Gordon Brown's 'Hitler Youth' for Britain

This is third-hand, but apparently Gordon Brown has suggested that the Cadets be introduced into ALL schools in Britain, and that it would be good for morale (voluntary, of course, for the moment). Oh my Gaaad!!!.

What does that sound like? Its the Hitler youth all over again.
