Bloodline Trails

I've been thinking over some things the Cs have said about "bloodlines" as I have gone deeper into the study of iron in the blood (see the Hemachromatosis thread: http://cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php/topic,30709.0.html ). At the time, the remarks were puzzling but now, perhaps, they begin to make some sense. It seems that part of my puzzlement was due to my assumptions at the time, all of which were based on the false premise that people need high iron levels. Apparently, this is not true.

Anyway, here is the session snip from June 7 1997:

Q: The next thing is the dietary restrictions. Many cultures
eat rabbits and pigs, in specific, those of Aryan
extraction. The rabbit was sacred to Athena, and the
Celts at a LOT of pork. Yet, here these items are
restricted from the diet of the Jews. Is there any
relation between the diet as outlined here, and the Aryan
genetic tendencies to conquest and domination?

A: Trichinosis used to be nonexistent in Aryan types... But,
mixing of genetic factors eliminated this.

Q: So, the Jews were susceptible to trichonosis, and the
Aryans were not?

A: Originally.

Q: So, it was necessary for the Jews not to eat the pork, but
not for the Aryans, and the mixing caused susceptibility.
In a general sense, are strong Aryan genetics indicative
of the necessity for the consumption of meat?

A: In a sense, but pescadorial features substitute semi-
adequately.

Q: Pescadorial. Semi-adequately. What needed to be added so
that the substitution would be not just semi-adequate, but
totally adequate?

A: Iron/protein levels.

Q: So, it is the iron that the Celts need? Well, that brings
me to the next question: In all the Celtic folklore when
they talk about 'fairies,' which are obviously other
density beings very similar to our modern 'Gray alien,'
these fairy/slash aliens insist that no iron come near
them in any way. It was also said that bringing iron into
contact with someone thought to be a 'changeling' would
prove whether or not they were because if they were, they
would disappear instantly. Also, the instructions for the
building of the Temple of Solomon included restrictions on
the use of iron in either the preparation of the materials
or the putting together of the building itself, even down
to the rejection of the use of iron nails in any part.
What is the significance of this restriction on the use of
iron by these other density beings, whoever they are?

A: Bloodline trails.

Q: Are you saying that... I don't understand... not even well
enough to frame another question...

A: You will, my dear, oh will you!

Q: If it was necessary for the Aryans to have iron... okay,
maybe the iron is something that interacts...

A: What about iron as an element?

Q: Okay, let's see: Iron - derived from early Celt 'iserno,'
via Illyrian 'eisarno' from the IndoEuropean base 'eis,'
which means to 'move vigorously; strong, holy.' It is a
white, malleable, ductile, metallic chemical element that
can be readily magnetized, rusts rapidly in moist or salty
air, and is vital to plant and animal life; it is the
most common and important of all metals, and its alloys,
as steel, are extensively used. Symbol: Fe; atomic
weight:55.847; atomic number: 26; specific gravity: 7.86;
melting point: 1535 degrees Centigrade; boiling point
3,000 degrees C. The electron shells are thus: 2,14,8,2.
Iron is an element of blood, hemoglobin, and is easily
magnetized... there is some new work about iron and
magnetite in the brains of people who are psychic or have
'abduction' experiences... is it the magnetism?

A: Yes....

Q: Is it something that holds one more firmly in 3rd density,
and the elimination of it enables one to switch
densities... or...

A: Tis magnetite that acts as a conduit, and perhaps, just
perhaps, allows for transference back and forth at will?!?
And what about the legend about the alchemists? Is not
the key term there really transformation?!? And has not
the "smoke screen" really been delivered so effectively by
all the concentration upon the substance?!? And does not
this remind one indeed of all the misguided concentration
upon substance rather than meaning that one finds so
regularly on 3rd density??

Q: I get it! So, it is the magnetite in the body, that
collects and holds the charge, and it has absolutely
nothing to do with an external substance at all! Is that
it?

