INTRODUCTION
This case is one for the history books, law reviews, and Hollywood.
Dr. Leonard Horowitz and Sherri Kane, two of the most endangered journalists on earth, were attacked by nine cyber-propagandists bent on destroying their reputations, careers, businesses, and livelihoods.
The Jewish journalists investigated their racist and sexist harassers, materially evidenced their conspiracy and complicity in organized crime (RICO), and filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit growing at the present time into a class-action involving additional co-plaintiffs harassed and defamed by the same “cyber-bullies.”
Initially filed in the State of Hawaii’s Circuit Court, the entire matter was suddenly uprooted to the US District Court in Honolulu by the company complicit in causing much of the couple’s financial damages. The mega-ISP--SoftLayer Technologies, Inc.--a company infamous for serving online terror sites and Neo-Nazi organizations, is among thirty (30) co-defendants.
The litigation pits Americans’ First Amendment Rights against an organized crime gang of agent-provocateurs administering an illegal propaganda, defamation, and harassment program approved by intelligence agencies benefitting war-makers on Capitol Hill and Wall Street. The lawsuit strikes at the heart of racial intolerance and unrest in American society. It names agents and agencies fueling and profiting from this treason of manufactured aggression. The suit vets the administrators of organized crime and unfair trade, and how this program involving mass media and psychological operations is being conducted covertly and heartlessly to damage We The People politically and behaviorally.
This landmark case questions freedom of speech in cyber-space under commercially-controlled governments and special interest groups influencing what media celebrities are paid to say and the public is persuaded to think.
The Complaint materially-evidences a conspiracy to deprive Americans of their rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, since racism, sexism, and terrorism, generated commercially through the communications industry, subverts the “American Dream,” prosperity, and economic recovery.
The Plaintiffs also assert the freedom to live and think in an era of media-influenced choice, programmed commercially from 5th Avenue or by special interest groups abusing the benefits of the Internet, is actionable.
According to exhibited evidence in the Complaint, the terrorizing, extortionate, libelous and lascivious assaults against the journalists also damages the civil liberties of the public, since the media malpractices conveying propaganda influence politics and the economy subversively, endangering, not benefiting, “national security” or economic recovery.
In this case, Horowitz and Kane charge white-supremacists (also called “cause stalkers”), and their broadcasting media (including ISPs) with violating laws to sway public opinion about “Zionism,” anti-Semitism, “anti-government extremism,” and about themselves as targets of disinformation and organized crime.
This landmark litigation has been filed by well-known activists/journalists to secure remedies for social unrest, civil discord, ethnic intolerance, and religious hate generated by special interests that abuse the media to sway public opinion using terrorizing propaganda. The agents, agencies, and companies complicit in this organized crime are exposed for the damages they caused to the journalists and the American people.
Target: “The HOROKANE”
In 2007, immediately after Dr. Horowitz decrypted Leonardo da Vinci’s most famous drawing, then published LOVE: The Real da Vinci CODE, containing paradigm-shattering knowledge un-welcomed by the pharmaceutical industry, he began to be harassed and libeled by “cyberbullies” claiming he was knighted by the Pope to serve a globalist population control agenda.
The Internet “cause stalkers” claimed that Horowitz was a shill for the Vatican run by Jewish bankers and Zionists. Two of their agents, outspoken white supremacists, forged a Knights of Malta list, added Horowitz’s name below J. Edgar Hoover’s name, and then circulated this forgery widely on the Internet through allied “Bible Believer’s,” “Christian-Identity,”and neo-Nazi groups.
Among those spreading the defamation was Forbes magazine’s “ex-Asian Pacific Bureau Chief,” Benjamin Fulford.
Fulford was implicated in the assassination of Britain’s leading financial analyst, the late Edward Harle (aka Christopher Story), who wrote months before his death that his assassination was threatened by Fulford and agents of the Rockefeller-Bush war-making industry.
Fulford terrorized Harle, and openly promoted his close family relationship to David Rockefeller, honorary Chairman of the Partnership for New York City (PFNYC)--the most powerful business group in the Western World, certified by the Royal Family of England, and scrutinized by Horowitz and Kane in previous publications.*
At first, Horowitz neglected the defamations the cyber-bullies issued that were damaging his popularity and commercial enterprises, especially HealthyWorldStore.com that carries his brands; many featuring the “LOVE528Hz” frequency that he explains (as per the “real da Vinci CODE) is powerfully medicinal. Horowitz’s “OxySilver with 528” was, before the assaults, the top-selling alternative to risky vaccinations and troublesome antibiotics.
Fulford’s complicity in the gang libeling of Horowitz was the “last straw,” causing Kane (who gained a lot of media experience at FOX News in Los Angeles) to realize there was an organized criminal conspiracy behind the media harassments, prompting her to investigate and report her findings.
