Eliminating parasites.

Well, this is the dream I had a day ago. I dreamt that I was removing some kind of parasite that was lodged under the nail of the big toe of my left foot. The bug, it wasn't a worm. It looked like a flattened bug with cockroach scales and its general shape was a triangle. It had a huge head and strong jaws like an ant.

When I removed it I simply threw it in the trash. But then I discovered that it was still alive. So I took it out of the garbage and chased it all over the house/apartment, until I crushed it completely and killed it.

After that I felt some relief, and soon after I woke up. The meaning could be quite literal, but who knows if it means something else...

Hey Bluegazer...
dreams are fascinating things!

In terms of literal interpretation (parasite in the body) it sounds like a timely reminder for us all to make sure we do everything we can to eliminate 'antennae' for STS manipulation.

In terms of reflexology, the big toe represents the head:

The big toe is an important part of the human body, and it plays a key role in reflexology. Reflexology is an ancient healing practice that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to promote healing and relaxation. The big toe is one of the most important points in reflexology, as it is believed to be connected to the entire body.

The big toe is connected to the brain and the central nervous system, and it is believed to be the gateway to the body’s energy pathways. When pressure is applied to the big toe, it can help to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. This can help to reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote overall wellbeing.

The big toe is thought to be connected to the pituitary gland, which is responsible for regulating hormones and other bodily functions. It is also believed to be connected to the hypothalamus, which is responsible for controlling emotions and behavior. In addition, the big toe is thought to be connected to the pineal gland, which is responsible for regulating the body’s circadian rhythm.

In reflexology, the big toe is used to treat a variety of conditions, including headaches, sinus problems, and digestive issues. It is also believed to be beneficial for relieving stress and promoting relaxation. By applying pressure to the big toe, reflexologists can help to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes.

The big toe is also believed to be connected to the heart and lungs, which can help to improve circulation and respiration. It is also thought to be connected to the reproductive system, which can help to improve fertility and reduce menstrual pain.

I think in dreams nails can represent protection, but also unresolved emotional issues. Depends on the condition of the nail.

When I removed it I simply threw it in the trash. But then I discovered that it was still alive. So I took it out of the garbage and chased it all over the house/apartment, until I crushed it completely and killed it.
Maybe there is some emotional stuff you are being guided to follow though, pursue fully, to eliminate any toxic influence, ensure there is full resolution, searching out the stuff that lies hidden, hoping not to be found.

Could be a message as simple as 'clear the toxic thoughts from your head'. They could be thoughts you have about yourself / others? The left side often is seen as representing 'the feminine' - can relate to your own feminine but could also represent the way you relate to others.

Interesting all the parts of the body the big toe relates to... the 'gateway' aspect is so 'all encompassing'!
Makes me wonder what happens to someone who through injury loses their big toe.

Well recently we move to another house/apartament. It's temporal. We are now in the city. (Capital). But clearly the idea of cleaning it's there. You know, when you move, some how is a new chapter in your life... and you want to start fresh.
And moving energies and letting go of the past, seems your dreams was quite fitting to some of the things you guys may be going through.

The big toe in TCM (traditional chinese medicine system )--TCM views the big toe as a reflection of the body's energy flow, or Qi. Imbalances in the liver and spleen meridians can manifest as issues in the big toe, such as pain or swelling. For instance, big toe pain, known medically as Hallux pain, may be interpreted as a sign of blockages or imbalances in the body's meridians, particularly those associated with the Liver and Spleen channels-connections demonstrate how the big toe, through acupuncture points, can influence the head and neck. The neuroembryological basis of these meridians suggests that the development of the head and neck region corresponds with the peripheral and cranial nerves, which align with the acupuncture meridians.2 This provides a potential anatomical explanation for how stimulating points on the big toe can affect distant areas such as the head and neck.

also I ve found with liver issues that visualising a green tetrahedron in the big toe can be useful imoe.
