Dimitrov: In some countries, the president doesn’t need to approve agreements | MINA Report

Just when you think there is absolutely no way the treasonous criminal trio of Zaev, Dimitrov and Shekerinska can surprise you, rushing in to the scene comes Dimitrov.

In an interview with Top Tema (Telma TV), the GMO Soros product Nikola Dimitrov stated this: “In some countries… in some constitutions the president doesn’t need to approve agreements signed by the Government, in some constitutions if the president doesn’t sign a law during a specified time frame, then the law is considered to be signed“. Yes, Macedonians, this is who your foreign minister is.

Well, Nikola, here is the thingin some countries… if you do what you did in Macedonia, you’d already been with a noose around your neck. In some countries, you’d have your citizenship revoked and exiled to a remote island. But, you’re in lawless Macedonia where you’re illegally in power.

Everyone realizes we’re not a functioning country, but your comparisons to “other” countries and “other” constitutions and the fact you can’t 100% complete the job you were tasked to do by Baily just adds volumes to the misery that is Nikola Dimitrov.

It’s difficult to call you a son of a bitch, and not because I treated a traitor (you) to a lunch (in 2013), but because your own mother in 1992 strongly opposed negotiations with Greece as an MP in Parliament.

Look at Ratka Dimitrova’s speech in Parliament here.

Little did Ratka know, she gave a birth to an imbecile, a traitor, a soulless GMO product.

Macedonian Supreme Court Judge: Name Agreement with Greece is illegal, invalid, laughable | MINA Report

The so called ‘agreement’ signed on June 17, 2018 in Nivici, near Prespa Lake, was not concluded on behalf of the Republic of Macedonia. This agreement is concluded, as it is written in the text, between the Greek republic and some other party for which the name is not mentioned, but is described by a number and date of the agreement itself, writes retired Supreme Court judge Milojka Kalkashlieva in a letter published in Nova Makedonija. The fact is, legally, Macedonia did not sign anything.

The Republic of Macedonia is a country, with a name in which the word Macedonia is the root of the state since ASNOM in 1944 – democratic, socialist, but always the Republic of Macedonia, without any additions between the Republic and Macedonia. Until 1991 was a part of the Yugoslav Federation, and since September 8, 1991, the Republic of Macedonia is a sovereign and independent state with its own Constitution and laws, which, according to the Constitution, everyone is obliged to respect – this includes Zaev.

According to the Constitution, the international agreements on behalf of the Republic of Macedonia are concluded by the President of the Republic of Macedonia. The government could, but only when it is determined by law. The Minister, in turn, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, can not act on behalf of the Republic of Macedonia as a contracting party in concluding an international agreement.Hence, the Prespa Agreement can not create obligations for the Republic of Macedonia, due to the fact that the name of the state Republic of Macedonia as a contracting party and the fact that the Minister of Foreign Affairs signed the contract as an authorized representative of the second party is not specified. The Government could not authorize the Minister to sign such an agreement, because the Government is not competent to sign an agreement on changing the name of the state.

This stems with the adoption of the Law on Conclusion, Ratification and Enforcement of International Agreements (“the Service Gazette “no.5 / 98), which precisely determine the procedure for concluding international agreements by the Republic of Macedonia.

Moreover, in the Interim Accord, nor in the resolutions of the Security Council 817 and 845, it is not a matter of changing the constitutional name of the Republic of Macedonia. The change of the constitutional name and its use erga omnes is the “creative” acceptance by a Government whose rise to power is questionable and who accepted foreign dictates. No one has the right to change a country’s name, not even the president of the state for which there is no limit to the conclusion of international agreements. Even the president has no right to agree with a foreign nation to change the constitutional name of the Republic of Macedonia. The Constitution forbids this, and international agreements can not be concluded without a constitutional foundation.

The concluded international agreement must be in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia, and the Assembly may ratify it only if it is in accordance with the Constitution.

Therefore, gentlemen MPs, beware, it is your duty to obey the Constitution, you have sworn it, you are MPs in the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia and you can ratify only an international agreement in which the Republic of Macedonia is a contracting party and whose content is in compliance with the Constitution. When deciding on ratification, the Constitution must be your guide even though you appear to work under different guides, guides from outside.

The Prespa Agreement is not a treaty of the Republic of Macedonia, read the text very carefully. Our state – the Republic of Macedonia, is not in that agreement.
Look at the archives of the Assembly and you will see how many international agreements have been ratified by the Assembly and every single one of them is with our Constitutional name, the Republic of Macedonia. Will you ratify an international agreement in which the Republic of Macedonia does not stand as a signatory?

The content of the Prespa Agreement does not look like an agreement, but unilaterally given orders from the first party (Greece) that must be done by the second party (Macedonia), for the end, the second party after doing everything the first party requests, can expect and receive some sort of “gifts”.

The orders, however, given by the first party to the other side are ludicrous, terrible, and not allowed in international law and with them, among other things, violates the Charter of the United Nations, and in the preamble of the agreement they are called upon. I do not believe that there is a state that accepts such orders, and the government wants to sell this travesty as a way to a bright future?

On the second page, the procedure and content for amending the Constitution are dictated. The Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia can not be changed after the dictation of another state. This is the very definition of insanity.
The Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia contains provisions that regulate the issue of amending the Constitution. According to these provisions, a proposal for accession to changes to the Constitution may be submitted by the President of the Republic, the Government, at least 30 deputies or 150,000 citizens. But this is not to change the Constitution. Only 2/3 majority in Parliament can initiate such change.

It’s shame and great humiliation for the state if the Government, as its proposal for amendments to the Constitution, submitted the illegal Prespa Agreement. But from this government, now anything can be expected. However, the two-thirds majority required by the Constitution for accession to changes to the Constitution, and my hope is this will be prevented.

The ratification of the Prespa Agreement cannot be ratified, however, if the interests of a foreign state are more important than the ones of our national interests, the hope remains with the President of the State, and then in the Constitutional Court, whose constitutional duty is to protects the Constitution.

Is it worth, to ask the Republic of Macedonia and the Macedonian people for self-destruction as a state and as a people, for a date for accession negotiations with the EU and for membership in NATO, while the future of both of these organization is less certain with each passing day?

And with the Prespa Agreement, this is exactly what is required of us. Let’s not let that happen!

Has Zaev met this guy? | MINA Report

zaev.jpg

You probably won’t recognize him, but the man in the video below is Zoran Zaev. Granted he does have 76 personalities.

In the video below, for those who don’t speak Macedonian… Zaev suggests one has to be insane to change the name of the country… and negate (insult) 132 countries who recognize Macedonia’s constitutional name…

One day, psychologists in Vienna will do a case study on Zaev.

Zaev’s junta calls in the Army as protests continue | MINA Report

Zaev’s criminal junta has called in the Army as Macedonians continue their protests against a name change in front of Parliament.
It is illegal for the Government to call in the Army on peaceful protesters, however nothing the criminal Government has done since it was brought to power via a coup has been legal.

Armored transporters, water cannons, chariots and vehicles were seen heading to Parliament this afternoon, where a protest of University students was announced tonight at 20.00.

Four columns with about a dozen vehicles blocked Blvd. Partizanska, moving towards the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia.

In addition, there are over 300 policemen around Parliament, and more than 50 police vehicles of all sizes.

Merkel: Germany will strongly support Macedonia-Greece name deal

Prime Minister Zoran Zaev received letter of congratulations from the German Chancellor Angela Merkel in which she expressed her joy for the agreement reached between Macedonia and Greece over the name dispute, Government Press Service informs Friday.

