I am having troubles with my body, I don't know what it causes it but I thought this was the correct thread to write it.
I don't know if any of you while dreaming have some kind of apparition of something, just something appears and you kind of paralyse yourself and then you awake but your body quickly gets frozen, it gets cooling itself and you feel yourself like being in antarctica.
And yesterday I was kind of having thoughts and while I was having them, I was rejecting some silly ideas, and while I was doing it I was having this coldness, I don't know, like the touch of the death, haha, I mean, like a draining or something like that, and it disperses itself from the back, the spinal cord.
It is something really weird, and when I am sleeping I just have problems with this thing that always appears and awakes me, always in an ugly way.
Do you have some ideas, of what could it be??? some health issue, some kind of spirit playing with my head, abduction??
