A dream that I had a couple of months ago often returns to my mind for a replay because I'm still not sure if it was a dream or it actually happened.
In the "dream" I felt a fine thread-like spiral enter one part of my brain. It didn't hurt nor did I feel bad about it.
The strange thing about this dream is that sometimes my head actually hurts in that particular spot, especially if I'm meditating.
Trying to figure out what is real and what is not is tricky when I'm also trying to be aware of how I am thinking about it. It felt too real to just dismiss it yet I don't want to overthink it or over identify with the dream. While my dreams are usually vivid, I've never had a lingering physical effect until now.