A: You are getting "warmer."

Q: Am I right, we need more iron for magnetite, or am I
completely off base here?

A: You are right, but, do not underestimate the significance
of that just delivered! What better deception than to
divert the meaning of alchemy, by focusing upon substance,
then addicting those souls bound to 3rd density to the
substance?

Q: Okay, it is the magnetite that acts as a conduit. And the
concentration is upon the substance, that is, the
magnetite. Let me conjecture that the thing that is
believed to be distilled out of the alchemical operations
is magnetite, is that correct?

A: No, because no need, if not deceived by other efforts.

Q: Were these other efforts involved with sexual function?

A: More like the results of same.

Q: Okay, they were concentrating on...

A: Today's version of the deception could be your favorite
and mine, "monoatomic gold."

Q: Oh, the David Hudson fiasco...

A: There too, one is lead astray by substance... Remember
our little dissertation about all the really big bangs?

Q: Yes.... I remember... and I got a lot of flack from
that... The three days of darkness, et cetera... the
implications... let's back up...

A: Oh my, oh my, we can turn this powder into gold!! And if
you eat enough of it, you will have orgasms forever as a
light being... Oh my, oh my!!

Q: Good point! Getting people addicted to the substance by
these claims...

A: How addicted is Marti?

Q: Yes. She is the one who is really promoting the David
Hudson thing...

A: Did she want to have orgasms in heaven, or what?!?

Q: That's true! That was her idea of heaven - the Hindu
lingam and yoni in perpetual motion! Is there something
else on this now, or can we move on?

A: Up to you.

Q: Well, my night would not have been complete unless you
said that!

April 8 2000

Q: ... But, during the time Neanderthal man was on the Earth, did he
live alongside Modern man?
A: Yes. Except modern type man was different then.
Q: In what ways?
A: DNA and psycho/electrical frequencies.
Q: Does this mean that their physical appearance was different from what we consider to
be modern man?
A: Radiance.
Q: What do you mean "radiance?"
A: You find out!
Q: Oh, that's interesting. Well, there are legends that the Northern people had "light" in
their veins. Very ancient belief. Is this what you are referring to?
A: Maybe.
Q: Was this light related to the hemoglobin level, the iron level in the blood?
A: Maybe.
Q: Did they have a much higher iron level in their blood?
A: Possibly....
Q: Okay, part of the ancient legend of Arktos was that, in very ancient times the Earth
was different because it had a vertical axial orientation. This contributed to the golden
age or the Edenic condition. Is this, in fact, one of the conditions that existed in the
Golden Age?
A; Well, yes, but still some puzzle pieces needed.

They were definitely resisting my attempts to bring iron in as the key in the above.

This was interesting from the 22 of October 2008. We were asking about the Pepin/Higher Balance case:

Q: (L) Well, what about his product that he markets, this "Magneurol", that's supposed to make you super-psychic? Is there anything to that?

A: Sure... It makes you susceptible to microwave and other transmissions and your brain can literally light up like landing lights!

Q: (S___) Landing lights... (L) Landing lights? Like something is going to land there?

A: You got it!

Q: (S___) Does it make people identifiable to 4D or some alien race or species or...?

A: That is not the main purpose. It attracts those entities that seek certain "experiences." That is why there are many unknown victims. There is "someone else" driving!

Q: (L) In other words, say earth-bound spirits "land" on these people or connect to them because of this Magneurol and induce them to seek out or desire or want the kinds of activities that Pepin promotes behind the scenes? Is that what you're suggesting?

A: Pretty much.

Q: (Joe) Is that why they don't report it? Because they "zone out"? (Mr. Scott) Like they’re in full possession mode. (L) Very interesting. The C's said once something about how iron can help changing densities or moving easily in and out of densities. (Perceval) That was in response to your question about the changeling babies dying when brought near to iron.

