Cindy Sheehan Arrested at SOTU

Pardon me if this is not in the correct place but:

POLICE at the US Capitol arrested US anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan today, shortly before President George W Bush was to give his annual State of the Union speech, a police spokeswoman said.
The spokeswoman, Capitol Police Sergeant Kimberly Schneider, said she had no immediate details.

Ms Sheehan had been invited to be a guest at the address to a joint session of Congress by Lynn Woolsey, a California Democrat.

Ms Sheehan, who became a central figure for the US anti-war movement after her soldier son Casey was killed in the Iraq war, won wide attention with an anti-war vigil outside Bush's Texas ranch.

CNN said MsSheehan was arrested after unveiling a banner and was being held on Capitol Hill for about an hour, which would keep her away from the address.

Ms Sheehan and other activists were arrested in September for protesting outside the White House without a permit, a misdemeanour that carriers a $US50 ($66) fine.
