On 06/03/2019 the
FDA released a statement regarding the inclusion of Vinpocetine in dietary supplements in which they stated a tentative conclusion that this product does not meet their criteria for being classified as a dietary supplement.
While they have not made an announcement finalizing this decision yet, our attorney believes one is immanent and has strongly recommended we discontinue this product in the near future.
In keeping with their advice, we have removed this product from being publicly available from our website and will not be producing another batch. This means that once we have sold through our remaining inventory we will no longer be offering this product for sale.