Feb 2, 2003:

Q: ... Okay, onto our research. One of the questions we would like to clear up is the issue of the Holy Grail and the Ark. Is the Ark of the covenant - the ark thing given to the early pre-Mosaic Jews that you have described previously - the same as the Holy Grail?

A: No.

Q: (L) So there are two completely different technologies?

A: If you wish to term it such.

Q: (L) Why did they answer the question that way? What is the distinguishing thing between them? (A) Maybe 'as such' refers to the fact that you termed it 'technology.' Maybe this is not quite the correct term. Technology can be part of it, but maybe not the most important part. (H) Is one an STS tool and the other an STO tool?

A: Yes and no.

Q: (H) Thanks guys! That's real clear!

A: This is an issue that will clarify itself soon enough.

Q: (L) Is my idea correct that we can identify the presence of these more-or-less technologies by the architecture or art or megalithic structures of the different groups on the planet?

A: To some extent, yes. But do not let that be the only clue. You might consider "lifestyle" as well as the presence and uses of metals; particularly gold vs. iron.

Anyway, as I said in the Hemochromatosis thread, I think everybody should read "The Iron Elephant". Storing iron in the body is clearly not healthy but there may be more to it than just health though that is serious enough.

Very interesting Laura, I remember those transcripts and I was also puzzled because I also had the false assumption that having a good amount of Iron was good...

Interestingly I have been thinking about Gold and Iron myself lately (triggered because my mother gave me a little gold elephant and I started wondering about the significance of this two elements). I didn't have any concrete thought that I could share now... But I agree that there seems to be a lot more to it than what we are able to see now... I'll also search a little bit to see if I find some clues. :)

Thank you for more food for research, Laura.
Just an initial thought; does this mean that if one had some mild symptoms of gluten sensitivity, and went gluten free and on KD, should avoid iron-rich foods even as a cautionary measure as the gut slowly gets back to health ? Or can it be even put in such general terms..?

If you read the hemochromatosis thread you'll learn that avoiding iron-rich foods isn't really feasible; the best thing is to just get your levels checked INTELLIGENTLY (that is, you'll probably need to know more than the doctor since most doctors know ZIP about this matter) and then donate blood regularly.

According to the research, the origin of the genetic mutation is some Celtic individual in Ireland. I wonder if we can find out anything more about that?

ADDED:

Found this:
http://www.americanhs.org/celtic.htm

Discovering your "Celtic Connection" & Do you have the "Celtic Curse"

Are you Irish!? Scottish? Celtic ancestry?

New research finds high frequency of HH gene mutations in the Irish community!

If you have a Celtic heritage, ancestors from Ireland, Wales, Scotland, or Great Britain, then you are at high risk for carrying the HFE mutations for hereditary hemochromatosis (HH), also known as iron overload disease or iron storage disease according to researchers on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.

Hereditary hemochromatosis (HH) has been dubbed the "Celtic Curse" by Sandra Thomas, President and Founder of the American Hemochromatosis Society (AHS), based in Lake Mary, Florida. HH is the most common genetic disease in the USA according to the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Atlanta, Georgia. HH is also the most common genetic disease in Ireland where a great deal of research and studies of this disease are being conducted.

Sandra's mother, Josephine Bogie Thomas, died on May 13, 1999 of primary liver cancer/hepatocellular carcinoma due to cirrhosis of the liver caused by hereditary hemochromatosis in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she had gone for liver cancer treatments. Josephine Thomas had strong Irish, Scottish and British lines in her family tree and she carried the two major HH mutations known as cys282 gene mutations. Her daughter, Sandra, is a "silent carrier" of the same mutation. The family tree contains such names as Cooper, Bogie, Ball, Kavanaugh, and Tandy. Little did she know when she visited Ireland that she was visiting the area of the world where hemochromatosis is thought to have originated.

