I have been hearing a lot about the benefits of halogen ovens recently, they seem a little too good to be true!
As someone who doesn't use a microwave being convinced of the dangers of doing so I wondered if anyone on the forum has any knowledge of, experience of, or information on the benefits/dangers of using halogen ovens for cooking.