“This agreement paves the way for a historic agreement, and I congratulate you and your government for this success. The Federal Republic of Germany will follow the implementation of this agreement with great interest and will strongly support it,” reads the letter from Merkel to Zaev.

Who needs Greece? France & Holland vow to block Macedonia in EU | MINA Report

France and the Netherlands strongly oppose opening of accession negotiations with Macedonia. The same goes for Albania – stated Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kodzias during an international security conference on the Greek island of Rhodes.

The Minister told reporters that, firstly, in the joint letter, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Denmark and Luxembourg “set the problem of integration” of Macedonia, but also of some other countries, implying to Albania.

Meanwhile, three of these five countries – Luxembourg, Denmark and Germany, have withdrawn from this group, and they no longer oppose accession talks as strongly, but the other two, the Netherlands and France, are opposed, said Kotzias, pointing out that this is the main conversation with his counterpart from Albania, Ditmir Bushati in Rhodes.

Kotzias isn’t wrong, however it isn’t just France and Holland. the Danish Prime Minister as recently as last week openly stated his country would block Macedonia’s accession talks with Brussels adding “Macedonia can change their name as many times as they like, their name has nothing to do with our opposition to new EU members“.

Apparently no one is relaying this information to Zoran Zaev who first promised NATO and EU membership within a month of name change, and as of yesterday said the wait might be a year or two…

Meanwhile, EU’s leading nations have openly and repeatedly stated no new members until 2025. When discussing new memberships, the only country mentioned in official reports that may join (read absorbed) in the EU is Montenegro. Brussels and NATO prefer absorbing nations with coastlines.

Professor Apasiev interview for Zaev owned TV | MINA Report

DPNE clowns get HQ vandalized when in power and opposition | MINA Report

This evening DPNE’s HQ in the downtown area of Skopje was vandalized by what appear to be SDS activists. The irony is that DPNE’s offices were repeatedly vandalized when they were in power. Back then, the DPNE not just it never made any arrests, but it allowed around 150 SDS and Soros activists to terrorize the city, the police, paint all monuments, even let them burn down the president’s office. While it made no arrests while in power, the DPNE today as opposition sought the SDS run police make arrests for today’s vandalism of their HQ. We all get the irony.

–The VMRO-DPMNE’s attack is an act of violence and vandalism, but also an attack on all those who protect the Macedonian national interests. Indications for this say that those responsible for this attack are structures close the SDS, following in the footsteps of their Colorful Revolution. On what basis do we base this conviction? For a long time VMRO-DPMNE warns that the government led by Zoran Zaev has a violent scenario implemented by his installations and police structures aimed at pushing VMRO-DPMNE into violence in an effort to delegitimize our fight against Zaev’s capitulation in the name negotiations with Greece”, DPNE’s spokesman Janushev said.

vmro-stab.jpg

It must be said that the DPNE from what we have seen, would not really qualify as “protector” of national interests, however we note DPNE’s spokesman Janushev for his efforts to portray the party as such.

The DPNE has distanced itself from Macedonians, is not involved in the daily protests, it needed 3 months to ‘schedule’ a protest which was prolonged for weeks. The party returned to Parliament after its leader Hristijan Mickoski met with Governor Baily and Soros rep Frederica Mogherini. The party has in fact, done an excellent job in creating a wedge between Macedonians and it continues to do so.

Merkel’s blackmail: 100,000 muslim migrants in Macedonia in exchange for “EU negotiations” | MINA Report

For former Minister of Investments Vele Samak, the immediate meeting of the European Union in regards to a yet another orchestrated migrant crisis was an attempt to rescue the Government of German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

According to Samak, Merkel is trying to find a solution to the crisis that is expected to quickly intensify in the European continent.

The Ex-Minister claims that at the meeting, the German Chancellor has requested reception centers for migrants in the Balkan Peninsula, specifically in Macedonia, Albania and Serbia, and in return, the first two will receive a date for the start of negotiations with the Union.

The reports of Western agencies do not mention Macedonia, but Albania and several African nations, and Samak claims that the country is not mentioned due to the genocidal name agreement.

“EU’s mini-summit for Merkel’s salvation for migrants: Merkel will seek asylum centers in Albania, Macedonia, Serbia. In return, the start of negotiations with Albania, Macedonia. Because of the delicacy of the genocidal agreement, Macedonia is not mentioned publicly,” Samak wrote.

Back in 2016, a plan was created by Soros NGOs in Macedonia to house muslim migrants in permanent housing built in eastern Macedonia. The plan envisioned housing over 100,000 migrants in Bitola, Prilep, Berovo, Demir Kapija, Gevgelija and Shtip.

The sheer lunacy in this blackmail is the fact France, Holland and Denmark have already stated they would block Macedonia’s EU negotiations.

Zaev already letting migrants in Macedonia | MINA Report

SVR Strumica confirmed an incident when a large Iveco truck carrying migrants from Bangladesh and Sri Lanka hit a fence attached to a bridge, causing the truck to overturn. The driver escaped from the scene after the accident.

2 migrants died, the rest were injured. Eleven of the injured were transferred to the Clinical Hospital in Stip and six to the General Hospital in Radovish.

According to the police, there are indications that the number of migrants in the freight vehicle was higher, but that they fled after the accident.

The auto moto alliance of Macedonia said that the traffic was normalized for passenger vehicles, but not for heavy goods vehicles and buses.

According to our sources, there are hundreds of migrants already in Macedonia who have entered illegally during June with border police looking the other way.

President Ivanov fails to sign law ratifying name agreement

President Gjorge Ivanov has decided not to sign the decree promulgating the law ratifying the Final agreement for the settlement of the differences as described in the United Nations Security Council Resolutions 817 (1193) and 845 (1993), the termination of the Interim Accord of 1995, and the establishment of a strategic partnership between the parties.

The decision communicated to the media by the President’s Office lists the reasons for Ivanov’s failure to sign the decree.

“I have no mandate to sign the bill promulgating the law. One of the pillars of my election programme back in 2014 was to not accept a change of the Constitution towards changing the country’s constitutional name. I do not accept ideas or proposals that would endanger the Macedonian national identity, the individuality of the Macedonian nation, Macedonian language and the Macedonian model of coexistence. I was elected President based on this programme,” reads the decision.

According to Ivanov, the agreement goes beyond the scope of United Nations Security Council Resolutions 817 (1193) and 845 (1993), because they refer to “difference over the country’s name”, not “differences” as stated in the agreement.

“The agreement has no constitutional ground and is not ratified in compliance with the Constitution. Article 118 of the Constitution reads that international agreements ratified in line with the Constitution are part of the internal legal order,” he adds.

He further elaborates that the agreement does not comply with Articles 51, 118 and 119 of the Macedonian Constitution.

“The agreement brings Macedonia into a subordinate position to another country, namely the Republic of Greece. Article 308 of the Criminal Code reads that a citizen bringing the Republic of Macedonia into such a position shall be punished by a prison sentence of at least five years,” underlines Ivanov.

The Parliament ratified the name agreement on June 20. In case of a presidential veto, the law goes back to the Parliament for a second vote, requiring an approval of least 61 our of 120 MPs. If endorsed, the law is again forwarded to the President, who is obliged by the Constitution to sign it.

Government: Ivanov’s decision expected, but does not affect implementation of name agreement

The decision of President Gjorge Ivanov and the refusal to sign decree ratifying the law on name agreement is expected, but does not affect the implementation of the agreement.

