Feedback, please.

Very good Laura

After many decades on the BBM I've only just learnt how to cook, now I can't stop, this will be on the menu later this week. Could you use other fruits in this recipe like blueberries for instance? It might be a stupid question but I'm very much still a novice cooker I'm not sure goes with what

LOL LOVED it!! Especially the ending

It was very clear and the quality of the video was very good; Overall great cooking video!!

Just one thing: I'm assuming it is boiled distilled water that you were pouring in or was it boiled tap water? (Or doesn't it really matter)

Thank you all for making it !

It was boiled water from the RO system. We NEVER drink tap water or use it for cooking.

Okay thanks! I should get one soon too.

awesome. I can almost smell it from here. And, ah, the enthusiastic willingness of your grateful washer-uppers was a heartwarming tale ;D

I'll definitely be trying this recipe out - it looks very simple. It was so clearly explained, I'm sure even I could manage it. Hooray for 'life after wheat'!

I don't know about blueberries, but it wouldn't hurt to try :). Laura said after we finished filming that one could use bananas, pears, prunes, apricots... So I guess you have to try and tell us how it went! ;)

If you use fruits that are not cooked/dried and therefore intensely sweet, you'll have to compensate with more sugar/xylitol. For that reason, I don't think blueberries or other berries will work this way. Best to stick to dried/preserved fruits.

Thanks for this!

I've never seen date paste for sale anywhere in the US. It looks like it would be handy though.

Overall, well made (both video and bread). Easy to follow.

Yes, as Oxajil mentioned, the ending is quite funny!

Mmmmmm, looks delicious!! A great alternative to sweet bread.

Great video, and as others have mentioned, very easy to follow, with clear and very handy written descriptions.

I have been looking EVERYWHERE for buckwheat, and can't seem to find it. I think I'll just order it online from some health food shop.

I haven't seen it in where I live either (EU). I suppose it's something we won't find in just any shop.

Agreed!

Unfortunaetely I'm having not the time for watching it right now.

But the idea is great, because this week I baked also one bread in a bread baking device (bought a non-gluten flour mixture) and I'm really enjoying it, it tastes fantastic and is an great alternative after hundreds of packages of rice waffels. So my next step would have been to look here on the forum for alternative bread ideas... (cause the buyable gluten-free bread flour is really expensive).

So thanks for sharing.

Very Well Done! Looks delicious, the only problem I noticed was a muffling of the sound. The written instructions compensated when I wasn't exactly sure. May be the speakers on my end as well.

Do you think you could blend the ingredients on a low setting? I don't have a mixer...

Great video, I've been experimenting lately with making cakes and bread with buckwheat and brown rice flour, some have been a disaster, but now i seem to have got a handle on the measurements.

And know i have another one to try thanks Laura

Ive never seen people leave the table so quickly, if it looks anything like mine after baking i am not suprise. But i doubt that's the reason ;D

Totally Awesome Laura!

You and the gang are a bunch of pros already!

Many Thanks to All, you guys are the best!
