Twitter says is has measures in place which wouldn't allow data collection for this purpose and, if used, the publishers would have to identify their source of funding. Also, DARPA is quoted saying the guy supposedly involved in this AI deployment on the public was barely known to them and that the DARPA program he's supposedly utilizing is "apolitical".

Oh, so everything is okay, then. Twitter is handling it. Yeah, right! If it was reported that the Republicans were doing that, they would be banned. Well, actually, they pretty much already are.