Researchers believe that HH originated at least 40,000 years ago in the area we now know as Ireland with a single ancestor whose genes mutated to over-absorb iron from what was then a very poor iron diet and famine conditions. This was nature's way of over-compensating for the lack of iron in the diet at that time. Today, the descendants of these ancient Celtic persons have iron fortified foods as well as an easy trip to the grocery for a steak, but their bodies still carry these ancient "survival" gene mutations which don't know when to stop absorbing iron from a normal diet. Therefore, those people who descended from this ancestor carry the mutations which absorb too much iron until it reaches toxic levels. Excess iron has no way to leave the body but by bleeding.

Unlike our ancestors, we have a plentiful supply of iron, enriched breakfast cereals, enriched breads, and iron pills which you can buy over the counter (OTC). Iron, therefore, is potentially dangerous to the unsuspecting person who carries these mutations and even though one in eight people of Northern European ancestry have this mutation (that's 32 million Americans), most of them do not know it. They may not know it, but they easily could know it through a simple genetic/DNA test that has been commercially available since 1997.

Geoffrey Block, MD, a hepatologist (liver specialist) and former director of the Hemochromatosis Center at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, states, "the appearance of the HFE gene mutation occurred somewhere from 40,000-60,000 years ago. Human DNA goes back to somewhere between 120,000-200,000 years ago. The ethnogenetic source for the C282Y (HFE) mutation arose in the Celtic 'empire'. Most people think that Celtic means Ireland, however, the Celts of 40-60,000 years ago covered Ireland to just west of Moscow, north to the upper reaches of Scandinavia, south into Spain and Portugal, and south east across the Italian peninsula and north of Greece and Turkey/Iraq."

{In short, it could have "arrived" on this planet from elsewhere. A "bloodline trail" that leads off the planet???}
...

Other ethnic groups can also have the mutations but it is much more infrequent (i.e. Asian or Jewish). People with northern European ancestry are highest at risk with family bloodlines that go to France, Germany, and the Scandinavian countries.

The following abstract from Dublin, Ireland discusses hereditary hemochromatosis:

(note: In Ireland, England, and Australia, hemochromatosis is spelled haemochromatosis)

HAEMOCHROMATOSIS - AN IRISH DISEASE

E. Ryan, V. Byrnes, A-M Flanagan, J. Crowe
Department of Hepatology, Mater Misericordiae Hospital, Dublin Ireland
(Hepatology Vol. 28, No.4, pt.2, October 1998; page 527A, abstract nr.1459; this is a special edition!)

It has been hypothesized that the genetic mutation leading to iron overload occurred in a race of Celtic origin and that the HLA-A3 allele might represent a marker of their migratory patterns (1) This hypothesis has recently been substantiated by the observation that individuals of British/Irish ancestry may be at particular risk of developing genetic haemochromatosis (HG) (2).

Furthermore, preliminary data on the global prevalence of the C282Y mutation found the highest allele frequency in the Irish (45 Individuals) (3).

Aims: The purpose of this study was to estimate the frequencies of the C282Y and H63D mutations in an Irish population.

Methods: Eighty-seven individuals responded to a payroll request for voluntary participation in the study. DNA was extracted and subjected to PCD using primers encompassing the C282Y and H63D mutations sites.

Following amplification, the PCR products were digested with RsaI and MboI for C282Y and H63D respectively. Restriction digests were separated on Nusieve gels and viewed under UV light.

Results:

C282Y Homozygote: 0

C282Y Heterozygote: 26

C282Y normal: 61

H63D Homozygote: 4

H63D Heterozygote: 15

H63D normal: 68

Of 87 volunteers, 26 were heterozygous for C282Y indicating an allele frequency of 15%, and 19 were heterozygous for H63D indicating an allele frequency of 11%. (there were 4 compound heterozygotes i.e. were heterozygous for both mutations).

Conclusion; The allele frequency of 15% for C282Y indicates a prevalence of 1:45 for GH. This is the highest reported prevalence worldwide and suggests an Irish origin for GH. This prevalence is not observed clinically which may represent underdiagnosis or incomplete penetrance in the Irish.

