Gimpy
The Living Force
I make a concentrated version in a half gallon glass jug, and dilute it with more water throughout the day.
Dry ingredients go in first. Use a funnel if the neck of the jug is too small to avoid a mess.
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon stevia (up to 2 Tablespoons of xylitol) If you're treating serious dehydration, its ok to use sugar or honey, but not more than 2 T)
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon lime juice
Fill the rest of the jug with RO or distilled water, stir well, then chill.
Optional extras: liquid magnesium, vitamin C (not super necessary because of the citrus, but if the taste of C is yucky, this helps get it down)
As long as this tastes really good to you, you need it. Once it tastes like dirty socks, you don't need it. This recipe can also be used if you're on the Paleo diet and need to up your salt intake, but it can be watered way down.