“Ivanov’s decision was expected, but it does not affect the steps i.e. the implementation phases of the agreement. Greek Government has already sent letters to EU and NATO,” Government Spokesman Mile Bosnjakovski told MIA.

Government reiterates that the will of the citizens expressed in a referendum will be binding for all political parties regardless of the form of the referendum.

The decision of the President Gjorge Ivanov not to sign the decree on the law on ratification of the Final Agreement for the settlement of the differences as described in the United Nations Security Council Resolutions 817 (1993) and 845 (1993), the termination of the Interim Accord of 1995 and the establishment of a strategic partnership, has been submitted Tuesday to the Macedonia’s Parliament.

Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi will schedule session for a re-vote on the law on ratification of the agreement at late by next week.

Still no outcome on Macedonia accession talks, decision could be delayed until EU summit

France and the Netherlands continue to oppose the start of Macedonia’s EU accession talks, fearing the decision could have a negative effect at home. Paris and Amsterdam favor a postponement of the decision until after the European elections in the spring of 2019, MIA learns from diplomatic sources in the EU Council.

However, both France and the Netherlands are aware that Macedonia must be acknowledged following the name agreement with Greece, and especially in light of the coming referendum. Other member-states, led by Germany, insist that the French-Dutch proposal is not a good option.

The ministers are currently holding informal discussions on the issue at the General Affairs Council in Luxembourg.

If there is no agreement today, the issue could be tackled by the heads of state and government at the Council meeting on Thursday.

Zaev: We’re negotiating with EU… EU: No you’re not | MINA Report

The European Union has denied the Government of the Republic of Macedonia public statement it has started accession negotiations with the Union, after euphorically announcing a lie that Macedonia has scheduled accession talks for June 2019.

In this context, the EU issued a statement stating:

“The European Union has not given its consent to the accession negotiations of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, but has been given a conditional recommendation for initial accession negotiations if the country makes the reforms, that is, they meet the criteria that are in force in the EU,” the statement said.

According to the EU report, the reforms refer to improving the justice system, reducing corruption in the country, reforming the media and freedom of speech, reforming agriculture, health, etc… essentially everything Zaev and his junta have destroyed over the past year.

Mickoski: Delaying date for negotiations is disaster, Zaev not only sells state interests, but also loses Macedonia’s future in EU

VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski underlined that the delaying of the date for start of Macedonia’s EU accession talks for next year is a disaster.

“Zoran Zaev has confirmed on several occasions that everything he says is a lie. This is a disaster for the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia. He sold out state and national interests, he signed and tried to ratify this capitulation act, and now we see that there is no benefit at all. All the while he tried to manipulate the feelings of the citizens and their awareness. They will try to create a smokescreen, they will try to show the impossible as possible, they will try to convince us that life is a bed of roses in the country,” said Mickoski.

The president of VMRO-DPMNE pointed out that the government and Zaev have neither a plan nor a vision for the future.

Milenko wants DPNE to grow a pair and seek early elections | MINA Report

Gentlemen of VMRO DPMNE,

Go ahead and ask for early parliamentary elections. The evil that has descended upon us has to be taken down and put in jail.

You have a nation, not just your members, that will massively vote to crush this government.

The election must be based on the model of the “Przino agreement”.

Economic disappointment and misery, our corrupt judiciary and the administration, the runaway robbery of Government funds by Angjushev and the Zaev clan, the agreement with Bulgaria, the bilingualism insanity, the “Prespa” agreement and the most recent fiasco with the EU are much, much more than the fake ‘bombs’ used by Zaev to take you down (the DPNE).

If you ever want to lead the country, now is the time to seek the trust of the people.

This insanity can no longer continue
– says popular Macedonian journalist Milenko Nedelkovski in his call to DPNE’s leadership to seek early elections.

SDS MP: Ivanov pardons only criminals… Ivanov: So, your leader is a criminal | MINA Report

“The claim of Mr. Kostadin Kostadinov, MP of SDSM, that President Ivanov has blocked the appointments of the ambassadors of the Republic of Macedonia is a big lie and manipulation in order to defocus the public and an attempt to pressure the Macedonian President because of his position on the Law on Ratification of the Agreement with Greece.

If the political party SDSM has remarks about the procedure(s) for appointing ambassadors, we refer to the answers of the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

We inform the public that for all proposed candidates for ambassadors, for which an agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been obtained previously, the procedures for their appointment are ongoing. In accordance with the legal procedures, for some of the accepted and agreed proposals, the procedures for their appointment have been completed and the diplomats have already been directed to the execution of their duty.

On the statement of Mr. Kostadinov who stated that “President Ivanov acts only when he pardons criminals”, we remind that on that list of pardons there is also a certain Mr. Zoran Zaev, who is pardoned not once, but twice for major crimes, and previously pardoned by former President Crvenkovski. Therefore, we thank Kostadinov and the SDSM for their sincerity and the fact they treat their leader as a criminal.

It is unclear to us how the political party SDSM in today’s three TV appearances all focused on attacking President Ivanov failed to mention the name of our country, Macedonia.

On the other hand, it is clear and expected that the political party SDSM through such manipulations is trying to put pressure on President Ivanov, because of his policies and firm positions in defending the dignity of the Macedonian people and the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia, and regarding the non-signing of the Decree for the proclamation of the Law on Ratification of the Agreement with Greece,” reads the reaction of the President Ivanov’s Cabinet.

To quote Mirka Veliovska, the SDSM is a virus, a disease which must be eradicated.

MPs to vote on name agreement on July 5 or 6

The parliament session over a second vote of the law ratifying the name agreement will be scheduled on July 5 or 6, said Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi on Friday.

Speaker Xhaferi said that if President Gjorge Ivanov failed to sign the decree for the law’s promulgation for the second time, the same solution would be used for both that law and the law on the use of languages. One of the options is to forward the laws to the Official Gazette without the President’s signature.

However, Xhaferi left room for Ivanov to change his mind and sign the agreement during “this historic period for the country”.
According to him, the Parliament must implement its decisions and those having any dilemmas about the laws can file initiatives to the Constitutional Court.

Regarding the name referendum, Xhaferi said it must be scheduled by the end of July if planned for the second half of September.

Negotiations have not started yet, while Zaev announces their completion in 2025

Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said Thursday that Macedonia has received a clear date for the start of EU accession talks, while the screening process of chapters would begin with a visit by Commissioner Johannes Hahn around July 20.

“We have received a clear date for the beginning of the talks and there is no dilemma in this. The screening process begins with the visit of Commissioner Hahn in the second half of July. I believe Macedonia will timely go through all steps,” PM Zaev told Telma TV station.

He said Macedonia is prepared for the talks and reforms in the judiciary, media, public administration, security are fully coordinated with the European Commission and the European Delegation to Skopje.

“We will continue to do this,” said Zaev and added that Macedonia needs swift reforms so that citizens can feel the changes.
According to him, the decision over the accession talks date is a strong motivation that represents an obligation for everyone to complete the reforms.

The PM said Macedonia has no other option to EU and NATO.

“I believe in the citizens of Macedonia and their optimism that these objectives are attainable,” said Zaev.

PM Zaev is set to meet with NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg on Friday morning.

“The invitation for NATO membership, which we have waited for since 2008, will arrive at the Alliance Summit on July 11-12 in Brussels. A three-month screening period will precede the ratification of the protocol by NATO member-states,” underlined Zaev.