Haemochromatosis is a genetic disease associated with progressive iron overload, and is common among populations of northern European origin. HLA-H is a recently reported candidate gene for this condition. Two mutations have been identified, a substitution of cysteine for tyrosine at amino acid 282 (C282Y, nucleotide 845) and of histidine for aspartate at amino acid 63 (H63D, nucleotide 187). Over 90% of UK haemochromatosis patients are homozygous for the C282Y mutation. We have examined 5956 chromosomes (2978 people) for the presence of HLA-H C282Y and H63D by PCR followed by restriction enzyme analysis. We have found world wide allele frequencies of 1.9% for C282Y and 8.1% for H63D. The highest frequencies were 10% for C282Y in 90 Irish chromosomes and 30.4% for H63D in 56 Basque chromosomes. C282Y was most frequent in northern European populations and absent from 1042 African chromosomes, 484 Asian chromosomes, and 644 Australian chromosomes. The distribution of the C282Y mutation coincides with that of populations in which haemochromatosis has been reported and is consistent with the theory of a north European origin for the mutation. The H63D polymorphism is more widely distributed and its connection with haemochromatosis remains unclear.

Yes! that's what I've found so far...

I think that maybe finding some legends and/or popular stories might give us some clues. But I still don't know exactly what to search for... :/ (I'm still a newbie in the research process but I'll give it a try nevertheless... ;))

A few more session snips. Geeze, I really feel like there is something important about this iron/hemochromatosis thing:

6 June 1998
[Discussion of geneology project and bloodlines.]
Q: (T) What will Laura find as she tracks the family trees?
The bloodline?
A: Roadblocks.
Q: Well, I have already found plenty of those. (T) What else
will she find?
A: Frustration.
Q: Okay, you have given me all these clues, and told me that
I will understand all about bloodlines, and now you are
telling me that I will have roadblocks and frustration, so
should I just simply drop this?
A: Because you would approach it in an improper manner.
Q: Should I just drop the whole bloodline thing?
A: Why?
Q: Well, because you are saying I would approach it in an
improper manner, and I am getting roadblocks and
frustration, and I certainly don't want that!
A: So, find the proper manner.
Q: I don't know what you mean by proper manner. What's the
proper manner?
A: Gradual passage of phases.
Q: Is that the proper manner?
A: Yes.
Q: (T) Which phases are passing gradually?
A: The answer to that is the clue you need most.
Q: (T) Phases of what?
A: It is the discovery that fosters the learning.
Q: So, I will discover these as I go along, I guess. One dot
leads to the next dot. The only way to learn is to do it.
(A) The original questions was whether we should follow
this bloodline research... to what purpose?
A: Bloodlines reveal destiny. Why do you think they have
been covered up so thoroughly?
Q:
A: Answer to that is like circumnavigating the interior of a
balloon.
Q: What is that supposed to mean?
A: Explore all possible angles of that answer.

...

Q: What is it in this bloodline that makes it so important to
cover it up?
A: It would lead directly to verity on a scale never before
seen on earth while at 3rd density STS.
Q: And what would be the result of this verity?
A: The truth shall set you free... as you are imprisoned!

...

A: The "main danger" is when on reveals too much before one
has enough stature or notoriety, on web pages, for
example.
[Discussion of repercussions of 'Diana' material on web pages
after Diana's death]
Q: So, I should be more careful of what I say in regards to
the discoveries I have made about the bloodline of Jesus
on the 'Jesus' pages on the web?
A: Tread lightly.
Q: Alright, I will. Where did these bloodlines originate?
A: Orion region.
Q: For how long were they maintained with any semblance of
purity?
A: Indefinite.
Q: Are you saying that they are still maintaining them and
manipulating them from other densities?
A: That is for you to discover.
Q: Are these bloodlines carrying a specific codon that is
designed to activate at a certain period of time or in
response to a certain frequency?
A: Possibly, but why should not that apply to everyone?
Q: Okay, so we have got ticking time bombs in our DNA, all of
us!
A: Maybe.
Q: Alright, bizarro... (A) It is not necessarily time bombs,
these are bombs which could be ignited by something else,
like knowledge. (L) Is that the case, that knowledge could
unlock these codons?
A: Yes.
Q: Certain activities such as meditating?
A: Yes. Or... channeling.
Q: So, channeling can actually unlock these potentials...
A: Enough on your plate for tonight... Good Night.

