Food, breathing and impressions

There is an issue that I can not understand a bit, and I know that you can help me.
My question is on the theme of the three types of food: food,
breathing and impressions.

How do these foods are transformed to absorb more hydrogen
fine for each substance?

In the exercises, the most advanced in its program, which proposes Ris Glan
only speaks of "realizing"self when eating-chewing,
flavors, etc, when breathing and when it strikes. That is, take
advantage of the three foods being aware of it. Sounds logical, but what
how far is it?

Honestly, since I started reading and further understanding and
application, in my current limit of being and consciousness-as postulated
in the Fourth Way, the subject of hydrogen is the most difficult for me
understand. Do we really exist as such hydrogen? If so, the
EE program, for example, is a job - in part related to
transformation of breath and / or impressions? Do you have Cs
expressed its views? I have trouble understanding this topic.

I hope you can shed some light on this issue. Thank you
advance!

Hi Alvaro,
The topic of hydrogens is complex. As a starting point, the cassiopedia entry on hydrogens is useful.
The following from ISOTM is also worth keeping in mind
Each of these 'hydrogens' includes a very large group of chemical substances known to us, linked together by some function in connection with our organism. In other words, it must not be forgotten that the term 'hydrogen' has a very wide meaning. Any simple element is a 'hydrogen' of a certain density, but any combination of elements which possesses a definite function, either in the world or in the human organism, is also a 'hydrogen.'
"This kind of definition of matters enables us to classify them in the order of their relation to life and to the functions of our organism.
The topic of hydrogens applied in the context of man takes us to the topic of alchemy .
The discipline of Alchemy relates to how an individual can use the human biological machine as a chemical factory to transform one kind of matter, that is, the coarser ones, into finer ones.
These matters can be referred to and studied as hydrogens. Some of the transformations happen automatically within the human body. For example, simplistically speaking, we ingest food (H768), water (H384) and breathe air (H192) which go through various chemical reactions inside the body to generate progressively finer category of substances.

The first finer substance generated in the human body is H96 which is related to plasma, neurotransmitters, hormones etc and is said to lie at the boundary of what official science recognizes as matter. In the human body, the quality and quantity of H96 generated indicates physical health.

The next category of fine substance generated in the human body is H48 which is said to be the energy with which the intellectual center in man works. Also, H48 enters the human system as impressions.

H24 is the next finer category of substance which is said to be the energy with which the moving center and the lower emotional center works.

Typically, under ordinary circumstances, these are the types of substances which are generated in the human body. However, through conscious efforts and Work, the human system can generate even finer forms of substances like H12 (the energy with which the higher emotional center works) and H6 (the energy with which the higher intellectual center works). Exercises like remaining aware of the impressions that enter the human system - self-remembering - aid in the process of generation of these finer hydrogens which are not produced by default.

My current understanding on this subject based on what I have read. Hope this helps to serve as a starting point for further enquiry.

Thanks obyvatel, is a little clearer. I will continue to investigate, as these
clarification opened a new field of ideas.