Stoltenberg: Without the finalization of the name agreement, you cannot join NATO

At our Summit in two weeks, I expect that Allied Heads of State and Government will invite you to start accession talks, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said Friday in Brussels at the joint press conference with the Macedonian PM Zoran Zaev.
Stoltenberg welcomes the agreement reached between Macedonia and Greece, which sets an example for others across the region on how to consolidate peace and stability.

“The name dispute has cast a shadow over the region for too long. It has held back prosperity and security. But now there is the chance for a brighter future. NATO’s door is open, and you are now on the doorstep. You have already shown your commitment to international peace and security, working with NATO,” Stoltenberg said.

“Once all national procedures have been completed to finalize the agreement, you will join NATO. Without the finalization of the agreement, your country cannot join NATO in the foreseeable future. So this is an historic opportunity which cannot be missed,” Stoltenberg underlined.

Asked about his expectations for the upcoming NATO Summit, he believes that the country will be invited to start accession talks.

“Once we complete accession talks and name agreement will be closed, the country will become full-fledged member,” Stoltenberg said.

PM Zaev expects Macedonia to become 30th NATO member states and its flag to be raised in front of the NATO headquarters.

He underlines that Macedonia has been waiting for the invitation since 2008 when it was concluded that it fulfills all NATO membership requirements and standards.

Macedonia’s Criminal Junta begins ‘Yes’ campaign for referendum | MINA Report

Macedonia’s virus has begin to spread propaganda for the upcoming fraudulent referendum:

Zaev has distributed fliers in Macedonian and albanian urging everyone to vote “Yes” on changing the country’s name.
DUI has stated they will make sure every shiptar in the country will vote yes, and they will fly them from across Europe so they can vote, all in an effort to change the name.

zaev11.jpg

DPNE’s traitors are once again, not surprisingly, silent. Mickoski roughly two weeks ago stated he will vote ‘no’, even though he was warned by numerous political analysts in Skopje that Governor Baily needs “attendance” not votes to fix the result. As each day passes, DPNE is under pressure from their membership to publicly urge all Macedonians to boycott the referendum. DPNE has so far not done this.

Zoran Ebola Zaev plans on scheduling the referendum at the end of September.

SDSM officially publishes deal to house 150,000 muslim migrants in Macedonia | MINA Report

Macedonia’s illegitimate government has approved a plan that was published in the country’s official Government newspaper to house 150,000+ migrants (8% percent of the population.

Per the plan, new buildings and homes will be built for the migrants who will receive Macedonian citizenship within a year of their arrivals. Furthermore, no migrant will be asked or requested any sort of document to verify their country of origin. Essentially, if you are fleeing your country for any sort of crime and want a free house/apartment, come to Macedonia.

This is not a bad deal, we encourage the Macedonian diaspora to flood Macedonia and seek free houses and apartments once they’re built (the project is likely to start at the end of September as the preparations are already under way). Remember, you don’t need to show any document of any kind, just claim you’re a migrant.

Macedonian PM believes Zaev has been a treat for the country | MINA Report

Today is a time of hope for Macedonia. Citizens are rightly focused on formal ties linking Macedonia with its neighbors to Europe, with the United States, NATO, the EU, the Prespa Treaty with Greece and the Treaty of Friendship with Bulgaria. Significant progress has been made last year and we are looking forward to good news from the NATO Summit next week.

This was pointed out by Macedonian Prime Minister and American Ambassador Jess Baily in his address marking the celebration of the United States Independence Day on July 4, which took place today at the US Embassy.

In his speech in the presence of SDS leader Zoran Zaev, several deputies and MPs, leaders of political parties from the government and the opposition, NGO representatives, he also referred to the values that connect both countries.

The values shared include, but are not limited to political oppression, stifling opposition, shutting down opposition newspapers and TV stations (Dnevnik, TV Nova..), financing NGOs, terrorism and open borders.

DM Sekerinska: Macedonia to get NATO membership invitation next week (video)

Macedonia next week will get the invitation to join NATO and the process for the ratification of protocols will launch in a few months, said Radmila Sekerinska.

Speaking at a news conference on Tuesday, the Deputy PM and Minister of Defense said that the Strategic Defence Review (SDR) was adopted by the government earlier in the day at a session.

A membership invitation will be extended to Macedonia at a ceremony in Brussels at the upcoming summit, scheduled on July 11-12, according to her.

Finally, Sekerinska said, Macedonia will become part of the most powerful military alliance in the world.

It took one year to complete the SDR, which was an ambitious deadline in the first place, the Minister noted.

No such document had been prepared since 2004, according to Sekerinska.

“We have managed to finish it in one year, this ambitious document is crucial and it defines defense and its development, it defines the defense agenda,” Minister Sekerinska said adding: “Macedonia will get a military in line with NATO standards, a military that contributes not only to the country’s security, but also to the security of the whole region.”

The new Strategic Defence Review takes into consideration new challenges globally. During its preparation, all relevant institutions in the field of defense, including the President, have been consulted.

“After the document is implemented, Macedonia will get a modern and flexible army that will guarantee security, sovereignty and stability of the country. Also, the Macedonian Army (ARM) will be transformed and modernized and its operational capabilities will be strengthened,” Minister Sekerinska said.

Also, the defense budget will be increased. This year, it stands at one per cent of the GDP. Under the new SDR, military spending should increase by 0.2% every year during a five-year period. The goal is to accomplish 2% of the GDP, which is the standard of NATO members, according to Sekerinska.

Splitting protesters… DPNE calls for protest in Strumica? | MINA Report

DPNE continues to split and undermine protesters in Macedonia who have been gathering in front of Parliament on daily basis for the past two weeks.

Instead of protesting in front of Parliament and Government HQ as one would expect, DPNE’s president is calling for a protest all the way in Strumica? It’s one thing that the DPNE is not joining protests, but now it appears they are consciously undermining the existing protests.

Ivanov to attend “Saints Cyril and Methodius Days” event in Slovakia

President Gjorge Ivanov pays Wednesday a working visit to Slovakia to take part at event “Saints Cyril and Methodius Days” in Terchová.
Ivanov will address the traditional event “Saints Cyril and Methodius Days” and will attend the liturgy in SS. Cyril and Methodius cathedral, which is the largest temple in Slovakia dedicated to Slavic missionaries, Ivanov’s office said in a press release.

This year’s “Saints Cyril and Methodius Days” featuring cultural, historical and spiritual events, is dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Eparchy of Zilina, whose protectors are Saints Cyril and Methodius.

Saints Cyril and Methodius Day is celebrated on July 5 as a public holiday in Slovakia.

Macedonian Parliament violates constitution again, approves agreement with Greece for 2nd time | MINA Report

The Parliament endorsed Thursday the law ratifying the name agreement with 69 votes ‘in favor’ and one ‘abstained’.

The 69 votes asppear automatic during each vote, even if MPs are not present as was the case during the first vote when MP Ferid Muhic stated he was out of the country, but someone voted ‘yes’ during his absence.

This was the second vote on the law after President Gjorge Ivanov refused to sign the decree for its promulgation after the Parliament had initially passed it on their dubious June 20th session.

The opposition did not attend the Parliament session.

Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov said in the elaboration that the agreement guarantees the individuality of the Macedonian identity and language. This is in fact not true.

“The agreement reaffirms and enhances the Macedonian identity as never before. In practice, the agreement will establish the identity and overcome the eternal struggle for language and identity, we will join the EU, including the release of documents in Macedonian language and translated in Macedonian language,” said FM Dimitrov.

