Thanks for posting this casper. This may be one of the few vaccination stories which states explicitly that most of the victims ARE vaccinated. Usually, it is blamed on the unvaccinated people of the area. I've always found it curious that disease outbreak stories fail to mention whether or not the infected were vaccinated. Maybe that tidbit of information is withheld because they cannot simultaneously praise vaccines in the face of a glaring example to the contrary.
