bold step in the interest of the future of citizens and our children for a peaceful future. Let’s dismiss the manipulations, elimination and xenophobia and offer a chance to the agreement. The citizens will have the final say,” Zaev said.

He said that the agreement is supported by all international partners, it opens the doors of Macedonia towards a European future. Zaev expects European Council give Macedonia a date for start of EU accession negotiations by end of June, by which the dream becomes a reality.

He calls for uniting efforts in the interest of joint future. European family accepts us as Macedonians. We have another friend and strategic partner, we guarantee the stability and security of Macedonia, we are opening the way to the EU and NATO. We are achieving our ancestors’s aspiration to be recognized by everyone as Macedonians speaking Macedonian. This is a historic act by which Macedonia and citizens get a chance, Zaev underlined.

According to the agreement, after Parliament ratifies it, Greece is obliged to inform the European Council President Donald Tusk that it supports the start of Macedonia’s EU membership negotiations and to inform NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg that it supports the NATO invitation. The EU foreign ministers will meet on June 25-26 while the EU Summit will be held on June 28.

President Gjorge Ivanov should sign the document after it is ratified in Parliament.

The agreement will be finally put up for referendum in Macedonia, which should be organized either in September or October.

Parliament sends name deal to Ivanov

Following today’s Parliament session during which it was adopted, the Law on Ratification of the Final Agreement for the settlement of the differences as described in the United Nations Security Council Resolutions 817 (1993) and 845 (1993), the termination of the Interim Accord of 1995 and the establishment of a strategic partnership, was signed by Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi.

After signing the bill, Xhaferi sent it to the Cabinet of President Gjorge Ivanov, who is next to sign.

The President has seven days to decide whether he would sign it.

However, Ivanov has repeatedly said he would neither support nor sign the deal because, in his opinion, it is harmful.

If he vetoes it, Parliament will hold another vote for the bill, which would then need to be adopted by an absolute majority61 MPsto become a law.

If the law is passed for the second time, the President is bound by the Constitution to sign it.

Ivanov: I stick to my position on name agreement, Zaev to initiate impeachment procedure

President Gjorge Ivanov calls on PM Zoran Zaev to immediately initiate impeachment procedure, highlighting that his position in regard to the name agreement is final and remains unchanged.

“I call on Zaev to immediately initiate impeachment procedure i.e. procedure for determining the President of the Republic’s answerability by the same two-thirds majority vote necessary to amend the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia,” Ivanov said in the written statement to media regarding Prime Minister’s statement in Kanal 5 TV station on Tuesday.

Ivanov in the written statement reacts to all falsehoods and threats told by PM Zoran Zaev in Kanal 5 TV station show.

“My position regarding the harmful name agreement is final and remains unchanged despite all threats and pressures,” Ivanov said.
