Do you fell weak ? this day ( 04.04.2011 ) ?

I fell very sleepy and with no energy Total NO energy .

maybe it is only my paranoid but I think it is something with this mass sunspots from 03.04.2011
 
I didn't feel weak at all Monday. I know that in the morning something happened or affected me to the point I was having a tough time in dealing with my anger. It felt like a furnace blast.
 
Energy levels are ok, but for a couple of days now my ears hurt a bit at times, and there are increased cases of ringing.
 
Coronal mass ejections happen from time to time. This one was spectacular but one among many others. And it was not directly directed towards us. But who knows? It happened when Saturn was in opposition, with the new moon, and today Jupiter is in conjunction with the Sun... Dont know! Could be also just a moment of tiredness, it happens.
 
Fwiw, I also had a very unusual drop in energy on Monday. It was a new moon, but maybe the coronal ejections had something to do with it too. I normally have plenty of energy, but I ended up blowing off my Monday evening workout time and went to bed at 7 pm. Slept like a rock till 8 the next morning. This is very out of character for me.

I have felt more "energized" than for a long time ...

Maybe I am "solar powered" ...?

I took the day off of work on Monday because I felt so tired and weak. I figured I was coming down with something, but by the next day I was back to normal. I didn't eat anything out of my diet range the day before and can't attribute it to anything.

I woke up early Monday morning (in total darkness like usual) as if I hadn't slept. It was a night of bad dreams. One of which was me thinking I was awake and walking towards the bathroom, and I heard the sound of a plane engine. I looked out the window and watched a large plane crash in my yard. I ran to my girls room and shut the door because the explosion, I was sure, would blow out the front window and throw glass and burning fuel all over, and hoped that the door wouldn't give away. I sat down and held the door shut. then I woke up.

It was after a nice relaxing weekend. So I'm not sure what was up.
 
Monday for me was one of the worst days I've had in recent memory. I don't know what it was, but everything felt really off all day - as if all the normal patterns were thrown out and everything felt off. I mentioned it to a few others, but no one seemed to know what I was talking about (one of my coworkers actually seemed unusually energized and happy). I suffered a few minor attacks that day, too. I just chalked it up to a bad day, but maybe there is something more to it.
 
Now that you bring it up, yes, Monday was a very sluggish day. For no reason I can see was in a "cannot be bothered" mood and am only today getting out of it. What the!? I also recall a very loud sudden ringing in my right ear on Monday, which was strange to me.
 
I developed a headache on Sunday's evening and a lower back ache on Monday's morning but I think it was due to stressful moments with two members of the family. Before and after that, these days had been quite nice, and I am on vacation, so I am less stressed than usual.

My youngest one came down with a flu 1,5 week ago and now since monday everybody else in the family. Today at work not much energy, blääh!
 
Wow! That's very interesting and astonishing. I had myself a very low energy level this week which is unusual compared with previous weeks. It raised again yesterday evening, though.
I was so weak and depressed of anything and overwhelmed with negative emotions and felt tired that I just wanted to sleep all day(s) long (of course, I couldn't). I had also some bodily pains as though my body hadn't rested at night. But I slept relatively well and in complete darkness.

But it is interesting that so many people here report the same thing. Thanks for bringing up this.

This week I've been going to bed around 9 PM - normally I like to go to bed around midnight. I've also been having quite a few nightmares - also unusual for me. These dreams often involve evil characters (Tony Blair, creepy clowns, etc.) and end-of-world scenarios. Even though I've been getting so much sleep, I still have problems getting up in the morning (around 6AM).

Yup I have wondering to for 3 days what was going on because from 3 month on detox and supplement + sports + sleeping in dark + EE I fell 110% of energy but that one day I was drained of it sleepy.

I wonder whether this is due to sunspots - from 03.04.2011.
Best of all is that in total did not know about the explosion yesterday in practice.