He said the President is obliged by law to sign the decree after the second Parliament vote. This too is not true, considering the law clashes directly with the constitution.

He referred to the reasons that Ivanov noted when refusing to sign the decree, including the authority of the President to conclude international agreements.

He also mentioned the President’s claim that the agreement brings Macedonia into subordinate position to Greece.

“Macedonia was in a subordinate position by the negotiations. The agreement takes us out of that dependency and brings us into a position of independence. It is time to serve the country’s interests and show unity,” underlined Dimitrov.

Meanwhile Greece has not ratified the agreement, and it doesn’t look like it will. The Macedonian side in the negotiations while obligating itself to commit suicide, it has made zero requests from Athens.

Greek Foreign Ministry reprimands Zaev: Your Army is no longer Macedonian, urgent implementation of the Prespa Agreement

Greek daily Kathimerini conveys the reaction of the Greek Foreign Ministry to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia, Zoran Zaev. On Wednesday, a solemn ceremony was held, where Prime Minister Zaev and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Radmila Sekerinska welcomed 125 new professional soldiers in the Army. At the event, Prime Minister, Zoran Zaev, pointed out that they are the future, they are the security of the Republic of Macedonia. He pointed out that this generation of professional soldiers should be especially proud of being the first generation to serve its country as a NATO member.

“Our membership into the Alliance will open greater opportunities for you. The Macedonian Army for years side by side with NATO armies has been participating in peace missions, for which it has been highly graded. Participation in these missions helped ARM boost its capacities. The Ministry of Defense and the government of Macedonia have been working closely to restore the dignity of your profession after a long stalemate in reforms… Our approach to solutions these days have brought us happy news and positive decisions. One of them is the anticipated invitation to become the 30th member of the Alliance”, Zaev said.

“FYROM Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, in a public statement today during the swearing of soldiers, spoke of a “Macedonian army,” who will be a member of NATO’s alliance. In his statement, the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs replied, pointing out that “this statement underlines the importance of bringing the Prespa agreement into force”. This is because, as noted by the same sources, “the agreement explicitly states that the aggressive determination of the state, its official bodies and other public entities will be in line with the new name of the country, that is, in this case, North Macedonia”, Kathimerini reported.

Police redacts previous redaction on demoting people | MINA Report

Тигар.jpg

The Ministry of Interior has replaced and demoted dozens of highly skilled elite policemen in the past three months.

After Skopje media reported over 30 elite policemen have been demoted to training police dogs after refusing to accept a criminal as their supervisor, the MoI issued a statement that it does no such things. Only days later however, the MoI admitted it does indeed demote policemen and installs party activists in their place.

The MOI described this as standard procedures.

‘Unrelenting’ President won’t sign Macedonia-Greece name deal

The President’s Office on Friday denies claims by Prime Minister Zoran Zaev in an interview with Greece’s broadcaster ERT that Gjorge Ivanov will endorse the name deal reached with Greece.

President Ivanov hasn’t changed his position and no pressure, blackmail and threat will make him change his mind, reads the statement.

“Prime Minister Zaev with his inconsistent, contradictory and confusing statements continues to lie to and manipulate not only the Macedonian public, but also the public in Greece and the international public. Membership of the Republic of Macedonia into the EU and NATO should not be misused into accepting a harmful agreement with sweeping consequences for the Macedonian state and Macedonian people. The Macedonian President is not endorsing an agreement to the detriment of the Macedonian national identity and to the detriment of the interests of the Republic of Macedonia,” states the statement of President Ivanov’s Office.

Macedonians learn the referendum question through Greek television (video)

Zoran Zaev again underestimates the Macedonian people. Instead of coming out on Macedonian TV and announcing the referendum questions, he comes out on the Greek state television. In addition, the questions that are predicted to be the subject of the referendum are classic manipulation. The position of VMRO-DPMNE and Hristijan Mickoski is that the EU and NATO’s determination and the deprivation of one’s individuality should not be confused.

Greek citizens had the exclusivity and first learned the questions in the referendum that Prime Minister Zoran Zaev announces that will be held in autumn, and refers to the agreement with Greece, where it has been agreed to change the constitutional name of the Republic of Macedonia into the Republic of North Macedonia.

In an interview with the Greek state television ERT, Zaev revealed the referendum question.

“I am sure that the people will endorse the name agreement, because the question will probably be ‘Do you favor EU and NATO accession and support the agreement with Greece’, since both issues are related. Or the question might be ‘Do you favor EU and NATO accession and support name Republic of North Macedonia’, because this is what the agreement is about. I believe citizens will be positive throughout the process,” Zaev said.

Zaev also said that the referendum will be held on September 23, September 30 or October 7.

Baily’s monkey comes dangerously close to saying Macedonia…. | MINA Report

In what appears to be a very close call for Baily’s assistant monkey Zoran Zaev, in his interview for Greek State TV, he came dangerously close to uttering the word Macedonia, however, he stopped just in time… who knows what sort of punishment would he have gotten from Prime Minister Jess Baily if he dared to utter the whole word… No bananas for a whole week?

Greece fakes protests to assist Zaev | MINA Report

In some parts of Greece, the resistance against the name agreement is growing, and protests were held in many cities today, “To Vima” reported.

A protest is scheduled for today at the monument of Alexander the Great in Solun, which is expected to be addressed by actors who will talk about “Macedonian Hellenism”. Earlier two protests began in Heraklion and Hania.

Tomorrow, at 19.30, “Vergina is rising”, claims Greek media. The place was chosen because Kutlesh (renamed to Vergina) is the location of a tomb considered to be the Macedonian king Philip, the father of Alexander III, that is, as the organizers of the protest demanded through the social media “to express a clear message about the Macedonian Hellenism”.

There will be protests in Trikala on Wednesday.

And as the protests are spreading more, a survey of CAPA published today and conducted on 9,800 people showed that 58 percent of respondents had a negative attitude on the deal between Zaev and Tsipras, while 30 percent expressed a positive attitude. An identical 58 per cent think the deal will have 151 votes in parliament, while 31 per cent think it will not be voted.

Nea Demokratia has no issues with agreement

But interesting is the indicative figure that 56% of the respondents believe if Nea Demokratia comes to power, they will respect the agreement. Such was the statement by the party’s leadership who stated if the agreement was ratified they would respect it. In fact it becomes quite obvious that the Greeks are faking both protests and polls to show how dissatisfied they are with the deal, how allegedly bad it is, but in the end it’s just a nicely packaged propaganda by Athens. Kammenos perhaps said it best “we are getting 30 billion euros as part of this this, and this should convince us that the deal is not good, but it is perfect for us.

In fact, all protests in Greece were and continue to be organized by Tsipras and Soros backed NGOs, all in an effort to help Zaev who has multiple stumbling blocks ahead.

Zaev for BBC: North or South Macedonia, who cares, as long as the name is changed | MINA Report

Zaev was interviewed by the leading British propaganda network, the BBC. In it, perhaps a bit too honest, the SDS leader stated that whether the name is South or North Macedonia, who cares, officially, we’ll be North Macedonia and all institutions will carry the new name. That’s part of the agreement and Zaev will ensure it will be carried out.

Macedonia to get NATO invitation, membership after implementation of internal procedures

The draft-conclusions of the NATO summit include Macedonia’s invitation to start Alliance accession talks and membership after completion of internal procedures.

