I am wondering about the dramatic rise in Diabetes rates lately. Is something more going on than just HFCS in so many foods?
 
A couple of sources here linking diabetes to EMF or dirty electricity and BPA exposure.

I think the rise is tied to many factors, not just the above, but the abysmal diet of the average person whether it is high in HFCS, regular sugar or any other type of carbohydrate. I also think that with so many people on psych drugs this could cause an increase as well as a lot of them, especially the antipsychotics, cause metabolic syndrome.

Where I work it seems as if nearly everyone has diabetes type 2. That and hypothyroid and hypertension.
 
To take a wider perspective on this problem Yupo, I will point you towards the work of the microbiologist Dr. Hulda Clarke, who in her book "The Cure For All Diseases" has many references to Diabetes. Here's one, page 388:
"Kojic Acid
Kojic Acid is a mycotoxin that appears to be responsible for wood alcohol build up. In other words, the toxic effect prevents you from detoxifying wood alcohol. This leads to pancreas damage, invites pancreatic fluke infestation, and typically results in diabetes. I find it in potatoes; don't eat potato skins. If you are a potato lover fix your own so you can peel them and remove the gray parts. I have also found it in regular coffee."

She is not a fan of pasta, bread or rice because of the mycotoxins in them, and also nuts, which can harbour aflatoxins

And her basic message is on page 45.
"All illness comes from two causes, PARASITES and POLLUTANTS."