2 Jan 1999

Q: Well, let me get to some of these other questions. Previously you said that the central thing about the Nordic Covenant was that there were bloodlines that extend off the planet. From what I understand, all humans on the planet have bloodlines that extend off the planet. In what sense did you mean this about the Nordic Covenant; that the bloodlines extend off the planet?

A: Not all so recent, not all so "pure."

Q: In the sense of recent, how recent do you mean?

A: Speculate, using your transcripts.

26 Dec 1998

Q: At the making of the Covenant at Mt. Sinai, there was a bunch of sacrificed animals, and Moses took the blood , dividing it in half, he cast one half on the altar. Taking the book of the covenant, he read it to the people, and they said 'we will observe all that Yahweh has decreed. We will obey.' And then Moses took the blood and cast it on the people saying 'this is the blood of the covenant that Yahweh has made with you containing all these rules.' What is this blood of the covenant?
A: Has to do with bloodline.
Q: So this symbolized the bloodline of the Jews?
A: No.
Q: What bloodline are we talking about here?
A: Aramaic/Aryan.
Q: Are you saying that the Jews are Aramaic/Aryan?
A: No. Jews are not bloodline categorizable, per se.
...
Q: What is the central issue of the Nordic Covenant?
A: Bloodline extends off the planet.
Q: Is this Nordic Covenant a group that is in place on the planet for the purpose of guarding or propagating a particular bloodline?
A: To guard secrets.
Q: What does this secret have to do with a bloodline?
A: You should be able to figure this one out!
Q: Are these people with this bloodline and with these secrets the same ones involved with the genetic engineering of new bodies for the Lizzies to occupy at the point of transition to 4th density?
A: No.
Q: Are these secrets negative to our civilization or race?
A: From your perspective, maybe.
Q: Do these bloodlines have to do with Nephilim?
A: A little.
Q: What secrets are they guarding?
A: Your origins; the nature of your being.
Q: So, this Nordic Covenant is that which wishes to maintain the darkness of our realm, the time loops, the replays, and all that sort of thing?
A: One of the players, yes.
Q: You also said that the Nordic Covenant was a duality, that it could be positive or negative. So, if that is the negative side of it, is the positive the same, or different?
A: Too complex for your current understanding.
Q: Is the 'buried treasure' of the Templars or Cathars, or whoever, manuscripts from the Alexandrian library telling about the true origin and nature of man?
A: Well if so, maybe that would explain the structure you live under.
Q: Society? The Universe? The EM grid? Any or all of the above? What structure do I live under?
A: Forced choices.

Doesn't make complete sense to me either but the date of origin is curious as heck, the "duality" issue between "iron & gold" and power centers and being mistaken about focusing on the material vs the esoteric meaning of things, the fact that iron in the blood might make one "trackable" and "abductable" not to mention the way it can mess with your health if you ever DO get on a proper diet to eliminate the opiate grains and get the proper fats to assist so many body systems. PLUS the fact that one of the main places that the iron loads is in the endocrine glands, INCLUDING THE PITUITARY and destroys them! I mean, if that wasn't deliberate, it might as well have been!

Also, black tea has the greatest inhibitory effect, reducing absorption of iron by 80 to 95 percent. So, on one hand it's a very good thing to drink it a lot, especially with the meal, on the other, modern tea production makes tea being full of fluoride, which also damages endocrine glands, like thyroid, pineal gland, etc. And just like iron, it accumulates there.