“At our 2008 Bucharest Summit, we decided that NATO will extend an invitation to FYROM to join the Alliance as soon as mutually acceptable solution to the name issue has been reached within the framework of the UN. We welcome the historic agreement between Athens and Skopje on the solution of the name issue. In line with our policy, we have decided to invite the government in Skopje to begin accession talks to join our Alliance. Full implementation of all prescribed internal procedures with respect to the agreement on the solution of the name issue is a condition for a successful conclusion of the accession process,” read the draft-conclusions obtained by MIA.

NATO also commends the government for significantly strengthening good neighborly relations, including the entry into force of the Treaty on Friendship, Good Neighborliness and Cooperation with Bulgaria.

“We welcome the determined efforts by the new government over the past year and the substantial progress that has been achieved on a number of urgently needed reforms and encourage further efforts on reform before and after accession, in order to enhance the country’s contribution to the Alliance,” read the conclusions.

In addition, NATO notes the continued efforts to build a functional multi-ethnic society based on full implementation of the Ohrid Framework Agreement and encourages further efforts in this areas.

“We call upon all political leaders in the country to play a constructive role in these processes and in the speedy implementation of the agreement on a solution to the name issue. We appreciate Skopje’s steadfast support for NATO’s operations and missions, and ongoing contributions to international security,” read the draft-conclusions.

Protest in Kavadarci on Sunday: There is neither EU negotiations date nor unconditional NATO invitation (video)

VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski in his video address stated that they [SDSM] came to power with a promise of a better life and higher salaries.

“Before they came to power, they were the loudest that there was no justice, that there was no peace, they did not hesitate to abuse family and other personal tragedies. And it was not hard for them to crash, to destroy. To degrade the entire system. The poison that was sown in society caused hatred, envy, and intolerance. They promised wonders. And now when they are in power they are silent about the injustices, cold-blooded murders are treated as a statistical record in crime articles, for the government they are ordinary violence and not ferocious murders,” Mickoski emphasized.

The president of VMRO-DPMNE pointed out that life, personal tragedies, terrified families are not as attractive and important as before, that you will not hear analysis of people dying in hospital halls, while health care is still untouched by the life that they gave promises about.

He stressed that VMRO-DPMNE will continue to fight with all its forces against this evil that every citizen lives in.

“For the government, the word is not a word, nor deeds a reality. There is neither a date for negotiations with the EU nor an unconditional invitation for NATO. And it’s not because we have an incompetent government. Defeats must stop, and the answer to that is every one of you,” he said.

“That’s why we will continue to protest and I invite you this week at 13:00 h in Kavadarci on a protesting march that will begin from the Sasko Geshkovski ring road to the monument in Kavadarci dedicated to the formation of the first committee of VMRO after Thessaloniki. Macedonia will win, Macedonia is waking up. We are waiting for you, join us,” says Mickoski in his video address.

Opposition VMRO-DPMNE MPs set to vote in favor of Declaration on Macedonia’s NATO membership

The opposition VMRO-DPMNE MPs will vote in favor of a declaration on supporting Macedonia’s NATO membership, proposed by the defense and security committee.

‘VMRO-DPMNE has always supported declarations in support of Macedonia’s EU, NATO membership,’ party’s MP Dragan Danev said.
He reminded that the first declaration on Macedonia’s NATO membership in 1993 was endorsed by all of MPs at that period.

The same thing happened to us as in 2008

At the NATO Summit, the same thing happened as in 2008, VMRO-DPMNE president Hristijan Mickoski said.

Take a look at the 2008 conclusion and now. They say “settle the dispute with Greece, change the Constitution, change the name”, said Mickoski on TV Sonce’s “Jadi burek” talk show.

Mickoski stressed that Macedonia has not yet received an invitation to join NATO, but it will receive it after the agreement with Greece enters into force. According to him, the conclusions are the same, only now the positions of the Republic of Macedonia are weakened.

“It will take time to repair these positions. That’s the difference between 2008 and 2018. There is no significant difference, compare 2008 with 2018, you will see that there is no difference. The same is with the start of the so-called agreements with the European Union. We got a date that we will get a date,” explains Mickoski.

He pointed out that next year a revision of the progress of the Republic of Macedonia in four key areas will be made, besides the requirement for the dispute with Greece, and then the European Commission will consider the possibility of granting a date. According to him, it could begin in December 2019 at the earliest.

“We got a double date. One is in the short term, the other is in the long term, by June,” said Mickoski.

Murtino kisses Stoltenberg’s pen and his father dies | MINA Report

NATO gave Macedonia the same ‘invite’ it extended in 2008: Change your name, your constitution, reforms and then maybe we’ll talk.

But this didn’t stop child Zaev from going into delirium as NATO gen-sec Stoltenberg gave him a pen that Zaev ended up kissing.

zaev i penkaloto.jpg

We don’t know if this is related, but as Zaev kissed Jens Stoltenberg’s pen, out of Norway came out a report that the father of NATO general secretary, Torvald Stoltenberg passed away. Never hand a pen to Zaev…

Macedonian priest refuses to perform rituals for dead SDSM traitors | MINA Report

Nearly a week ago, the respected father of former SDSM MP Vasko Kovachevski died in Bitola.

The former MP wanted to complete the obligations regarding the funeral as soon as possible and headed to church St. Nedela in Bitola.

The ex-lawmaker ran into the priest Stefan.

Zdravevski, who was currently in service (otherwise known to the public as a supporter and speaker of the protests against the change of the constitutional name of the Republic of Macedonia), heard about the unfortunate incident about the SDSM’s MP father. The priest received the news and expressed compassion and said:

God will forgive your father, and may he find his rightful place, but I swore that I do not perform rituals for traitors.

The SDSM MP was visibly shaken and astonished by this and tried to ask Zaev for assistance. After not being able to reach the Murtino messiah, he phoned traitor Stefan, the head of MPC.

After this, the MPC head called the Bitola priest with a threatening tone (as a typical head of a church would do), however the Bitola priest did not budge explaining that that he had given a word, swore on his word and there is nothing in the world that will change his opinion.
Immediately after that, another bishop (Petar) pressured the priest, but it was all in vain, the priest Stevan Zdraveski from the Prespa and Pelagonia diocese, headed by Mr. Petar, did not succumb to the pressures.

The dear father of the former MP from the SDSM ranks was buried by another clergyman.

Former SDSM MP Vasko Kovachevski of January 12, 2018 became the new director of REK-Bitola.

Macedonia celebrates Republic Day

Macedonia observes Thursday the 115th anniversary of the Ilinden Uprising and the 74th anniversary of the Anti-Fascist Assembly for the National Liberation of Macedonia (ASNOM).

President Gjorge Ivanov will lead a delegation at a ceremony marking the national day at the site Meckin Kamen, where he is expected to deliver an address.

The event will be also attended by a government delegation, including Deputy PM Koco Angjusev, Transport Minister Goran Sugareski, Minister of Information Society and Administration Damjan Mancevski, Minister of Local Self-Government Suhejl Fazliu and Health Minister Venko Filipce.

Observances at the ASNOM Memorial Center in Pelince will see the participation of Prime Minister Zoran Zaev, who will be joined by Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski, Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov, Minister of Justice Renata Deskoska and Minister of Culture Asaf Ademi. PM Zaev is also scheduled to address the event.

In the capital Skopje, Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi will deliver an address in front of the monument of Metodija Andonov-Cento, first president of the ASNOM presidency.

