If Cs could assist us with following;

1. What are daily requirements of nicotine for human beings with blood types: A, B, O and AB if practicing EE on regular basis and if on detox?
2. Are these values different if person is not practicing EE and if not on detox??

Thank you :)

You can easily solve this question by your body's own response/demand.

In other words, if I'm feeling OK, no matter if smoking 20 to 30 cigarettes w/o filter per day, it's fine, because following my own needs. Understood, Thanks Laura :).

Fwiw, if I was to smoke 20 to 30 cigarettes per day I would like to feel a lot more than OK. I would want to feel and notice benefits, e.g. in thinking and energy. Many years ago I did try smoking. It calmed and sharpened the mind, but I always ended up feeling very sick afterwards. Haven't tried organic tobacco though ;)

Some days I probably smoke 30 - when I'm writing and burning up the acetylcholine. When I'm relaxing, a lot less. It really does help me to focus for long periods of time.

My intake is variable as well, the more i'm doing the more i wanna smoke, if i'm having a very sedentary type of day

i might not even smoke 15, also i seem to smoke more if i eat more...and there's things like lighting a cigarette

just about every time i have to drive.

That why I started with the thread, I'm much more relaxed and energized when having regular dozage of nicotine, and yes it is organic tobacco :). Before I had some issues with smoking like headaches or shallow breathing like I have stone in my lungs, but since I commenced with EE I have no side effects somehow I had a feeling when I start with detox and EE that my personal need for tobacco will decrease, in stead it is increased. ;D.

Agree, I can focus much more and much easily and can work longer when having relatively high dosage of nicotine, although number is different from day to day, depends of daily stress, let say if I have lot of paper work I smoke more, the only thing going with tobacco hand in hand is; hidration, need more water when smoking tobacco.

Funny you should mention this cause my issue with smoking used to be a sharp pain in my head. Made me think I was gonna have a stroke sometimes which is why I quit so long ago. I took up smoking again (pipe with natural tobacco this time) and still had noticed this pain sometimes if I seem to overdo it but now that I think about it, ever since I started my weekly dose of DMSO I haven't felt that pain again.

As far as focusing goes, the only thing that comes to mind is when I'm playing scrabble with my brother. I'll be sitting there puffing on my pipe and the words just seem to jump right out at me! :P Too bad I can't smoke at work tho. I have a lot of time to read and the smoking might help me focus because I've been having a rough time with some books lately.

Interesting, did it stop at once or it take some for DMSO-MSM to start to work? And about the pain in the head was it only in one side of the head somewhere around corpus callosum? That is precisely the place I had headaches when going way over the top with tobacco before EE and detox.

I'm not very familiar with the anatomy of the brain Ljubica but the pain was about 3 to 4 inches behind my left eye or at least that's the way it felt . Somewhere in that region. And unfortunately I wasn't really paying attention to it but I would have to guess that it was about 3 weeks or so into the start of my DMSO treatment. Sometimes I do still get a slight headache feeling but it goes away rather quickly after I put the pipe down. I'm still kinda undecided as to whether smoking is for me or not but I do so enjoy it. :cool2:

Don't take my advice, but it might be sinus infection complicated by slight dehydration. I'm type O+ and I really can't handle tobacco well, I still smoke though. There are different ways to smoke--for instance when I smoke (roll-your-owns) I smoke with a passion--I don't just take a few puffs as it burns in the ash-tray.

Smoking is a wonderful way to relax and think clearly but I don't recommend smoking all the time if you have energy problems like I do. Let it then be a personal choice as it should be. In listening to my body I should probably cut back a little. EE helps with my addictions--but not for some reason with smoking less lol.

I'm not quite sure about a sinus infection but I will buy the dehydration part. Sometimes I surely don't drink enough water and you might be right, that might have something to do with the headaches. They don't really occur that often though but next time I feel one coming on I'll have to slam down some water and let ya know how it works out. ;)

Btw... If you click on the 'quote' icon at the top right of someone's post it will automatically quote the entire post for you Nathancat7.

Had Sphenoidal sinuses infections couple years ago:), bravo, actually never connect these two things together, about dehydration, I don't know, I'm really drinking lot of water, around 3 litres per day so this not suppose to be a problem.

About smoking and O+ blood type, my father was smoker and have same blood type O+ and during 2 years of smoking (organic tobacco w/o filer) he had more headaches (not migraines) and low blood pressure, so he quit with smoking and, my brother same O+ blood type, smoked for 4 years (industrial tobacco) like 4-5 cigarettes per day and had headaches and stomach problems while smoking so he quit with smoking as well, this is pretty peculiar because I actally didn't connect their reactions on cigarettes with blood type until I read your post.

Well, perhaps I should try with DMSO and see how I'm reacting on it, thanks for explanation. :)