It amazes me how many twists and turns the food experiment took. With out this research it is impossible to comprehend or explain . It is really a big grail quest.

Wondering if this genetic mutation/high iron could be associated with not being able to use cell phones or wireless phones. Happens to every one of them I try to use. At home, at work, on my kids cells. I don't break them, they just don't work right. Like zero sound, (volume), static, sometimes high pitched squeal. Forget wrist watches, those I do break, they never work for me. I'm always charged too. Like a static zapper all year long. I use to wear gloves everywhere I went because if I touched anything metal, (like many door handles), I'd zap myself. It's better lately, I've learned to ground myself with my other hand so I can touch like the doors on the milk coolers in the store. Part Irish, Grandma on Moms side was a Dennehy and from Ireland.

I have Mitral valve prolapse. Sloppy heart valve in my heart, take meds for that. They thought I had celiac, but I don't. They don't know what it is. Blood pressure is always very low. They check my pressure twice to make sure I'm not dead. I have low body temp. The normal 98.6 is a fever for me. Psychic...well prophetic dreams, lots of little stuff that starts to add up and makes one wonder.

Guess I should get my iron level tested. Pesty doctor wanted to run blood work a few weeks ago, and I said no. Sick of paying for tests that don't show anything wrong.

Lot's of info on this thread. Thanks for sharing.

Levels of iron in the blood has intrigued me ever since the Paleo Women/Diet and Menstruation thread where the subject is also discussed.

It is interesting how during menses women within different cultures have often been seen as in this sort of special condition, in some cultures they were even seen as more powerful. Considering that through bleeding we're losing iron, perhaps the empowerment could somehow be related to that loss?

A: To some extent, yes. But do not let that be the only clue. You might consider "lifestyle" as well as the presence and uses of metals; particularly gold vs. iron.

Interesting. In lay terms alchemy is usually seen as the attempt to transmute a normal substance into gold. Perhaps there is something rather literal hiding within that "gold" idea. Not in the sense of expecting for a random rock to magically transform into gold so that one can be rich, of course, but rather of what an inner transformation of the body and soul may involve, and how one may affect the other.

We have seen that research shows that diet can, and has in fact altered our DNA. Following a similar train of thought, it would be no wonder to find that the composition of our blood may well affect us to a degree that we can't yet comprehend, perhaps even somehow affecting our soul, and vice versa.

Hmm...I remember reading somewhere on the forum, that in one of his books Castaneda mentions how female shamans told him about a womb being a portal, and how during menses it opens up, so they can connect with other worlds, or something like this. fwiw.

A few more session snips. Geeze, I really feel like there is something important about this iron/hemochromatosis thing:...

I am getting that feeling from your feeling, but I can't say that it makes any sense to me yet. "Elephant" book on order...

Another assault on the pituitary gland. I listened to a talk by Dr. Dean Howell (_http://www.drdeanhowell.com/) last week, where he described how some of his patients experienced endocrine disruption due to skull distortions that impinged on the pituitary (which nestles into a bony cavity at the base of the brain), and that improved when the bone structure was improved through the manipulations that he does. Dr. Cate mentions some of the effects of skull distortions in Deep Nutrition, but I had never heard of anything like this. I was born with a distorted skull that helps explain some of my health issues. Perhaps I can add my dysfunctional endocrine system to the list.

Something that throws the pituitary out of whack can throw the whole endocrine system out of whack. The problems that that causes may not be too obvious, and then you can encounter the "blame the victim mentality" that says if you don't seem to be performing up to your potential then you must be lazy. It seems like it could be an effective way to interfere with people's ability to fulfill their missions.

I was 54 years old before I found out what was going on with my hormones -- apparently medical training doesn't routinely cover that sort of thing. The symptoms tend to be dismissed if the problems are hormonal in origin and don't show up through other indicators. I think it's time for me to get my iron tested!