Inspired by the Krusevo Manifest, this year’s slogan reads ‘Our Macedonia – regardless of religion, ethnicity, sex and conviction. Because we have forever lived as brothers and sisters in this country! For justice, freedom and human life!’

Later in the day, PM Zaev will mark the 115th anniversary of the Ilinden Uprising in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, alongside his Bulgarian counterpart Boyko Borissov.

The two premiers will lay wreaths on the monument of Goce Delcev in Macedonia square in the town of Blagoevgrad.

Today will mark the second joint celebration after the signing of the Macedonia-Bulgaria friendship treaty one year ago.

The start of the Ilinden uprising was announced by church bells in Krusevo on the eve of St. Elijah Day in 1903. Around 800 insurgents liberated the town. Two days later, Nikola Karev declared the Krusevo Republic and became its president. The free republic lasted ten days.

An 18-thousand Ottoman army headed towards Krusevo and regained control of Krusevo. The last shots fired there killed Pitu Guli, one of the most prominent fighters, and marked the end of the Krusevo Republic.

Forty-one years after the Ilinden Uprising, 115 delegates held the first session of the Antifascist Assembly of the Macedonia’s National Liberation (ASNOM), whereat the social and legal status of Macedonia was determined as a constituent country within the framework of the future Yugoslav federation. Members of the ASNOM presidency were elected with Metodija Andonov-Cento as its president.

The first ASNOM session saw the passage of several documents of constitutional importance, including resolution on the introduction of Macedonian language as the country’s official language and the Declaration of the Basic Rights of Men and Citizens of Democratic Macedonia.

Talat Xhaferi refused to bow to the monuments of ASNOM and Nikola Karev (PHOTO)

Why did Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi break the protocol refusing to bow to the monuments of ASNOM and Nikola Karev at Thusrsday’s Ilinden celebration in Skopje? Employees in the parliamentary services confirm that, according to protocol, Talat Xhaferi should have done this, and say they were surprised by his move.

The Parliament Speaker’s Office told Republika that everything was as usual, that the protocol was not broken.

We agreed with the vice-presidents, because Vesel Memed led the parliament delegation in Krusevo, Goran Misovski in Pelince, to allow Frosina Remeski, as the only female vice-president, to lead the parliament delegation in Skopje. So, the Speaker was in front of the Cento monument, while Remenski in front of the monuments of ASNOM and Nikola Karev outside the Parliament’s building, the Office of Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi told Republika.

The state protocol requires laying wreath in front of three monuments downtown Skopje, first in front of the monument of ASNOM in ‘Woman Fighter’ park, then in front of the monument of Nikola Karev outside the Parliament;s building and finally in front of the monument of Metodija Andonov Cento on the square.

Talat Xhaferi refused to bow and pay homage to the monuments of ASNOM and Karev, and he met the other delegations and guests in front of a restaurant on the square from where he headed to the monument to Cento.

Mickoski: Ilinden is the cry of the enslaved Macedonian, it is our duty to preserve this state!

Ilinden is the cry of the enslaved Macedonian, it is the thirst for freedom and human justice, the natural aspiration for a state of every Macedonian. This was stated by VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski at the celebration of the Ilinden Uprising in Tashmarunishte, Struga.

The VMRO-DPMNE leader said that it would always be a dilemma that the uprising did not succeed, that the chances of final victory at that moment were equal to zero, but the uprising happened and it is a fact that will be engraved in the history books and in all Macedonians.

He also said that when talking about such an epic fight for freedom, and when taking into account the consequences that were later felt, the human sacrifices, blackmails, burnings, devastation, the basic message today is that we live an expensive freedom written with human sacrifices that we must preserve, and its preservation primarily dependents on ourselves.

Zaev in Pelince, Xhaferi in Skopje – both used Republic Day as referendum campaign

Patriotism is when you are paving the way for future generations establishing a country recognized internationally, proud and equal with others, a country the citizens are proud of. The courage of our fighters we are celebrating today is the motivation guiding us every day, Prime Minister Zoran Zaev said Thursday.

There is no better way to pay tributes than to continue to make courageous steps. It is time that Macedonia made history accelerating its efforts on the road to a brighter future. Together we should respond to that chance, no one will make a decision for us, Zaev stated speaking in Pelince at a ceremony marking Macedonia’s Republic Day.

The PM called on the citizens to support the Sept. 30 referendum and vote Yes ‘for future generations and for the future of Macedonia.’ Zaev called the name deal with Greece ‘patriotic’ that preserved Macedonian identity, language and nationality.

The future, Zaev said, is the right choice and every one of us should take responsibility for their future, thus for the future of their own country.

“Go out and make a choice, let no one tell you otherwise. The democratic say of the citizens must be respected, their opinion is final,” he noted saying he was confident that the Macedonian people would make the right choice.

“No one can slow us down, we are determined to make Macedonia successful. It’s time we put an end to captured state, crime, corruption in the judiciary, biased media, and political mafia.

On September 30, PM Zaev said, we will defeat darkness, crime, uncertainty and isolation. “Vote Yes for stability and security through membership into NATO, for a recognized identity, language and culture,” he told attendees of the ceremony at the ASNOM Memorial Center in Pelince, north Macedonia.

Referring to the name agreement with Greece, Zaev said that the document ‘historically speaking’ was the best chance, a fair chance for the Macedonian citizens and an investment into the future blazing the trail for Macedonia to join NATO and start negotiations with the EU. He also noted that the deal protected the Macedonian identity and guaranteed the right of the country’s citizens to determine themselves as Macedonians.

The official ceremony kicked off with the national anthem and wreaths being laid in the ASNOM Memorial Center, where PM Zaev is joined by a delegation, including Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski and Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov.

Ilinden (August 2) is one of the fundamental dates in the history of Macedonia and its citizens, who had one single goal – free and independent state where human rights and liberties are equally respected regardless of one’s ethnic, religious or any other characteristics, Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi said in his speech in front of Metodija Andonov-Cento’s monument in downtown Skopje marking Macedonia’s Republic Day.

“If we look at the Krusevo Manifest, if we look at the ASNOM documents, we will realize that human rights and liberties and the multi-ethnic and multi-confessional character of the Macedonian society had been the fundamental backbone on which the leaders of both Ilindens laid the foundations of the state and the civil society,” said Xhaferi.

Speaking near the monument of Cento, the first ASNOM president and the first president of the National Assembly’s presidency since 1945, the Parliament’s Speaker said that in the past 27 years of Macedonia’s independence, the country had faced many ordeals and crises that had been overcome with unity.

He referred to the public overwhelming support for NATO and EU integration and called on the opposition and all citizens to endorse the process of implementing the name deal with Greece.

“We received an invitation for full-fledged membership into NATO and we got a concrete date to start accession negotiations with the EU,” Xhaferi said noting that it had been achieved with the support of friends and strategic partners from the international community.

Today, he added, Macedonia is faced with yet another major decision, perhaps a fateful one.

“Are we going to move on with our Euro-Atlantic integration bid or are we going to get stuck in the Balkan deadlock leading nowhere is our choice,” stressed Xhaferi.

According to him, the current administration and the parliamentary majority have demonstrated preparedness to take responsibility for the future of the country and of its citizens.

“Hence, we call on the opposition to take over part of the responsibility for the future of the country and the citizens. I want to urge all the citizens of Macedonia, the leaders of the political parties and all MPs, ruling and opposition, to be genuinely responsible and visionaries and with the power of their vote to endorse the implementation of the Agreement, which will meet the ultimate strategic goal – EU and NATO membership,” Xhaferi said adding that it would fulfill the dreams and pledges of every past generation for a free, independent country in which the respect of human rights and liberties was essential.

Freaks, Traitors: Government delegation attacked in Krusevo with plastic bottles (VIDEO)

Upon completion of the event marking the 115th anniversary of the Ilinden Uprising and the 74th anniversary of the Anti-Fascist Assembly for the National Liberation of Macedonia (ASNOM) on the Meckin Kamen site on Thursday, a violent group went toward representatives of the Government, but police security prevented it from getting closer to them, eyewitnesses say.

Still, they threw plastic bottles and cans at the officials, while shouting swear words and insults such as freaks, traitors.

The event was attended by a government delegation, including Deputy PM Koco Angjusev, Transport Minister Goran Sugareski, Minister of Information Society and Administration Damjan Mancevski, Minister of Local Self-Government Suhejl Fazliu and Health Minister Venko Filipce.

Ivanov’s Office: The Government to ask itself why it was booed

The Office of President Gjorge Ivanov has said they are sorry about the Krusevo incident, but it was not provoked by the messages in the president’s speech.

“The President of the Republic of Macedonia has never supported incidents and hate speech. We are sorry that the government delegation elicited boos from the crowd at the celebration of the Ilinden holiday on Meckin Kamen in Krusevo, but we think that in no way was it caused by the messages sent by President Ivanov,” reads the statement of the President’s Office.

Therefore, they urge the government to ask itself why the Macedonian people react in this way to government officials and, as it was said in the statement, to take responsibility for why the people are divided and spread hate speech towards state institutions and opponents.

Zaev: My term as Prime Minister could end on 30 September if citizens vote against we will cancel the agreement with Greece

Prime Minister Zoran Zaev doesn’t wish to predict how the Parliament will vote if the referendum on name deal fails, namely if the voter turnout is not sufficient. However he is certain in the referendum’s success, as there is no alternative about the direction Macedonia is taking.

‘We have an extraordinary, unique opportunity we must seize. We, the politicians, have done our job making decisions regardless of the consequences of this process. My term as Prime Minister expires in December 2020, but it could end on 30 September (the referendum day) this year. However I am here to make decisions. I’ve done that and I am grateful that the government and the parliament support these decisions, being made to met the citizens’ expectations,’ Zaev told reporters on Wednesday.

All political stakeholders bear responsibility for Macedonia’s future, Zaev said, appealing to all political stakeholders to act responsibly and allow citizens to make decision on a matter of historic importance for the country.

The referendum is being scheduled for 30 September to enable citizens to freely voice their opinion on the (name) deal with Greece and Macedonia’s future within the EU and NATO.

Commenting the possible visit of German Chancellor Angela Merkel to Macedonia, PM Zaev said he invited world leader to visit the country in support of its ongoing processes.

“I hope they will find time and come here to encourage citizens to come out and make a decision,’ Zaev said.

Zaev offered Mickoski to enter Government as long as he agrees to name change | MINA Report

SDS leader Zoran Zaev revealed in an interview tonight that he offered DPNE entry into the Government , as long as Mickoski supports the agreement with Greece. It has become apparent, the Deep State via Jess Baily at this point will do just about anything to change Macedonia’s name.

DPNE’s president Mickoski categorically refused Zaev’s offer.

– I offered to be a PM until 2020, but I am ready to share my mandate with VMRO-DPMNE, to go through and support the referendum, but they refused. I sent them an invitation to join the government until we become a full member of NATO, sometime by end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020 when the negotiations with the EU begin. But it’s done now, they have rejected the proposal, says Zaev.

On the offer, Mickoski stated that he did not intend to be part of a government that works strictly against the interests of the Republic of Macedonia, implementing a treasonous agreement. In addition he considers the offer to enter Zaev’s Government as a simple bribe that he will never accept.

Namely, what is now known is that Mickoski, although previously criticized for being too soft in his views, remained extremely vigilant and hard in his views to the very end, opting for a technical government before the elections, the SEC and a new law on party financing.

The stumbling block was the referendum issue which, according to VMRO-DPMNE, must be unequivocal and not correlated with EU or NATO integration, which is in itself another topic and a different process.

At the same time, for people who follow the internal situation and politics, Zaev’s offer is surprising, considering he claimed that over 70% support the agreement with Greece. The reality is very, very different.

Nutjob Zaev getting desperate: I’ll quit, just go and vote “No” in referendum | MINA Report

Zaev’s latest attempt at obtaining referendum attendance is allegedly throwing a bone to the people that he will quit if people vote “No”. This kindergarten attempt at a lie comes from Zaev’s already seen factory of lies. Fully aware of the public’s hatred towards him, the SDS leader apparently tries to utilize that momentum to trick people into getting out to vote.

By the time we publish this column, Zaev will change his mind and will come up with something else. However, the level of desperation for the Anglo-American fascists and Zaev’s handlers has already reached a boiling point.

As MINA has reported in the past, the foreign governor in Macedonia (US Ambassador Jess Baily), desperately needs attendance in order to commit referendum fraud (stuff ballot boxes with “Yes” votes).

Judging by the public reaction to the Krushevo visit of US State Department shill Mathew Palmer and Government mafioso Kocho Angjushev, the writing is on the wall, the referendum will fail.

As a result, Zaev has tried from threatening people to go out and vote, if they don’t vote the referendum will somehow become valid, to lying he would quit if people boycott to now offering resignation of the Government if people vote “no”… imagine that. Whatever it takes to try and trick people into voting. This is from a man who swore on his children he would never try to change the Constitutional name!?

MINA finds, Jess Baily has asked of Zaev to get roughly 700,000 votes in attendance, the other 100-150,000 votes will be “provided” via ballot stuffing by Zaev’s criminal gangs, and all of this will be approved in the end by the Anglo-American fascists who call themselves “the international community”.

The Government in June and July conducted two polls which were never made public, because the poll results were disastrous for Zaev’s handlers. Majority of the country > 74% will boycott the referendum, hence Zaev’s latest offers to allegedly quit, but only if people went out to vote “No”.

DUI’s Bujar Osmani tried to help Zaev.. Osmani continues to cruelly deprive a village somewhere of an idiot…

Desperate times…

Ivcheva: This joke of a referendum must be boycotted | MINA Report

Former deputy Minister of Interior Natalija Ivcheva had a debate on Alfa TV with a SDS analyst.

Ivcheva: Why go to a referendum that’s illegal in its content, the Government has stated if the results are negative it will ignore the results, but if they are positive to them then the result somehow become obligatory?! All of this is illegal. Essentially the Governnment says the Referendum is valid only if the results are good for the Government?! Of course this referendum must be boycotted… says Ivcheva.

Watch the debate.

“Mladi za Makedonija” launches campaign for referendum boycott (PHOTO)

“Today, 2 August, Ilinden, we symbolically and officially launch the “I Boycott” campaign. The homelnd is not loved with empty words and showing off, but with work and deeds. We do not celebrate Ilinden with food and entertainment, but with work. And so we will continue to the final defense of the constitutional name of the Republic of Macedonia, as well as our identity and language.

We the young promise to be at the forefront in the battle against the referendum on “North” [Macedonia]. We will do everything we can to defend the name of our country, the Macedonian language and identity.

Also, we will start with the procedure to call on homeland referendum for the defense of the Macedonian red lines – our name, identity and language,” the Mladi za Makedonija organization wrote on its Facebook fan page.
